Mainly bike maintenance no way * Not cleaned *Not lubricated * Not well maintained * Full noice in whole body parts * Can't be sure when it will get problems "I personally did wash from outside and lubricated with my own expenses an you will get only half liter petrol till pump." "Over price not worth it for 6k 28hrs" "Please guys don't rent more then 300cc all low class maintenance not worth it" If u want superbikes more then 300cc best go for twistthrottle they will provide super quality well maintained bikes instead of suffering in middle of road let's spend more money more fun worst service royal brothers and importantly hub caretaker he was rude an not helpful very cheap response

Royals Brothers! I really liked using the rental bike company. If you believe that whoever wants to take a rental bike, download the Royal Brothers app and submit your driving license and everything, then book it online and go to the near by location and pick up your vehicle because Royal Brothers is a very good rental bike company for help, which has helped me a lot, but I also liked it. I hope everyone must have come to know how you guys felt about taking a rental bike from the Royal Brothers company, what can I say, I really liked it, Real Brother Central Bike helped me a lot. Had a terrible experience with RB! Expected a decent scooter which I had booked through the app prior for a month and intended to do for the next 2-3 months. On receiving it I saw it was all taped up. Why and how does one maintain two wheelers with tapes?I did call the team for a replacement or another model for which I had no problem paying the difference amount. After a long day I did expect to collect the vehicle and start using it but was made to wait for 2 hours with zero help from the incharge of the place neither from the on call team. I did raise a ticket for which there was no reply untill I called them for a full refund. I expected better from a 4.5 rated company. Are the ratings even real? will be a mystery I guess. Unable to upload the picture here, although I have sent it to RB and they know.

Scam total. Booked bike till 8 pm. But they automatically turned the timing to am. And charged fine for extra time. And the customer service is bullshit. They are hanging up calls when i tried to tell them to check the history.

Not expected that much smooth pick up & drop off. The bike was well maintained❤️

I rented tbs Apache. Service was smooth and staff was also friendly. But I found some issues with bike. Possibly RB can make their bikes better
