I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this hospital. I went there with my sick kitten, hoping for proper diagnosis and treatment. Instead, I was subjected to multiple expensive scans, X-rays, blood tests, and high-cost medicines – none of which provided clarity or real improvement. Despite fluid accumulation being visible, they continued giving her food and drips until she passed away, likely due to suffocation. It felt more like a money-making operation than a place for genuine care. Interns experimenting. I brought in a rescued stray kitten who was visibly unwell. From the start, I trusted this hospital to provide genuine care. Instead, I was put through endless scans, X-rays, blood tests, and high-cost medicines — all while receiving no clear diagnosis or plan. In hindsight, it seems they already suspected her condition was terminal (likely FIP or severe fluid buildup), but they never told me the truth. They just kept giving false hope and running up the bills. Despite clear signs of fluid accumulation, they continued drips and feeding until she died, likely by suffocation. I spent nearly ₹15,000, not including the emotional toll of watching her suffer. The doctors acted distant and rushed, and interns did most of the work — it felt like my pet was just another case for practice, not a life that mattered. Please go here only for basic services like vaccination, emergency hydration, or wound care. If your pet is seriously ill, go somewhere that values both honesty and compassion. This place prolonged her pain just to make money.

Had a great experience at Bangalore Pet Hospital with my cat. The vets and staff are caring, professional, and thorough. The hospital is open 24x7, which is a big plus for emergencies. It's also fully equipped with X-ray, ICU, blood tests, oxygen support, and more—all under one roof. Clean facility, quick service, and genuine love for animals. Very good hospital. Doctors are helpful and understanding. All the helpers are also very good and helpful. My baby Shadow had a surgery and now she recovered fully. I am so grateful to all the doctors and helpers from the hospital for taking care of my baby. Immediate action was taken when I approached the hospital at night. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and truly cared for my pet's well-being. From the moment we walked in, the reception team made us feel welcome and comfortable. The vets were patient in answering all our questions and explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. My dog received excellent care, and I could see he was in safe hands. We've been bringing our precious furball Cookie for 9 years now. Just love the place and the excellent care we've always got! Very very reasonable pricing also. One week ago Cookie got poisoned by eating pesticide covered grass and had her liver and kidneys damaged. One week later we have a fully cured active little furball. Some amazing amazing care by Dr Lohith and his team of wonderful doctors and support staff at Bangalore Pet Hospital. Especially love the way everyone came in to check on her while the drips were on, and all the love, care and compassion shown to her and us throughout. Thank you!!
