I recently visited White Horse Consultancy hoping to explore some job opportunities. While I was waiting, another girl who had also come for a job asked me if there were any other consultancies nearby. I simply suggested her to check on Google. To my surprise, someone from the consultancy overheard us and came to scold us very rudely. I was shocked and disappointed by this kind of unprofessional behavior. We were just having a normal conversation — can’t we even talk to other people who are also there for jobs? Apart from that, the place itself did not leave a good impression. The staircase leading to the office was extremely dirty, full of paan stains, and gave an unhygienic feel. Definitely not the experience I expected when visiting a professional consultancy.

Disappointing Experience with Recruitment Consultancy. I had a rather unprofessional and disappointing experience with this recruitment consultancy. Initially, my call to inquire about job drives went unanswered. However, they did return my call the following day, claiming to have promising openings with large multinational corporations (MNCs) and urging me to visit their office immediately. Upon arrival, I was made to wait for an hour only to be informed that the MNC positions were exclusively for experienced candidates. The only opportunities available for freshers offered significantly lower compensation than expected. Furthermore, the consultancy required me to provide referrals of other individuals. It's important to note that the positive ratings I had seen online appear to be misleading, as they seem to have a limited number of actual companies hiring through them. I also observed that experienced candidates were being offered packages much lower than their previous salaries. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this consultancy. There are other agencies that offer better compensation and treat candidates with more respect. The staff at this consultancy displayed a lack of professionalism and exhibited a poor attitude. If you are a fresher, I strongly advise you to explore other options before considering this consultancy as a last resort.

Whitehorse man power consultancy is a good place to go if you are desperately looking for jobs as they help in giving you the opportunity for reputated company that helps to boost your career. The people who helped me are Rehman and Samir were good. I got the job in accenture because of them. I thank them wholeheartedly.

I just wanted to give zero stars because this consultancy service org doesn't provide anything.Lack of professionalism,Lack of communication,No proper communication.I tried giving my interview there itself but they said nothing.Even they didn't gave a clear result that I as a candidate is selected or not we don't want anything but want a proper feedback so that we can search for better options everytime I ask them about my interview feedback they will give some kind of shitty answer that will follow up with the manager and will give the feedback.
