Apollo homecare provided in house full time caregiver for my eldery mother. 2 months back they would have got 5 stars, the initial caregivers were outstanding, and became family members. However the last 3 who came refused to take care of my my very frail and elderly mother. They were on their phones all the time. The eqrlier Apollo supervisors used to be good – but the new and current supervisor sent severely unqualified girls with no briefing as to the kind of care they needed to provide. Deapite three girls each leaving of their own accord, they charged me for all three girls who had refused to work.

I cannot praise the services of the rehab and physiotherapist team at Sakra hospital enough in the care of my mother following her fracture neck of femur. I found the physiotherapist Amitha knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate and caring. She was astute enough to know the needs of the patient and the family and worked well with them. I found her to be responsive and dedicated as well as regular to work. Moreover I found her to be genuinely interested in the progress and welfare of my mother and tried to get her back to her previous level of independence. This proved to be challenging given her previous history of head injury and its sequel .
It was refreshing to watch how Amitha’s sustained enthusiasm, and encouragement to get my mother to participate in all the all the exercises. The result of this effort in the form of a rather rapid recovery in a 80 year old with fracture NOF with multiple physical and cognitive problems astounded all.

Ms Krishnaveni dealt with my queries and purchase of a wheel chair for my Dad with utmost professionalism and delivering the same with an option of COD by being so understanding when I aired my concerns of being previously scammed by online payments. She is an asset to the organisation Who understands the importance of time and the customers need . Happy with the delivery of the wheel chair and the product quality was on par with what was explained & promised over our telephonic conversation.

Very very bad experience. They sent a person by name Babitha for my mother who had leg fracture. She was a diaster. She hardly did anything always on phone. She used to talk for hours. Even when she had to hold my mother she used to carry mobile in hand and go on talking. All she did was talking, making reels and doing makeup.
She gave wrong medicines to my mother and has the audacity to tell ” what happened nothing happened right”?. I told her several times to leave mobile atleast while attending my mother but she was so arrogant saying you are not paying me. Totally irresponsible. They said she has done nurse training but she hardly knows even what 1-0-1 means .
Inurse too is very irresponsible. After sending her they didn’t even bother to call and ask how is she performing ? Was she ok or not? Just when a month was about to complete Navya sent a message please pay for next month.
They are least bothered about the patient or the girl they sent . All they want is money.
Please avoid this and find any other suitable org for your loved ones. Anything can happen for your loved ones when they are not even careful with medicines.

We contacted inurse at the nth momoment. They immediately gave us a nurse . Jyothi was assigned to us. She was very good, caring and patient. She herself was very clean and maintained a hygienic environment. We were very happy with service provided. I would recommend inurse to family and friends for sure.

Nurse Jyoti provided excellent care for our baby born at 34 weeks. She managed paladai feeding, baby handling, and administering medicines with great skill, patience, and gentleness. Her support gave the family immense confidence and comfort during this delicate stage.

My experience with sajjalashree home nursing service has been outstanding. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. My mother has been here for six months, and we’ve seen a remarkable improvement in her mood and overall health. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They offer great activities that keep residents engaged, and the communication with families is excellent. I feel confident and at peace knowing she’s in good hands. Highly recommend!

Frauds and unprofessional people. The advance payment of around 7 days has not been returned to us even though we cancelled the service 7 days before the completion of the month. We cancelled the service because they sent people with minimal hygiene and completely uneducated, who came just to pass time and eat. They come directly from their villages or town and are clueless about what a caretaker should do. The caretakers are never screened, only adhaar card is collected from them. Once the caretakers arrive to house they ask us to pay the transportation charges and never refund. The so called caretakers do not even know how to read the medicine names and identify medicines based on shape and color only, which is a disaster since most medicines are white and round. They cannot even differentiate. The caretakers are not even eligible as basic helper staff.

Taking service from them would mean that you are not bothered about the well being of your family member who is a patient.

Don’t fall for their sweet talks and price. I wish this organization shuts down soon.
