SVK is very good service provider. Admin staff are really good& understanding our needs.The company tries their best give good caregivers.. Only problem is caregivers attitude & behaviour. My Suggestion : The caregivers have to be groomed & trained for better service.

Ms Krishnaveni dealt with my queries and purchase of a wheel chair for my Dad with utmost professionalism and delivering the same with an option of COD by being so understanding when I aired my concerns of being previously scammed by online payments. She is an asset to the organisation Who understands the importance of time and the customers need . Happy with the delivery of the wheel chair and the product quality was on par with what was explained & promised over our telephonic conversation. Lastly but not the least would like to mention the delivery was done promptly and on time by Mr Dichan who was very polite and helpful in explaining and taking us through the functions of the wheelchair.
