I recently took a test drive of the Tata Harrier and the overall experience was very smooth. The booking process was easy and hassle-free. The team informed me about the schedule a day in advance and they were punctual, waiting for me on time. Throughout the process, they explained every detail very clearly and answered all my queries. The test drive itself was good and gave me a fair idea of the car’s performance and comfort. The only feedback I can share is that the exact variant I was interested in was not available for a test drive. However, I understand this is a common limitation across most dealerships. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and well-coordinated test drive.

I have visited here last week, Showroom is very neat and hygiene. Staff also addressed me very nice. Especially Anupriya thaks for your patience and you have cleared all my doubts. My Dad loved Tea here , even I too had a cup of Coffee it's very nice. Thank you KHT motors really very nice response and cars also arranged in a well mannered. Only the thing need to change is create a seperate area for car delivery which should be proper background or backdrop. All cars are delivering outside showroom which is not really good.

Home Test Drive Had a home test drive recently – on a Sunday, no less! It had been a long time since I last drove, so I was a bit nervous at first. But the team made me feel completely at ease. They were patient, and walked me through the features step by step, helping me get comfortable behind the wheel again. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and very accommodating – especially for a weekend. I really appreciated how they didn’t rush anything and gave me the space to properly explore the car and ask questions. Purchased tata punch through lease process. Sales agent Bindu and team lead Balaji helped throughout the process and clarified any doubts i had. Also delivered on the expected date. Showroom is well maintained and also very spacious. If you are going to book tata car you can definitely check this showroom. Edit: Employees are really lazy couldn’t even do a refund of the mere 5k booking amount even after so many mails. Even during the purchase had to call them constantly to get details. I had to change the ORVM-left of my Tata Punch Adv AMT - colour Daytona Grey, which I had driven from Kerala. On the way the left orvm was damaged by a container lorry. On checking with the spare parts advisor Mr Sanoop Kutty, he was very receptive and arranged for a spare within 24 hours, including painting. During the replacement Advisor Mr Vaishnav also made sure that the work was done thoroughly.
