I recently gave my Marshall speaker for repair due to battery issues and a cranky sound. I contacted Audio Care the name matched perfectly with the quality of service The technician promised to repair it in two hours but impressed me by finishing it even sooner. I’m genuinely happy with the work done. If you own a Marshall speaker that's not working, I highly recommend Audio Care they'll bring it back to life.

It was a great experience of their service. I highly recommend their store for repair of any speakers they’ll do it in few hours he’s a well experienced technician has a great knowledge about the speaker.

Avoid this shop at all costs. I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. I dropped off my speaker about 20 days ago. At the time, they told me they would inspect it and call me the next day with an update. That call never came. In fact, over the next 20 days, they never contacted me once—I had to call them every few days to check the status. Finally, on the 20th day, when I called they told me to come and pick up the speaker because they simply plugged it in and realized it was a motherboard issue. Essentially, no real inspection was done, and my time was completely wasted. The shop itself is a mess(see attached pictures), and their lack of communication, responsibility, and even the inability to keep their workspace clean, shows a high level of unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, when I went to collect my speaker, it was packed in the box I dropped it in (taped up). When I opened it to check, 3 cables were missing! It took them 20 minutes of searching in their disorganized shop to find the missing cables. Overall, this place lacks both technical skill and basic organization. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop for speaker repairs. Instead, try Dr AV Receiver—a much better option.

Don't believe these reviews one bit. I gave my hifi XLR cable that costs more 5000$ for a minor issue. Biggest blunder of my life. Prakash has my product for weeks(more than a month) and does not receive my calls, does not work on my product, does not have the professional courtesy to call back with an update. I am worried that he has screwed up my product and is trying to hide. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I know every single audiophile in bangalore and will be caution every one in this hobby through WhatsApp groups to stay away from these unprofessional and toxic guys. Just horrible service from these Audio Care guys. Stay away!!

Thanks to Prakash at Audio Care, Koramangala for fixing my Marshall speaker and Bose SoundSport headphones (which Bose had called non-repairable). Terrible Experience - Avoid This Repair Store at All Costs! I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly dishonest and incompetent service I received. I brought my headphones to them solely to have the ear pads replaced. I even provided the new ear pads myself, purchased online, and simply asked them to put them on. What followed was a two-week ordeal of delays and broken promises. After holding onto my headphones for this absurd amount of time, they finally claimed the work was done. To my absolute shock and frustration, when I got them back, one side of the headphone was completely dead. I explicitly told them that I had given them my headphones in perfect working condition, with both sides fully functional. Not only did they fail to complete the simple task I requested promptly, but they actively damaged my headphones to the point of complete disrepair. To add insult to injury, they still charged me ₹500 for "replacing" the ear pads on a now-useless headphone. This is a clear case of outright deception and appalling customer service. They took a perfectly good pair of headphones, ruined them, and then had the audacity to charge me for their destructive "repair." Do NOT trust your electronics with these people. They are, in my experience, nothing short of filthy cheaters. Save yourself the money, time, and immense frustration by taking your business elsewhere.
