Very good experience bringing my 7-year-old dog from Chennai to Milan, which wasn’t easy given that she’s a Bull Terrier mixed with Labrador and therefore considered a ‘strong’ breed, not accepted everywhere.
The team found a solution and were proactive and professional. Once a trial date of travel is fixed, all the lengthy paperwork and procedures are taken care of, everything is well explained and detailed.
Once my dog was handed over to the airline I had regulars updates about her trip which greatly helped me relax!

We recently moved from Bangalore to Canada. Considering that Canadian airlines had a pet embargo in play we were worried about how we would transport our 2 year old English cocker spaniel Oreo. I think that’s the reason they went beyond their promised services to help me to get my Danu and Pidu relocated to USA (Houston) from Bengaluru during tough Covid times.
Providing satisfactory services during normal time and within a comfortable time frame is easy. A Rocky Start Turned into a Smooth Journey
Initially, I had booked a flight with Qatar Airways, unaware that they only allow one pet per passenger. With four cats, this left me devastated and unsure of how to proceed. “I’m a U.S. citizen, and about a year ago, I fell in love with an Indian woman.
