We recently took Anvis services for our two dogs traveling from Delhi to Los Angeles using the agency’s premium service (accompanied baggage, with a layover in Qatar). They were professional, and effective. From the outset, the team was thorough, responsive, and empathetic to both our pets’ needs and our anxieties as pet parents. Every detail from documentation and crate preparation to transit logistics and airline coordination was handled with care and precision. They were patient with our questions and doubts. We received pictures from Delhi, Doha and LA. Our relocation was very complex and entailed further travel from LA to another country via a third country which they also coordinated to the extent possible. The overall process took 2 months starting from titer test… the planning included took 6 months.. no small feat, but this team made it feel manageable and reassuring!
