I recently relocated my cats Rubix and Jigsaw from Bangalore → London with the help of Global Pet Relocation. I cannot thank Siva and his team in Bangalore and their partners in the UK for their proactive support, communication and kindness throughout the process.

I first reached out to GPR in January 2025 on recommendation from the cats’ vet. From my very first call I was made to feel at ease through my series of questions about the process, dos and don’ts. Siva very patiently answered all my (as other pet owners would know, sometimes silly) questions about their travel and safety.

Over the next few months, I closely interacted with Siva and his team to get Rubi and Iggy’s health tests and paper-work to get them travel-ready. The cats were initially scheduled to fly out in July, but Rubix had a small injury that set us back by a few months. GPR was very understanding, checked-in, helped me with all the options and reassured me throughout.

My cats finally flew out of Bangalore in Sept 2025, after being picked up from their home early the day of travel. They had to stay overnight at the Animal facility in London, and I picked them up the next morning. Rubi and Iggy were given food, water and litter during their journey (although, they refused all) and had their towels for comfort. Their collars were attached to the carrier, with notes and instructions about their nature and needs. It’s been about a week since the cats arrived. They’re quite settled and doing well! 🙂

I had the good fortune of stumbling across Anvis’s website and that was the only reason I was able to travel successfully with my 16kg pup (who travelled as accompanied baggage in cargo hold of my flight) from US to India. Greg was the superstar consultant from Anvis who went ABOVE AND BEYOND his routine responsibilities to ensure that we were able to travel within a reasonable time frame while optimizing for our route and costs. Our case was particularly tricky – we had to deal with unexpected turn of events at every step such as flight changes due to war and airspace closures, getting stranding at airports, airlines mishaps and what not. My husband and I have moved to the UK a couple of days back and Global Pet Cab helped us move our 4.5 year old indie cat, Ghibli, with us. While it is a very big decision to make your cat fly in the cargo (since the UK does not allow any in-cabin pets) and also quite a costly affair overall, but the way Global Pet Cab handled the whole process was amazingly smooth. After facing a lot of trouble with Air India, I opted for Global PetCab, and I must say, their service was truly commendable. I needed to relocate my pet from Chennai to Shillong, which seemed nearly impossible with Air India. Thankfully, the team at Global PetCab assisted me with both ticketing and arranging my pet’s cargo via Akasa Airlines.

Proceed with caution!
I relocated my Golden Retriever from Dehradun to Bangalore using their service. Initially all was good with the management and operations team. The problem came during the time of transport. As soon as I received my pet I was told he had vommited on the way. I thought this was a normal part of the journey, once home he seemed dehydrated and dranks lots of water and immediate proceeded to puke it out. I took him out and he has bad diarrhea and at one point was pooping blood. He was rushed to the vet who informed me that he severely dehydrated and the cause of the diarrhea was the food given on the transport, despite charging nearly 60k how they failed to provide good food and water is beyond me. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone but if you were in a situation like me please ensure that you provide the transport people with water and food for your dog so that he/she doesn’t suffer like mine. I have raised a complaint for this and haven’t heard back or received any acknowledgement for the damages caused.

We recently moved from Bangalore to Canada. Considering that Canadian airlines had a pet embargo in play we were worried about how we would transport our 2 year old English cocker spaniel Oreo. The biggest worry being how we would get the required documentation to ensure Oreo would be able to travel with us safely. We heard of Libra from our vet and reached out to them. We recently availed VOSD logistics services to move our dog Snowy from Gwalior to Bangalore. The process was managed professionally and with trained individuals. Individuals who came to pick up the dog were trained and could manage to ensure safe transfer of our dog through long distances journey by Van. Van was modified to transport the dog. Right through the journey, updates were provided through calls/smses about the dog safety.

“I’m a U.S. citizen, and about a year ago, I fell in love with an Indian woman. Our journey together has been filled with paperwork and challenges, especially when it came to bringing her to the U.S. It was a stressful process, to say the least. It was a really comfort experience with pet planet, I did not break a sweat to do anything that is from booking till boarding, they always ensure to take care of you and your pet in all ways possible. I had lost my pets vaccination certificates but still they helped me in booking tickets. Just opted for their services a day ago and relocated my two pet dogs.
Their service is impeccable and they kept in touch through out the journey and kept sending the updates every 1-2 hours and videos of my fur babies.
It was a long journey of 14-15 hours. However, whole transportation was flawless and they dropped my pets safe in my native.
