Hi Jobseekers Myself Ravi Kumar, I’m currently working as Infrastructure Manager at reputed company with the help of Multi Recruit Consultancy, A recruiter called Vishnu reached me on my WhatsApp and explained about the Job role and responsibilities and shared me the complete JD whereas it was very relevant to my experience and it was usual screening done from them and gave me interview slot with the respective client as per the schedule and interview was completed. What’s so special in this, Multi Recruit Consultancy was outstanding in the process of scheduling interview as promised and timely update on the feedback of the interview discussion that has given from the candidate, Vishnu was very prompt in the updates that he received from client he uses to update very immediately where this built a good rapport with us. I’ve experienced and given many interviews through consultancy as well as through direct company HR’s whereas most of the HR’s never turn back to us with the update on the interview that has given, most of them wouldn’t even respond to us if it is negative also we have to chase them for the updates, if it positive also we need to follow up and get the next round scheduled with them, this is my very honest experience in past couple of years. This time Multi Recruit Consultancy did a very remarkable job in my career, whereas I had kept the selection process on hold still after getting the update as selected for the role which interview was taken, they waited for my decision at last I wanted to take up this role and move forward, they didn’t even delay and reached the client managers and got me the offer letter released as promised and fixed the joining according to my expected date and finally I got to work as a Manager for a team now, and this would take me to further heights in my career and helps me grow as well. ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with Multi Recruit. After being selected by a reputed company through their process, I was informed at the last moment that the vacancy no longer existed. This was after receiving false assurances from their manager Harsha Vardhan, who made commitments he couldn’t keep. The recruiter Sanjana also failed to provide timely updates, which further impacted the outcome. Due to their poor communication and lack of professionalism, I lost a valuable job opportunity. I strongly recommend job seekers to be cautious while dealing with this consultancy.
