I’ve rented bikes from Royal Brothers around 7-8 times now, and they’ve never let me down. The bikes are always well-maintained, clean, and in top working condition — no issues with mileage or performance at all.

This time, I picked up a Bear 650 from this particular branch. The bike rode great and was mechanically sound. The only small downside was that it was a bit dusty when I received it. But to their credit, the moment I returned it, the staff started cleaning it right away — shows they do care about quality and upkeep.

What really stood out at this branch was the staff — super quick, efficient, and friendly. The process was smooth and hassle-free, just the way you want it when renting a bike.

Overall, if you’re looking for a dependable rental service with a good selection of bikes and professional support, Royal Brothers is a solid choice. Definitely coming back again!

Rented a bike recently and everything went super smooth. The pricing was fair, bike was in excellent condition, and the staff were really polite and helpful. No hidden charges or delays. Totally recommend them for a hassle-free ride around the city!

In last 30 days twice puncture repair, three replacement and key making,almost 10 -12 hr wasted

Repeated calls,and I have to fight with them over phone for exchange

They will promise replacement in 2 hr and took 10 hrs

Mechanic will not come to see vehicle he will tell you to send video on phone

After all this they will call and ask what happened try to give next purchase 10% discount coupon,n directly tell me to change my review

Beware before booking with Royal Brothers Koramangala.
I had two consecutive negative experiences while booking from this location:
The vehicles listed online were not available when I arrived for pickup. Despite booking in advance, I was kept waiting for hours.
The helmets provided were not hygienic and lacked visors for dust protection. When asked, the staff mentioned that they purchase helmets without visors. Helmets were of very very poor quality even though we pay a price for it.
The executives were uncooperative, avoided sharing their names, and responded rudely when questioned. On both occasions, I also experienced regional bias in the way they spoke and behaved with customers from outside.
Booked vehicles were downgraded to lower models. When I asked about the fare difference and proper details, I did not receive clear answers.

Overall, the service was unreliable and unprofessional. If you are on a tight schedule or planning for an important occasion, this outlet may not be dependable.

Big garage, a lot of vehicles available.

We got a rayZR scooty. The price was cheaper than a activa. Later we found out it was broken in a lot of places, still didnt face any issues. Gave good service on the road.
1 less star due to huge taxes. On app it showed 500, but final payment was 715 ! 200+ rs on taxes, thats insane.
Other than that no issues faced. App and service staffs was pretty helpful.

Good experience. We booked 3 aprilla and 1 ntorq from there. There was some delay to get the scooters. Like we booked from 9:30 we got the scooter by 10. That’s ok, anyway they provided the scooter.
The condition of the scooter was somewhat disappointing. The bright lights in the aprilla were not working. Need to improve the vehicle service.

If you believe that whoever wants to take a rental bike, download the Royal Brothers app and submit your driving license and everything, then book it online and go to the near by location and pick up your vehicle because Royal Brothers is a very good rental bike company for help, which has helped me a lot, but I also liked it. Had a terrible experience with RB!
Expected a decent scooter which I had booked through the app prior for a month and intended to do for the next 2-3 months. On receiving it I saw it was all taped up. Why and how does one maintain two wheelers with tapes?I did call the team for a replacement or another model for which I had no problem paying the difference amount. After a long day I did expect to collect the vehicle and start using it but was made to wait for 2 hours with zero help from the incharge of the place neither from the on call team.
I did raise a ticket for which there was no reply untill I called them for a full refund. I expected better from a 4.5 rated company. Are the ratings even real? will be a mystery I guess.

Scam total. Booked bike till 8 pm. But they automatically turned the timing to am. And charged fine for extra time. And the customer service is bullshit. They are hanging up calls when i tried to tell them to check the history.

Forgo the thongs, flip flops, cool lil groovy helmet & suntanned hands.
Things can turn to custard as you turn a corner (and there’s many).
You will encounter many obstacles on route on “your” side of the road; be prepared.
If you like your body parts in the places they currently are, invest in protection (I travel with my kit including double take mirrors!)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I rented a Triumph Street Triple RS and the bike was in good condition. I was handed over a washed bike with a full tank. All the terms and conditions were explained to me in detail. There were no hidden charges.

If you need a rental bike in Bengaluru, this is the place! Twist throttle options are fantastic. We took an FZ-S V4 all the way to Kuduremukha, and the bike was perfectly maintained. I rented the Triumph Speed 400—bike was perfect, no complaints there. But the guy handling paperwork, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. NAME: Hussain
Firstly, I wasn’t told clearly what document was needed for rental, I assumed Aadhar was fine and gave both Aadhar and License. Instead of informing me Aadhar wasn’t accepted, Hussain KEPT MY LICENSE WITHOUT ASKING. Then had the audacity to argue and throw rude, almost insulting remarks even when I offered the document he wanted. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful service.
Secondly, I returned the bike with a full tank, just like they gave it. Suddenly he claims petrol is short and demands a top-up—something he NEVER mentioned the previous night. I was MORE THAN WILLING to do it IF he had told me earlier, but I couldn’t at that moment because I was in a hurry. Still, I offered to pay for the top-up then and there to them. Instead, he REFUSED to return my license and FORCED me to stay until I refilled it myself. I returned the bike 7.5 hours early, yet they had the nerve to insult me, saying it was MY GAP IN UNDERSTANDING. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least BASIC COURTESY—but they clearly have ZERO RESPECT for customers and DON’T KNOW how to talk to people.
Finally, though the bikes are in good condition, the gear they provide is in ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE shape. Every helmet and jacket they rent out looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in YEARS. It’s FILTHY, WORN OUT, and honestly DISGUSTING. If you’re renting from this place, I STRONGLY ADVISE you to BUY or RENT a helmet and jacket SEPARATELY from somewhere else. The gear they provide is so dirty, it could GENUINELY make you FALL SICK.
To sum up: If you’re renting from here, WATCH OUT for a guy named Hussain. Do NOT take their filthy helmets or jackets. If they give you a full tank, ASK CLEARLY if they expect a top-up, because they won’t mention it until it’s convenient for them. Also, carry an extra ID (voter ID, office/college ID) if you want to keep your license otherwise, they’ll demand ₹3000 cash as deposit.

The only reason I might go back to them is because of their bikes, but I hate the rude staff. I would love to give this feedback to their higher-ups.

Experience in the 2nd booking was really bad. Firstly didn’t get the bike I actually booked. The one I got had bad brakes in the rear, and not cleaned. The executive delayed both while picking the bike and dropping off.

RB team needs to focus on their fleet and people manning the outlets.

I had booked a royal Enfield Himalayan 450, it was initially dirty with mud, but they asked me to get it washed and they compensated the amount as well, amazing service and quality of ride, the vehicle was well serviced and maintained.

I recently rented a Bajaj Avenger Cruise BS6 from Royal Brothers Bangalore, and overall it was a smooth experience.

I had a great experience at Royal Brothers’s Hebbal Branch, where the manager ensured I have another vehicle made available readily and in good condition, although the original booking was a different vehicle and prior customer didn’t turn up on time. Special mention to the members (Irfan/ Santosh) at the centre.

I visited first time in Bangalore and also I was looking for rentals and landed in Royal brothers Hebbal. The hospitality was extremely fabulous they guided me from first to book vehicle from their company mobile application. Overall experience was good and vehicle was dusty they cleaned and gave for ride.

Ray ZR was extremely good to ride on and was maintained well for all sorts of rides. Appreciated the process and conditions of the inventory. well done royal brothers. Keep shining.

I took delivery of an Activa 5G and had the WORST experience ever! (Photos included for proof)

While picking it up I had already asked the RB agent present at the pickup location if the scooter had any problems, for which, he assured me there aren’t any issues with it. He also directed me to a nearby petrol bunk to fill fuel.

As I started the scooter, it wobbled a little but I ignored it thinking it might have slight alignment issues (also naturally ignored by me due to the assurance given by the RB agent).

Upon reaching the petrol pump, after filling fuel, I found out that the tyre had lost half of its air. I went to fill air within the same petrol pump where the person checked the tyre and pointed to a broken valve mouth. He told me that the mouth was very old and had cracks in it. I had to first replace the old mouth with a new one which costed me 220 rs. I had no other choice than to continue by paying out of my own pocket.

He further inspected the tyre with a water sponge and found out what seemed to be a nail head inserted into the tyre. He pulled it out with force and it appeared to be a 12cm nail. He also told me that it lost its air very slowly because the nail was pierced with force and someone had intentionally done that. So for fixing the punctured tyre, he stuck 2 sticks and that costed me an additional 160 rs.

In total, I had to spend 380 rs out of my own pocket. I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and I requested a refund of my money that was spent due to Royal Brother’s negligence and poor maintenance of their bikes.

This isn’t the first time I chose Royal Brothers too. In my previous booking, I had to swap the scooter with another one because the older one’s engine seized mid journey.

PS: I am writing this to anyone reading. Please transact any of the money involved online. Only if we show a proof of transaction like a statement or a bill, they will provide the refund. Even the proof of the damage does not matter to them. From this you would have obviously understood that I did not receive my refund because I was caught in the hassle and paid through cash at the petrol bunk even though I managed to send them the proof of damages. Requesting any customer to remain careful during transactions and possibly choose an alternative if you experience the same.

They charged me 25% tax on the rental, plus an additional fee for a mobile stand plus tax on that they never even provided. On top of that, the helmet they gave me was broken and unsafe. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and didn’t respond to my issues. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money. Will never rent from them again.

ONN bikes are one of the most affordable self-driving bike agencies in Bangalore. The service is good. The manager at Koramangala pick up point is a good guy. Bikes are a bit old, but they do service before handing over to customers. We need to carefully inspect the vehicle before taking delivery.

I had a bad experience with ONN bikes koramangala… Every time they are providing worst and damaged helmets to the customers…After repeated informing also they are not changing or providing the helmets… Also they are not providing minimum petrol and today after one km the vehicle has stopped before reaching petrol bunk and it has not started after filling the petrol… They have replaced with another vehicle but that also is not in good condition… Handle is tight and not rotating, mirror is in damaged condition… Brakes are not smooth …
Really had a bad experience for the third consecutive time…

I had a very disappointing experience with ONN Bike Rentals recently. I booked a bike through the app, but when I arrived, they gave me a completely different model — not even close to what I selected. And forget about quality — the bike was in horrible condition: it was making loud noises, barely ran smoothly, and clearly hadn’t been maintained in ages.

On top of that, the staff was shockingly unprofessional. They were rude, didn’t know how to talk to customers, and kept making unnecessary demands that were nowhere mentioned in the app. They’re not even following their own rules.

We handed over both the Aadhaar card and driving license while taking the bike. But when returning it, they suddenly claimed we never gave the Aadhaar card and told us to “search for it at home”. They literally said we are not responsible for ur aadhaar card. That’s not just careless — it’s irresponsible and borderline fraud.

This was my first and last time using ONN. If you value your time, documents, and peace of mind — stay far away from them. There are plenty of better, more professional services out there.

I booked Bajaj Pulsar 150 at ONN Bikes – Koramangala, but its condition was terrible. They offered Bajaj Avenger 220 instead, which initially seemed better. However, the bike started having issues after 30 km—self-start stopped working, and the bike would shut off at higher speeds. Despite multiple calls to the helpline, mechanics came from 40 km away and replaced a damaged relay. While I appreciate their effort, my journey was completely disrupted, and I wasted over 4 hours fixing the problems.

Eventually, the bike stopped entirely near Chikkaballapur. After struggling to bring it back using 3rd gear, I returned it the next morning. They refunded my booking amount, and while I acknowledge their mechanics’ efforts, the entire experience was frustrating. My whole day and plans were ruined, and I wasted 5 liters of petrol.

They shouldn’t provide non-serviced bikes and must properly check the bikes before handing them over to customers.

While the refund was fair, I cannot recommend this service based on this experience.

Took scooty zest. Totally non maintained broken scooter. All parts were making so much noise while riding. It was as if scooter will collapse anytime. Returned it half way through the rented period. Such scooters not fit for road !!!

Don’t book for rental here. They will make you book on app and then reject it when you reach to collect the bike. Big fraudsters!! They won’t refund or even receive calls after once asked for refund.

I’ve been a regular customer for royal brothers from 2019. I’ve booked almost about 70-80 times from royal brothers, I’ve had pickups from various places like Marathahalli, bellandur, indiranagar, Koramangala etc. all the staffs there were so good.
I recently booked a hero maestro just for a one day short ride. The vehicle was not available so they offered me an aprila 125.

The vechile wasn’t properly maintained. It had some scratches and dents, indicating that the vechile had some form of inner damage. Nevertheless I rode the vechile.
I rode the vechile through a speedbumb and the chasis came off. I adjusted it and rode it back. While delivering the vechile back the guy asked me to pay for the damage.

I’m attaching the following pictures of the vechile that was given to me.

The damage seems to have happened long ago. And they’ve given me a damaged vehicle. Now they’re asking me to pay for the damage that already pre existed before even the vechile was handed over to me.

The chasis broke from the inside and is filled with debris. It doesn’t look like I broke the chasis yesterday.

These guys simply reattached the chasis and gave me the vechile. I as a customer couldn’t cross check at the time of delivery because I was in a rush.

Very disappointing service from Royal Brothers. My scooty broke down last night and since then customer service is only saying that they will arrange a technician, but nothing has happened till now. No proper response, no update, no solution. Completely unreliable service – if this is how they handle breakdowns, I would never recommend them to anyone

They wont check the vehicle properly. Booked & taken activa 6g vehicle from 3/8/24 to 10/8/24. Experience was so pathetic.
Totally disappointed and suffered with that vehicle. Self start was not working for that vehicle. They told to use with kick start. They didnot replace another vehicle.For ladies its very difficult to put center stand of 100kg vehicle and kick start. My leg got injured because of that kick start.
Whenever i raise complaint they ask us to come to store location. If vehicle not starting how it is possible to come. Hardly vehicle worked only for 70 km..Poor customer support. With continues complaint,on 9/8/24 one person came and replaced the battery which is of no use since next day is the return date.
Spent nearly 3k for one week. But no use of that vehicle since it was not starting. They refused to refund the money. So pathetic service. Better avoid the service.

Worst ever experience I’ve got as a customer. I was in the streets for almost 2 hours just because of their poor customer support and worst roadside assistance ,bike got broke down in the middle. Never recommend ROYAL BROTHERS for anyone I know.
I had to repair THEIR Two-wheeler with my money and they’re not willing to give any amount or even a word of apology. Pathetic and worst ever experience.

The overall experience until booking the bike is great. Seamless user experience is selection of the bike, tariff details and etc. once you book the bike the services are not up to the mark. Especially with the Hoodi circle branch near icici bank. Really pathetic service and unresponsive. The emergency number which has been given to me , they don’t receive that call. Most of the time it’s not reachable or else switched off. While picking and dropping off I called atlest 20 times and every time it’s a long ring and then disconnect. When I asked the guy at the centre he said they don’t know whose number is that. I know it’s a working number as I spoke one time with that person as luckily he picked the phone once. I called customer care as I thought I would be late as I was stuck in traffic they said call the service centre guy and let them know but it’s the way I expected no response over phone. You guys need to improve your customer service for sure.

My experience was really good. They have lot of variety of vehicles and good service. Kiran is really helpful with all the queries.

They never checked the condition of the scooter before handing to customer. Fuel filter was completely messed up and the scooter stopped half way had to push it far to a mechanic. Worst experience.

I have taken the Himalayan 450 bike yesterday and the bike which is 85000km driven was in worst condition, stops frequently , scratches everywhere , lots of loose ends here and there and the rent 2500 per day is the rent of the moderately new Himalayan. The rent they are charging is of new bike and giving us some old shit. No mobile attachment is provided in the bike and this is why it makes really difficult riding in city and off-city.

The bike I booked form online ( meteor fireball 350) was as horrible condition and not suitable for riding. Mr Appu was understood the situation and help to find a replacement bike.. finally able to do my weekend long ride. Big thanks to Appu and his team

Good customer service from Vignesh. Has patiently received the calls and explained any of my queries. Little costly for the extra distance travelled. Royal Brothers can bring in loyality program as this is the only rental service that I use like many customers.
Bike was in good condition. Breaks, Tyres, Engine was in good condition. Only the left mirror was loose.

The rental was very good. Proper maintenance of the ride was done. The staff interaction was also polite.
