I’m deeply grateful to the amazing team at Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital, especially Dr. Ramesh and Dr. Rakshika, for the incredible care they’ve given to my two girls — Bujji and Pokuji.
Bujji, my senior dog, went through two tumor removal surgeries on both her legs. We were heartbroken, thinking she might never walk properly again or lose her spirit. But thanks to Dr. Ramesh’s expert hands and the compassionate care she received, Bujji not only recovered — she came back with the energy of a 6-month-old pup! She’s now living her best life, full of playfulness and joy.
Pokuji had to undergo a complicated spay surgery along with the extraction of 8 rotten teeth. She has been dealing with multiple health issues, but again, under the care of Dr. Ramesh and Dr. Rakshika, the surgery went smoothly and she’s recovering beautifully. She’s already doing much better, and we are hopeful for a full recovery.

Both of these doctors are like angels in the form of vets — skilled, kind, and truly dedicated. The entire staff at Cessna has been supportive and gentle throughout these critical moments.

Cessna Pet Hospital was once among the best pet care facilities in Bangalore — known for its excellent doctors, clear diagnosis, and compassionate care. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The focus now feels more commercial than medical. Each visit seems to come with a push for multiple tests, many of which feel unnecessary, and even follow-up consultations are charged separately.

While the hospital still has the infrastructure and expertise, the approach feels more like a business than a place of healing and trust. I hope they bring back the transparency and genuine care that once made them stand out.

Cessna and Dr. Ramesh have given my sweet baby a second chance at life. I was referred to Cessna when my cat, Winston was diagnosed with a rare injection site sarcoma that was a adverse reaction to a recent rabies vaccine. The team at Cessna was able to use CT imaging to see exactly how deep the tumor had permeated and plan the surgery accordingly. Dr. Ramesh was able to completely remove the tumor and also followed up with two rounds of electro chemotherapy. To my knowledge, there are no other veterinary hospitals in Bangalore and only a few in the country that are able to provide this standard of care. Some might complain about the price, but if you have a pet in need of urgent / lifesaving care, Cessna the place where you will be able to give your furry friend the best chance at recovery. Winston is my soul cat, and I will forever be grateful for the team at Cessna that helped save him.

P.S. If you’re going to get your cat vaccinated, it’s best to ask the vet to give the vaccine in the lower part of the leg, rather then the torso or shoulders. This makes it easier to remove tumors if they occur. You can also ask for non-adjuvanted vaccines which are less likely to cause this kind of cancer.

Have been taking my paralysed dog for swimming session weekly for some months now , the pool is well maintained and the instructor mahesh is a very nice guy who takes good care of the dogs while swimming. With him , need not worry about anything, he understands the dog condition and guides well.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Himanshu at Cessna Hospital. She treated my bird with such care and professionalism. The consultation was thorough, and the beak trimming procedure was handled so gently and efficiently. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care my bird received. I lost my cat under this hospital’s care. Bloodwork had already shown liver failure, but they still pushed for a CT scan under anesthesia, assuring us it was safe. My cat never woke up. The scan did not change the outcome, but it robbed us of the little time we could have had left to say goodbye. I feel the procedure was unnecessary and done more for money than for the cat’s wellbeing. Extremely disappointed and heartbroken.

Edit: This hospital pushes for an endless list of expensive tests without considering the condition of the pet. I ended up spending nearly one lakh in just 24 hours.

Edit 2: Dr. Vathsala was the doctor who attended and forced the CT on us. She didn’t even know the history of the cat. She also tried to push a biopsy at the last minute, showing a complete lack of ethics. Throughout, she seemed more concerned about her duty time ending than about my cat’s critical condition.

Cessna’s quality of treatment for my pets oscillates between good and acceptable. Dr. Aishwarya is my preferred vet, and she’s great at what she does. Their night doctors, however, generally seem quite inexperienced. They once made the process of blood donation extremely stressful and behaved downright unprofessionally.

Cessna’s customer service, though, is appalling. Ridiculously high charges, long wait times with zero communication, and very poor clinic management. And they *really* do not care (unless you have a pending bill, then they’ll dedicatedly call you 2-3 times a day). A simple visit is most likely going to be a stressful process for both you and your pet.

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this hospital. I went there with my sick kitten, hoping for proper diagnosis and treatment. I brought in a rescued stray kitten who was visibly unwell. From the start, I trusted this hospital to provide genuine care. Instead, I was put through endless scans, X-rays, blood tests, and high-cost medicines — all while receiving no clear diagnosis or plan. In hindsight, it seems they already suspected her condition was terminal (likely FIP or severe fluid buildup), but they never told me the truth. They just kept giving false hope and running up the bills.

Despite clear signs of fluid accumulation, they continued drips and feeding until she died, likely by suffocation. I spent nearly ₹15,000, not including the emotional toll of watching her suffer. The doctors acted distant and rushed, and interns did most of the work — it felt like my pet was just another case for practice, not a life that mattered.

Please go here only for basic services like vaccination, emergency hydration, or wound care. If your pet is seriously ill, go somewhere that values both honesty and compassion. This place prolonged her pain just to make money.

Had a great experience at Bangalore Pet Hospital with my cat. The vets and staff are caring, professional, and thorough. The hospital is open 24×7, which is a big plus for emergencies. It’s also fully equipped with X-ray, ICU, blood tests, oxygen support, and more—all under one roof. Clean facility, quick service, and genuine love for animals. We’ve been bringing our precious furball Cookie for 9 years now. Just love the place and the excellent care we’ve always got! Very very reasonable pricing also. One week ago Cookie got poisoned by eating pesticide covered grass and had her liver and kidneys damaged. One week later we have a fully cured active little furball. Some amazing amazing care by Dr Lohith and his team of wonderful doctors and support staff at Bangalore Pet Hospital. Especially love the way everyone came in to check on her while the drips were on, and all the love, care and compassion shown to her and us throughout. Thank you!!

Dont know what to say, i rescued a street dog which had met with an accident, then later was admitted to this hospital on my own expense. On the first day it was bit better, on the next day doctors had said it can be discharged the day later, then on the 3rd day morning i got a call saying the dog is no more. The night before that the dog was kept on the 1st floor and the oxygen had dropped to 85. But upon insisting, they did not provide the oxygen it needed. Im never recommending this hospital for any pet lover. If anyone doubts my review, theybcan directly go to first floor without informing anyone and see the level of cleanliness and hygine by themselves. God save those dogs

Visited the Pet Centre because my Golden Retriever had the opportunity to donate blood to his friend who’s a golden retriever female. The vets and attenders who helped him were completely clueless- they first tried to take blood in a bag. Tried for 1 hour then resorted to sucking blood through 6-7 injections worth 60ml each. My pet dog was trying to be a Good Samaritan and all he got in return was the vet and helpers poking him in every vein possible in all his legs and putting him through torture for 3 hours!!!!!!! The others who had visited the clinic for their pets didn’t seem too happy either. It’s also run very unprofessionally with a very long waiting time and inexperienced vets. Do not recommend at all.

This attention to detail reflects the thoughtfulness behind the setup.

The facility also boasts a 24-hour pet care service, along with a dedicated dialysis center, making it one of the most advanced clinics in the area—even surpassing more widely known services like Cessna in certain technological aspects. An extensive pharmaceutical unit is also attached to the hospital, ensuring prompt availability of medications.

That said, one of the major drawbacks is the cost. Consultation, treatment, and even basic vaccinations are significantly more expensive than other nearby vets. For routine or minor issues, a local clinic might be more economical.

Overall, if you’re seeking the best possible care and advanced treatment options for your pet, Maruti Pet Clinic is a strong choice. But for simpler needs, exploring more cost-effective local alternatives may be more practical.

High Beard Dog treated in different way.
From past 2 years we are getting to repeat the same treatment still there was no improvement & that medicine started side effect to my Dog, now we changed to other clinic drastically found improvement.
Now they have started chargeing extra amount as an emergency charges if we register our pets on their system after 11.00pm till Morning 8.00am.
Pets gets cure based on Dr’s & their treatment if Dr wants to make money they will add so many tests & gives injections with different medicines for same symptoms example if we have headache we can take either Dolo 650 or Saridon which works for same but they give both the medicines.

One of the worst hospital I had ever seen.. apart from Dr Lohitha every other doctors are unprofessional in that hospital. During the scan of my pregnant Shihtzu they said she has only 4 foetus in that one has very low heartbeat but she had 6 puppies in that one was ungrown in her womb and which has died 4 th week. During the second scan which was a week before her delivery they didn’t know that the foetus is died and again said there is only 4 foetus but on the due day she delivered only 3 and after that her abdomen started bloating, we immediately rushed they gave pain injection for labour to push the other one they made us wait for 3 days and after that her abdomen became worse later they said she has jaundice and blood count is low we can’t perform a surgery.. after we suggested doctor for blood transfusion then they realised ooh ok we can transfuse blood and do surgery as a common pet parent we have basic knowledge. They made my pet suffer a lot for 3 days by that time the dead foetus infected and rotted every organ of my pet after all these serious issues they did surgery which was too late.. we lost her after staying 5 days and 5 nights at the hospital whole family very taking care of her every minute.

Coming to the cost, they charged us like hell for 5 days I have spend nearly 80 thousand apart from blood test and donor blood charges.
The attenders and ward boys are fit for nothing. Especially ward boy Darshan an illiterate and mercy less person treated my pet so badly during the night shift..
I should appreciate Chethan who helped me during night when ever I call him to check temperature and oxygen level without delaying he came and helped.
Darshan who was incharge of night shift and dr Bheeresh and other ward boy slept in the x ray room and never use to come
Darshan was hurry in asking us to make the payment of bill the morning when my pet died..

Please don’t visit this hospital in professional doctors and every doctor will give new medication and do experiment on your pet and we end up losing our pet by their mistake.

I would like to give this hospital 3 stars for the following reasons:

First impression:
I know this is a big hospital, and a lot of pets visit here daily. However, I found the hospital to be unhygienic, and the staff’s response was not up to the mark. Surprisingly, the security guard responded better than the staff.

Reason for visit:
I came here because my Shih Tzu had not been eating for three days. Initially, we visited a nearby clinic, but it didn’t help, so we decided to come here.
Diagnosis and treatment: On our first visit, the doctor immediately recommended a blood test costing ₹2200, which I agreed to. They then advised us to visit for three days for drips to improve my pet’s condition. Later, they suggested a PCR test (done at an outside lab), and the report confirmed that my dog had tick fever.

Treatment quality:
The treatment itself was good, and the doctor explained the condition well. They started treatment from day one, which I appreciated.

Customer service issues:
The doctor did not respond properly to my queries. On the first day, I got confused about the medicines and called the hospital for clarification. After multiple attempts, they finally answered, but the response was arrogant. They said, “You have to understand it the first time.”

The medicine department especially lady, was very rude and arrogant. She responded slowly and acted as if she knew everything, refusing to address my questions. Boss listen if you are reading this “Remember I am paying for your salaries. Customers like me visit and spend money here, which is why you are getting paid. If people like me or others stop coming, your salary wouldn’t be there. You’d just be sitting at home doing nothing.” treat customers politely and respond appropriately.

Caring staff:
On a positive note, Mr. Chethan, who handled the drips and other procedures, did a great job. Even the security staff were kind and responsive.

General observation:
I felt the doctor and hospital staff lacked empathy for the animals. They seemed to focus only on providing treatment and dispensing medicines without genuinely caring for the pets. Perhaps this is due to the large number of patients they handle daily.

Suggestions for improvement:
Improve customer service and communication.
Consider prebooking appointments via phone calls for better organization 🙂

The doctors are very kind and know what they are doing. In case of blood test or X-ray the report comes in 20 mins making the diagnosis easier. Best part is they do not write hundreds of medicine, they suggest what is required only. My kitten had a fracture and we got her operated with plating. I can’t be thankful enough to Dr. Patil for his genuine care for my baby.

Good Analysis and best treatment. Very first time i am growing German shepherd and just 3 months young kids travelled 12 hrs previous day. The next day itself got sick and eating food, vomiting, loose motion.
I just brought this jeeva hospital and they did wonderful treatment it recover only 2 dose of medicine, the same same day night took all dog food and everything.
Next day morning no vomiting, no loose motion.

I really prefer this good hospital, jeeva saved my dogs life, shaidu is recovered from parbo virus, Dr nagesh reddy treated him very well. His behavior is really very good. The assistants mahesh and all are really Friendly. They took a good care of my dog. Thank you so much jeeva for saving pets and you are doing a great job. Keep it up.

The staff was horrendous and the doctor seemed scared to handle our cat herself.
The support staff held her down with harsh force leeding to a wound and bleeding, which has become an infection.

Its sad how the place is, very unsanitary, especially for a hospital.
There is no sense of responsibility or authenticity.

They have no regard for your family member or your emotions.

I would strongly recommend against taking your loved ones here. There are many more better options, better priced as well if finance is a concern.

The place smells like a zoo. Not clean. The grooming section looks unclean. Even the fans here have dog hair.

The biggest mistake I ever did and I will always regret it my entire life is taking my Saint bernard Millie over here. She was just 5 and I usually don’t take her to the vet try to get an online consultations as much as I can because she gets very anxious and it is very tuft to handle her. She is a very active and a happy dog but suddenly one day, she was very dull and i rushed her to the hospital cause I knew something was wrong. She usually keeps having gastric so i figured its something to do with her stomach.The girl who never enters the clinic just walked in as if she knew something were to happen to her and she wanted to be saved. They did an x-ray and they told me it was bloating and its still in an early stage so its good i got her early. They removed the gas by puncturing a small hole in her stomach. He told me putting a pipe through her mouth and removing the gas wont be required because its still early. He gave her IV and told me not to feed her since whatever gas is left out should pass and if she passes stools its a very good sign. She passed stools right when she got out so i was very happy like a fool that she is fine. They told me to get her back in the night around 10pm to give her IV again. So we came back and she was on IV till 2am and I kept requesting that doctor check if she has bloating and he said no she is fine by touching her stomach and sent us home. We came back and she was fine for like an hour but started whining. So i kept checking on her i kept calling the hospital but the receptionist picked up saying she might be feeling cold give her a blanket snd stuff. So i did that. But later after 2 hours she passes her stools and came back and she started whining and breathing heavily. I kept texting the doctor who treated her regarding all of this. Called the hospital since I wanted to take her, it was around 5am but they said please try n wait till 9am since the duty doctor is on leave. They why the hell do they claim they are 24/7????????
And then it kept getting worse and I called up another hospital and they told me to rush her immediately. But she passed away within 2 mins after that call and I was helpless. That evening I went to that hospital and confronted them saying even though I got her so early and being treated I couldn’t save her. What is the point? They said oh they didnt put a pipe and remove the gas? You cant do anything about it, bloating is like that only. To hell with them, I have seen dogs survive with bloating when given treatment immediately. This hospital is a scam. They are in just for money. They have inexperienced doctors who don’t know to treat. I would never ever suggest anyone to take their pets there even though i know Dr Reddy for over 10 years. The hospital was good back then but now its just a place with inexperienced doctors. My Millie didn’t die due to bloating. She died because of improper treatment.

These people are simply looting money. I’ve been taking my dog for vaccination sinxe 2 years and the deworming injection costs 100rs, but now suddenly these people are charging 500rs in which 100rs is for injection and 400rs is for consultation. When I questioned about the consultation charges, the doctor told if you step into the hospital you need to pay 400rs even if you don’t take any consultation. Very pathetic and cheap experience with the hospital staff.

People are the no 1 fraud. Whenever you call them for a dog hair cut, there will be one person who will say different cost for dog hair. The service is such horrible doesn’t deserve 1 star also.

Worst service we need to wait for 3 to 4 hours. They provide where worst service. They maintain very worst shampoos and the puppies and dogs get fungal infection. The staffs are worst and they won’t use a new shampoo and soaps and the area inside where they groom is worst. Don’t go here because they are giving cheap the products and services are also cheap.

These types of services only attracting the customers not satisfied the pet parents worthless and time waste of visiting here nor take care of pets

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

Sanchu Pet Hospital in Koramangala is by far the worst and dirtiest pet hospital I have ever seen. The way they treat animals is nothing short of disgusting—it’s as if they’re handling lifeless objects, not living, breathing pets. They have zero care, zero compassion, and zero professionalism.

And the reception is the so so rude the moment entered the hospital thy behaviour and speech is worst and charged extra

Their grooming services are a complete nightmare. I urge every pet owner in Bangalore to personally check how they treat animals before leaving their pets here. What we experienced was horrifying, and I wouldn’t wish it on any pet or pet parent.

The towels are the very very dirty and for shower the put the cats in cage and use a very sharp water flow and the grooming room is the so so dirty attaching pics

And the icing on the cake we being pet owners despite paying good money had to assist the groomer while shower and trimming

If you love your pet, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place!

We recently visited Sanchu Animal Hospital, and I was impressed by the friendly and supportive team. Utterly disappointed with Dr Anirudh and the whole staff in handling cataract surgery of my dog. The 1 star is only because Dr Anirudh is patient and listens to all the concerns.
My dog was treated for cataract here and he almost lost his vision and was about to lose his life only because of Dr negligence. Dr damaged his eyes during cataract and he has cloudiness and vision loss in his right eye. He left the “dissolvable sutures” in there which didnt go away for a month after surgery. He stopped eating as it was bothering him a lot and lost 2kgs(he weights 5kgs). I repeatedly checked with Dr but he said its normal and didnt bother for a serious follow up.
He gave him new insulin called Mixtard and he was lethargic and sleepy and weak because of it. I changed Dr and now go to Cessna which is much better and has much more empathetic, knowledgable doctors.
I regret the day when I decided to choose this hospital for his surgery but I am happy I found Cessna before it was too late.

From the moment we walked in, the staff showed incredible compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for my puppy. The veterinarians are not only highly skilled but also take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and cared for.

Been visiting RMV for over 6 years on and off. They have decent enough docs. But their staff esp front desk is ridiculous, under trained and have a really horrible attitude. They took 20 min to check me in, they didn’t fill any form when I cam – after 20 min when I went to check for an update they filled NAME and said ok wait. When I called to check who was available, I was told all docs were available. When I went there, there were 2. And the doc I wanted to meet was with ONE case for over 50 min. To go consult whoever is available, and the attitude horrible. What was funny was there were 5. People at the desk and they could only handle one person at a time. They are not nice to pets, they blindly ignore or move away when pets smell them. Find that weird, for a multi specialty pet hospital. Anyway, I walked out, went to Cessna and got my consultation done quite smoothly even though I waited 40 min there too.

Absolutely impressed with the care and compassion at this pet clinic! One stop for both my dogs Don and fluffy . May it be grooming or clinical care ..The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They monitored my pet 24/7 and made sure every little detail was taken care of. We had a good experience with the doctors and the reception . Therefore two stars for them , I am very dissatisfied with the fee charges . Though I made it clear that I was getting a street dog treated , I was charged with two types of taxes on every fees plus taves on each item used . Because of which the charges went very high. They must reduce charges for street dogs who have no one . Because of the excessive expenditure people hesitate to help street dogs and they are left helpless. Then how can the hospital be called compassionate if they cannot do away with some little amounts like the taxes to help orphan animals . Therefore the other three blank no stars are for the management.

The doctors and the support staff are really good. My kitten had some skin infection and the Dr did a great job with the recovery. Grooming service is good too. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have one male beagle few months before he had some skin allergies I consulted so many vets but this allergies didn’t came down and i took him to Lucky paws , Dr Vishaka were consulted and she given medicine actually all vets doing the same but i felt so comfortable with Doc and without touching while seeing she diagnosed the condition such a brilliant and calm and soft personality she is , Tablet and an lotion also there i given all this 2 days he had showed some itching and irritation and all after that all get cured now my baby boy is happy healthy we also happy

We had a very bad experience here.
First it says it 24×7 but during emergency at night. They said that the doctor is available at 9 am, come after that. We had to rush to other hospital.
Later doctor called and said that they had doctor on duty but dont know who said that.

My dog Milo had to undergo a neutering surgery. After the surgery for him to recover he was at the day centre for a week. The staff here is extremely friendly and took care of him with so much love. First, you initially stated that we did not get any tests done, yet later in your response, you claimed we took all the services after bargaining. Please ensure your statements are consistent before making such claims.
1. We did all the tests you recommended—just to clarify, as you seem to be contradicting yourself. And yes, we did question unnecessary costs, which is a common concern among many of your customers, as reflected in multiple one-star reviews.
2. You didn’t even know my pet’s correct age. My dog was not even 13 years old, which clearly shows you lacked basic awareness about our visits. Despite multiple check-ups, you repeatedly dismissed his condition as “tick fever” and failed to diagnose or communicate the real risks.
3. We did not visit your clinic for charity. We were paying for the services—not to be overcharged or taken advantage of, as you seem to do with many others. Your reviews speak for themselves regarding how you treat customers.
4. Your attitude towards pet owners is unacceptable. Being rude, aggressive, and dismissive of concerns is not how a responsible veterinarian should behave. Instead of owning up to your mistakes, you are simply making excuses here to deflect blame.

Because of your negligence, we lost our pet. Only after seeking treatment elsewhere did we learn he had cancer—something you completely overlooked. Even after knowing this, you continue to argue just because we mentioned your name.

If you truly care about the animals brought to you, show it through your actions. Instead of defending yourself here, why don’t you take accountability and address all the other negative reviews calling out similar issues?

I highly recommend V-Care Polyclinic. I have a cat and an elderly rabbit, and my experiences here have been outstanding. I’ve visited multiple times for my cat’s routine care, but recently, after she developed a UTI, we began administering the prescribed antibiotics.

One day, I noticed a bulge in my rabbit and rushed her to the clinic. The team immediately performed a scan and blood work right in front of me. Their swift diagnosis revealed an infected uterus that required urgent surgery. Given her age, the procedure carried significant risk. Despite our fears, we proceeded — and I’m thrilled to share that my beloved rabbit Coco is now healthy and active!

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at the clinic, especially Dr. Nanjundappa, for his patience, genuine care, and expertise. His compassion made a world of difference.

We visited V-Care Pet Clinic for laser therapy for one of our cats, which required daily treatments for a week. On the first day, the doctor personally attended to us and explained the procedure, advising us to visit in the afternoon for subsequent sessions to ensure he could give her the treatment.

However, on the next two days, the doctor was absent, and the assistants administered the therapy. Unfortunately, their handling was unprofessional and careless. They performed the treatment improperly, burning a part of my cat’s tail skin in the process. When questioned, they insisted that the laser had to be applied so close to the skin, which clearly was not true.

This experience has left us deeply disappointed, as we entrusted our pet’s well-being to the clinic. While the doctor seemed knowledgeable, the lack of proper supervision and the negligence of the staff were unacceptable.

Unethical Billing Practices

I went to this clinic to get my cat vaccinated, but they added unnecessary services without informing me and doubled the bill. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to overcharge customers. Transparency and consent are basic expectations, and they failed on both counts. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and reliable veterinary care.

Please do not visit the Koramangala branch clinic. As per my experience Dr. Sandeep is clearly careless about consulting pet but only interested is looting money. He was so insecure about touching our pet dog. He kept telling my pet had tick fever and never got recovered. After visiting to a different clinic , we came to know he was diagnosed with cancer and the condition was too bad. We had to lose him.
Humble request to avoid meeting Dr. Sandeep especially.
I do not think he is really a veterinarian , very cruel. And also with the staffs , they are very rude and least bothered about the customer.
