I have taken their service for my father who was recovering from stroke as the current attendant has to leave for his home due emergency. Before starting the service ,me and my sister explained all the limitations and medication conditions. The Attendant named Suman Mondal agreed .once he reaches he started showing attitude. He cant stand for 2 mins to give a hot pack and no sympathy for a stroke patient. You are a nurse your duty is to serve and keep the patient happy Headphones are always on ,in the middle of important discussion he is busy checking his mobile. Not all all recommended. The person left telling lies that he was not informed about the patient condition. We had a conference call before he came. I am surprised to see such good reviews in Google
