My experience with sajjalashree home nursing service has been outstanding. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. My mother has been here for six months, and we’ve seen a remarkable improvement in her mood and overall health. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They offer great activities that keep residents engaged, and the communication with families is excellent. I feel confident and at peace knowing she’s in good hands. Highly recommend!

Frauds and unprofessional people. The advance payment of around 7 days has not been returned to us even though we cancelled the service 7 days before the completion of the month. We cancelled the service because they sent people with minimal hygiene and completely uneducated, who came just to pass time and eat. They come directly from their villages or town and are clueless about what a caretaker should do. The caretakers are never screened, only adhaar card is collected from them. Once the caretakers arrive to house they ask us to pay the transportation charges and never refund. The so called caretakers do not even know how to read the medicine names and identify medicines based on shape and color only, which is a disaster since most medicines are white and round. They cannot even differentiate. The caretakers are not even eligible as basic helper staff. Taking service from them would mean that you are not bothered about the well being of your family member who is a patient. Don't fall for their sweet talks and price. I wish this organization shuts down soon. SHAME OF THEM. For the others reading this review, please share honest experiences. Had I seen a review for them, I would not have suffered monetary loss and loss of health and peace.

We are extremely pleased with the home elder care services provided by sajjalashree home nursing service From day one, their team has shown professionalism, empathy, and a true dedication to supporting our elderly family member with both dignity and kindness. The caregivers are well-trained and genuinely compassionate. They assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping—all while offering meaningful companionship and emotional support. Their presence has brought comfort and stability to our loved one’s life.

Don't Come as a care giver, bcoz this agency doesn't worthy, Froud agency about salary to Care Giver, sudha medam was not respond in the salary time, if respond, the payment was down, too much froud during salary time.... Don't come , I suggest ... Waste of Your time, I worked around 25 days as a Care Giver , but salary given only 13000, balance 2000 is not given, and also they don't respond my Calls... so Please don't come to work in this Agency ... Bad Agency for Me...
