Dr Darwin is an exceptionally dedicated, caring and compassionate doctor. My mother is 100 years and when she came down with congestion and fluid build up in her lungs, Dr Darwin was extremely responsive and proactive in his treatment. He organized the delivery of the oxygen concentrator machine and the administration of an iv drip, at home at 10 pm in the night. He took time to explain her medical condition and her treatment options calmly. He made himself available whenever needed and followed up to keep abreast of her condition. Dr Divya Mathew handled my mother very well. She ensured that my mother was comfortable and alert mentally till the end. Even though she was bedridden for 8 months she was quick to handle situations and ensured good paliative treatment was done. Dr. Darwin also took good care of mother. Shout out to the excellent service not just medical but emotional support given by Dr Divya and Dr. Darwin. We are very very grateful to both of you. Suggestion: We were under apollo home care for 8 months..unfortunately when mother passed away we had to go pillar to post asking for a doctor to delare death ...it will be nice for apollo to have a tie up with a doctor in the area who could come and declare death.

I got Dr. Harini treat my mother in law for a week, and we are absolutely delighted with her Physiotherapy sessions. My mil has knee issues and difficulty in walking. Most undepedabale agency . After payment of services for mistakes made by them they don't take your call and have least concerned about your requirements. Ihave experienced not only once but twice from 2 person from same agency . They deliverd a wrong product .First person Vignesh and the second person Sujith. Vignesh lied and didn't take call and sujit never bothers to attend the c My wife had revision of hip surgeryat Apollo bg road Bangalore and the dr suggested to have similar bed of the hospital at home as her case was very complicated. I enquired about the bed and Mr Vignesh was the point of contact from Apollo Home care. I gave the details of my house video of my stairs and photo of the lift.to confirm whether bed can be brought by stairs or by the lift. Vignesh sent me 2 videos the first one was 3 function and the second one was 5 function the bed and the videos were the same .he gave me pricing and I had agreed for 3 function . Meanwhile I had sent another video of hospital bed to ensure there is no problem on the sides of the bed as my wife able to sit without causing issue on her thigh bone.the video also attached I paid advance and rental on the Tuesday 9th sept .Vignesh confirmed me that bed will be delivered at 2 pm . Not only delivery was on time but also wrong bed was sent. From 1 pm i was at home leaving my wife all alone till 6 pm. Vignesh lies to me the vehicle has an issue and delayed . The driver and the person with him told they got the instructions only at2 pm . On top of everything the driver told me to arrange manpower to take the bed . Since I had no choice ran around fixed manpower and got the bed fixed and it was totally wrong bed photo attached. Vignesh never answered my call from 3 pm to 6 pm . Meanwhile one Mr.sujith came on call and said he is the bio medical engineer and he is point of contact . He said he is aware of the videos of the stairs and lift and I had sent the videos sent by Vignesh. He accepted the mistake and said he will replace the bed by 10 am on the 10th sept he said he will provide manpower from his side and needed additional support as the bed will be heavy . I agreed and saidma power organised at 10 am. The driver calls me at 10 am and says he will take an hour and half and need manpower to take the bed means they were none . Since i was in hospital I requested my neighbour to helpand coordinate. The bes not only came late and without any manpower as agreed by Mr. Sujith. Mr. Sujith never answered my call from 8.45 am to 12 noon where he told me he will coordinate and get it fixed. He calls me and telling me he was busy in another installation. Please from above you can see they are least bothered about what they commit and they will not answer your call after you have paid for the service. My experience they arenit trustworthy. I have all the call logs and all the correspondence which I don't want post inthis . After Mr. Harish came into picture things are looking better . Hope the people will understand the situation and respond not like a call centre as this pertaining to health

Hi, I had a week's session with Dr Upasana. It's was for my foot recovery post accident. She is a really good and experienced physiotherapist. She really cares for your recovery and the exercises she recommends are all very appropriate and gives you results for sure.
