I recently visited Cessna life line for my pet’s treatment, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Staff & Service: The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and compassionate. From the front desk to the veterinary doctors, everyone made sure my pet felt comfortable and cared for. Veterinarian Expertise: The vet took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. Their expertise and gentle approach gave me a lot of confidence. Cleanliness & Facilities: The clinic was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern tools. Waiting time was reasonable, and appointments ran on time. Care & Follow-up: Post-treatment follow-up was excellent. They checked in after the appointment and were available for any questions or concerns. Overall Rating: 5/5 Highly recommend Cessna life line for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care for their pets.

Sometime back I found a puppy who was in such dire condition that when I took her to Cessna, I was given option of euthanasia. However, we concluded life and death to be god's choice and to do what best we can do for her. Here I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Rosa Patil and Dr. Arjun V, as they cared and treated her like one of their own. I can say this as intent is truly reflected in smallest of gestures. The first day, because of severity of the situation she was attended right away. Dr. Rosa Patil was kind and compassionate to explain to me her condition and the treatment that will follow. She had suffered serious injury to her face and her wounds has been affected by maggots, causing her to loose sight in both her eyes. Second day, Dr. Arjun V treated her. Till that time she was known as stray puppy. The first thing that Dr. Arjun told me that it doesn't feel good to call her stray now, and we should choose a name for her. This shows the integrity of the doctor and his passion towards his work. After 3 days of flushing out the maggots, they scheduled regular checkup for her to monitor the progress. None the less, after two weeks, she is healthy and healing very fast, and currently jumping on me to play with her. At the end, I would say that not only the doctors who attended her. The staff at the reception, the nursing staff with the doctors and other hospital staffs, all of them were very empathetic about the situation and were as happy as me seeing improvement in her. Doctors medically helped her. Non medical staff supported us with their kind words, and the institution financially helped by giving discount on the bill for her being a stray. At the end, if I have to summarize my experience in a sentence, I can only say that I owe a very deep sense of gratitude towards Cessna. P.S:- She is not a stray any more, neither she is blind. She has gained at least little vision, which is more then enough for her to lead a happy life. Raj Roushan

The vets and staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly gentle and compassionate. Every visit feels reassuring — they take the time to explain everything, treat Chutney with genuine kindness, and always make sure both of us feel comfortable.

I met dr sharanya for my pet, Goku! She is kindest, sweetest and the most amazing doc I have ever come across. I have met so many vets but she is different. She will comfort you and she would give you alternatives. She won't charge you with heavy bills and long medications. She is just the best human!! 1000% recommended.

I have been visiting Cessna since I got my puppy and I have no complaints on their service. Be it emergencies or general consultation I’ve had a smooth experience with them. As a first time pet parent I had no knowledge on the medical side of things. I happened to check for a general consult when I first brought my puppy home at Cessna with Dr. Arjun. He has been very detailed in his diagnosis and always explained the things with patience. He helped us through the vaccination plan, diet and growth related questions. Sophie loves her vet and loves coming to the vet. Highly recommend Cessna’s services
