It’s Hugh, clean and nice. Ambiance is good. But non AC, hence it gets too hot during the functions. Enough of lighting’s for good photography. The additional space outside is very good with kids play area and high open space to sit and chill. Decor is awesome. Place is easy to locate. Food was average though depends on catering too.

The wedding hall has good facilities. It was very hot as there was no AC. An outward view is preferable to an inward view. There were facilities for the children to play and for us to sit. But what I didn’t like was the washroom, it was not clean, smelly and the place was not maintained. There is a parking lot but the road is very short and busy so it is difficult to reach the parking area.

We had a very disappointing experience at CMA Grand Function Hall. The management was extremely unprofessional and poorly organized. After our function, they abruptly turned off the lights and asked us to leave immediately, without even allowing us to wait inside until our cabs arrived. We were left standing outside in an uncomfortable and unsafe situation. This is not the kind of service or hospitality anyone expects when booking a function hall. Definitely would not recommend this place to others.

As we entered into Tannery Road and was close to CMA hall I was wondering where we will park the car and how we will enter etc. as the traffic on this road was much and the road quite narrow.
As we entered I was surprised that there was sufficient car parking and huge space for two wheeler parking as well.
The hall too was good and lighting and interiors was very grand with separate areas for reception as dining. Hand wash and restrooms were good enough too.
Over all a nice place in this part of Bangalore with so much space all around with nearly done gardens, swings, benches for relaxing etc within the area of the convention centre.
A good place for your family functions.

First of all a big thank you to all the staffs starting from the reception, the room service, the breakfast area and the security. Each and everyone of them were so amicable, courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
I came here and stayed for almost 2 weeks for my father’s treatment and the help from them was unmatched.
The rooms were nice with all amenities. The breakfast was quite good and had varieties everyday with freshly made items from the live counter. Special mention goes to the lady who manages the breakfast and also the staffs.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Rajajinagar or west Bengaluru.

Not a very good experience. No chair to relax in the room. Only working chair. Water is rationed , only two small bottles for two people. Billed me for water when asked extrabottle. This wedding hall near South End Circle is truly remarkable. It’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in for the first time. The hall is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 250-300 people. It’s air-conditioned, and the flower decorations were beautifully done.
However, the dining hall could be improved. It’s a bit cramped and lacks proper ventilation. There should be some cooling in there.
The food was reasonable but not exceptional. Some of the milk-based desserts were split and not at all enjoyable. Many dishes lacked salt, which was disappointing.
There’s a small basement parking lot that can fit about 6-8 cars, but there’s also street parking available.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Unprofessional Staff
We recently held a family function at Yuli Grand Hall and our experience was extremely disappointing. I feel compelled to share this in detail so that future customers are aware before making a booking.
Despite the event being scheduled for the afternoon (typical timing of the start of program: 1:30 PM onwards), the central AC was deliberately turned off by 4 PM—something that was never communicated in advance, either verbally or in writing. How can a hall expect a wedding function to be wrapped up within 2.5 hours?
When I requested that only the groom’s AC be kept on for an extra half hour for the comfort of guests, the hall manager (an elderly man with a beard) behaved extremely rudely and aggressively. Instead of handling the matter professionally, he denied the request and claimed that offering us a discount meant we had no right to complain—as if it was a favor and not a mutual agreement. Very unprofessional.
To make matters worse:
The AC system was extremely weak throughout the event; the entire hall felt warm and stuffy.
When asked what temperature it was set at, staff falsely claimed it was 16°C, which was clearly not the case.
They blamed poor cooling on open entry/exit points, which makes no sense in a venue that hosts public events and weddings.
When I mentioned I would leave a review to reflect this experience, their management later called me to confront me, not to apologize, but to argue about the review and openly threatened that anyone who dares to mention reviews will face aggression. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I regret booking this hall and urge anyone considering this venue to think a hundred times. You are better off choosing a place where customer satisfaction and dignity are respected. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime occasions—we didn’t pay for hostility, excuses, or suffering guests.

Worst experience on the day of reception,they have taken order for 50 veg catering along 250 non veg,but on that day they didn’t serve veg food instead they told we have 300 non veg,we all were upset, instead of arranging from their side, giving reason that they didn’t have time for cooking.Manager is giving suggestions to buy from near by veg hotel in frazer hotel, almost 60 to 70 didn’t have food.Good for Non veg.words change once they receive payment.

I availed the facilities of Balan Farm for a reception function. I’m quite impressed by their professionalism, offerings, ideas coupled with timely arrangements to ensure comfort for the guests. This venue can easily accommodate about 700 guests at a time, without considering the floating attendees.
Their team, led by Mr. Suresh, had a session with us to understand the requirements and quickly offered various options to pursue, to meet our tastes. They were quite transparent in sharing the overhead costs beyond the basic offerings and how it will impact our budget. They even provided the pros and cons of these options to make the choices easier.
The parking lot is large and can comfortably accommodate over 100 cars while the campus has some beautiful floral and light arrangements that were esthetically decorated for our function. The cooking and catering area is large and offered convenience to handle our requirements well.
There are some minor inconveniences with this venue. The road leading to the venue is a bit narrow for about 200m and it would be hard to ply buses in this road. The rooms for the bride and groom are reasonably spacious but additional rooms will be a problem. You can opt for a mild, melodious music playback but live, loud music is not allowed.
Overall, I rate this venue quite high in terms of the facilities, support staff and the arrangement options available. We had an excellent experience and we received high appreciations from our guests about the venue.

There are two places adjacent to each other and people get confused to which one they should be going, until they confirm the names of the arties celebrating are conducting the functions. The approach road from JP Nagar main road cutting across, Brigade Millenium is good. Google takes you in a cramped road going from Mysore road side. Best to avoid this route shown by Google maps.
Plenty of open parking available within the compound. Wheelchair parking and access to the hall is available. The hall can be decorated according to one’s taste. More than 300 guests can be accommodated at once. Lighting arrangements are good with big trees all around. The road infront is not broad enough. Security staff are near the main gate.
Did not get to see any rooms being there. Kitchen area is separate. Separate Washrooms are there. Tables and chairs can be arranged. There’s a stage for reception and conducting other functions.

This venue is an ideal place for small functions with around 100+ members. The ambiance is charming, with a traditional and heritage-inspired look that makes it a very photogenic spot. The dining hall is notably more spacious than the main hall, which is a plus.
However, the toilets were dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which was disappointing. Parking can also be tricky to locate, which might be inconvenient for guests. Overall, a decent place but with some room for improvement.

It’s like a palatial building. A big home converted to a wedding hall.
Suitable for many kinds of functions.
Dinner hall is huge.
Multiple photo spots. Was bored so didn’t take any pics.

An ideal place for a small function with around 150 members. But infact I went to attend a marriage on 21.11.24. This place does not look a normal marriage hall but has a traditional and heritage look. Ambiance is good. Dining hall looks more spacious than the main hall. Toilets were dirty and stinking. This has to be looked into on an urgent basis.

Unlike any other marriage or function hall, Ganjam mantapa is quiet different. People who wanted traditional, authentic and temple like look and feeling, they will definitely like this place for their celebrations.!!!!
It’s not huge or that big for large gathering. May be 400-500 people can be accommodated here. You’ll have valets parking by the help of management ( I think it’s n add-on service) Very easy to reach. Cheers..

An old traditional house that has been rennovated and converted into a Mantapa (wedding hall), it has a rustic and traditional looks. Well maintained, well decorated and super clean! It can accomodate around 200 people and the dining hall is on the same level, adjacent to the main wedding area and can accomodate 60 people sitting in one go.
No parking available on the premises, but decent parking available on the main road as well as roads beside and behind the venue.

One of my fav mantap, ambience gives a mindset that you are entering a temple and also they make users to avoid plastic and paper cups. Small functions and weddings will accommodate well here. For elderly people I did not see any lift service. Dining area is next to main hall and few rooms on first floor.
Parking is a challenge and for functions Val-let parking will help.

A huge place for all family functions. I don’t think they allow cocktail parties and all. Preferably for Jain, Marwadi and Maheshwari community. Rooms are also present for night stays. Cleanliness can be improved but not that bad I would say. Attended and organised a couple of events there and things ran smoothly.

Don’t ever try to book any Functions at this place, hidden charges are more anybody surrounded function halls. Displayed offering price is different from the actual non mentioned ones. Highly not recommended, don’t waste your hard earned money on the unwanted charges. Keep mind nothing is complimentary services. If you spend more hour extra then they will charge for that also.

We had booked a Shubh Banquet for the baby shower function. The hall is very spacious and can easily accommodate 250+ members and parking is on the basement which can accommodate around 20 cars. It’s an AC Hall and rooms are very neatly maintained, Veerendra sir is a very good person and he takes incharge of hall and maintains very well. Shubh banquet is a hidden gem around jayanagar. Flower decoration was done by the Bhaskar sir team. He is a really good person who follows up and understands the requirements and also his work is really magnificent. Everyone liked the decoration and also he takes care of each and everything and satisfies the customer. Food catering is by BRS careers, food was really good and the welcome drink with starters was very tasty. The way they manage the people and serve food is really appreciated.
Overall anyone is looking for a small function Shubh Banquet is the good option to choose.

This functional hall is located at main road, it has parking lot which is very great thing considering its busy location. The hall’s interior is very good with neutral lighting.
