An excellent place for neutering and spaying for cats. Got both my kittens operated here. Dr Nanjundappa and his entire team were very helpful.

Dr. Sandeep, this is in response to your reply. First, you initially stated that we did not get any tests done, yet later in your response, you claimed we took all the services after bargaining. Please ensure your statements are consistent before making such claims. 1. We did all the tests you recommended—just to clarify, as you seem to be contradicting yourself. And yes, we did question unnecessary costs, which is a common concern among many of your customers, as reflected in multiple one-star reviews. 2. You didn’t even know my pet’s correct age. My dog was not even 13 years old, which clearly shows you lacked basic awareness about our visits. Despite multiple check-ups, you repeatedly dismissed his condition as "tick fever" and failed to diagnose or communicate the real risks. 3. We did not visit your clinic for charity. We were paying for the services—not to be overcharged or taken advantage of, as you seem to do with many others. Your reviews speak for themselves regarding how you treat customers. 4. Your attitude towards pet owners is unacceptable. Being rude, aggressive, and dismissive of concerns is not how a responsible veterinarian should behave. Instead of owning up to your mistakes, you are simply making excuses here to deflect blame. Because of your negligence, we lost our pet. Only after seeking treatment elsewhere did we learn he had cancer—something you completely overlooked. Even after knowing this, you continue to argue just because we mentioned your name. If you truly care about the animals brought to you, show it through your actions. Instead of defending yourself here, why don’t you take accountability and address all the other negative reviews calling out similar issues?

I highly recommend V-Care Polyclinic. I have a cat and an elderly rabbit, and my experiences here have been outstanding. I’ve visited multiple times for my cat’s routine care, but recently, after she developed a UTI, we began administering the prescribed antibiotics. One day, I noticed a bulge in my rabbit and rushed her to the clinic. The team immediately performed a scan and blood work right in front of me. Their swift diagnosis revealed an infected uterus that required urgent surgery. Given her age, the procedure carried significant risk. Despite our fears, we proceeded — and I’m thrilled to share that my beloved rabbit Coco is now healthy and active! I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at the clinic, especially Dr. Nanjundappa, for his patience, genuine care, and expertise. His compassion made a world of difference. What truly sets V-Care apart is the kindness and humanity of everyone there. It’s rare to find this level of warmth even in human hospitals — seeing such dedication and love for animals was deeply refreshing. Thank you, V-Care Polyclinic, for your exceptional service.

We visited V-Care Pet Clinic for laser therapy for one of our cats, which required daily treatments for a week. On the first day, the doctor personally attended to us and explained the procedure, advising us to visit in the afternoon for subsequent sessions to ensure he could give her the treatment. However, on the next two days, the doctor was absent, and the assistants administered the therapy. Unfortunately, their handling was unprofessional and careless. They performed the treatment improperly, burning a part of my cat’s tail skin in the process. When questioned, they insisted that the laser had to be applied so close to the skin, which clearly was not true. This experience has left us deeply disappointed, as we entrusted our pet’s well-being to the clinic. While the doctor seemed knowledgeable, the lack of proper supervision and the negligence of the staff were unacceptable.

Unethical Billing Practices I went to this clinic to get my cat vaccinated, but they added unnecessary services without informing me and doubled the bill. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge customers. Transparency and consent are basic expectations, and they failed on both counts. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and reliable veterinary care.

Please do not visit the Koramangala branch clinic. As per my experience Dr. Sandeep is clearly careless about consulting pet but only interested is looting money. He was so insecure about touching our pet dog. He kept telling my pet had tick fever and never got recovered. After visiting to a different clinic , we came to know he was diagnosed with cancer and the condition was too bad. We had to lose him. Humble request to avoid meeting Dr. Sandeep especially. I do not think he is really a veterinarian , very cruel. And also with the staffs , they are very rude and least bothered about the customer.
