Was here for a much dreaded hair appointment. Pranil and Aso understood the requirement and delivered exactly what I asked. The trainer Kim who was overseeing the whole process and kept checking in. Would definitely recommend this place.

I came here for a traditional Indian massage and a facial and the service was truly exceptional, my comfort was the utmost priority and the entire experience was absolutely divine. I’ve never felt so truly relaxed and taken care of in a salon and spa before! Definitely will be visiting again

The experience was nostalgic. Nostalgic because I felt like I was back in my neighbourhood aunty's parlour where I would have to listen to her insult me and barely care about what I want. The stylist completely disregarded my opinion and decided to do whatever he felt was best with my hair even though I repeatedly requested him for a particular style. It almost seemed like he was inexperienced in that area but resorted to insulting my choices rather than just asking for help or even telling me to upgrade to a senior stylist. My mistake for asking the reception to let anyone who's free cut my hair. Then again you think a place like this wouldn't really want to scam you. And don't bother calling them and giving them your feedback because they simply push the responsibility of actually doing something onto a higher authority who always seems to be in a meeting. One star because their other services were good and I wouldn't want to disregard the work of everyone else.

Before the service, I was quoted a specific price, which seemed reasonable and influenced my decision to proceed. However, after the service was completed, I was shocked to find that they charged me double the initially agreed-upon amount. There was no clear communication or justification provided for the price hike, and it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. This lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling cheated and distrustful of their business practices. The service itself was satisfactory, but the unexpected overcharging completely overshadowed any positive aspects. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and confirm all pricing details in writing before committing to any services with Body Craft. Their failure to honour the quoted price makes it difficult to recommend them.

Hi I’m from United Arab emirates, I did inject eye filler and temples. I was really happy with the technique. The doctor used for me appreciated him and he is really excellent and from now onwards I will visit him only and I recommend all my friends. ‍♀️ ️

Got a massage done by Pasang and she was incredible! I had lots of knots/very tight muscles and she did a phenomenal job in working out each individual knot in every single limb. She was very attentive to my pain as well and was very polite. 100% recommend! Got a caviar facial done by Anita and she was also very lovey. She was very gentle with my sensitive skin and I came out with a visible difference. My face felt so much more hydrated and refreshed afterwards.
