I relocated my Golden Retriever from Bangalore India to the US with the help of Carry My Pet. Due to recent changes in regulations on the US side the whole process is very complicated and stressful. The team at CMP were very professional and our communications were excellent. At every step our assigned ops specialist Bindia was very helpful. She explained everything clearly. I was super worried about traveling with my baby Oggy, especially because he has hip dysplasia and arthritis . I kept thinking about how long the journey would be and whether he’d be safe and comfortable the whole time. But honestly, Carry My Pet made everything so much easier and stress-free. From the start, their team was extremely professional and caring. They provided a spacious 48-inch crate with good ventilation, and I was assured that the air cargo area is well-maintained and has proper AC ❄️. What really touched my heart was how they kept me updated and treated Oggy like their own, making sure he was okay throughout the journey. The door-to-door service was such a blessing too, I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. When Oggy arrived safely in Noida, healthy and calm, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders ❤️. I can’t thank Carry My Pet enough for their kindness, care, and professionalism. If you’re someone who worries about your furry family member during travel, trust me, these guys are the best . Proceed with caution! I relocated my Golden Retriever from Dehradun to Bangalore using their service. Initially all was good with the management and operations team. The problem came during the time of transport. As soon as I received my pet I was told he had vommited on the way. I thought this was a normal part of the journey, once home he seemed dehydrated and dranks lots of water and immediate proceeded to puke it out. I took him out and he has bad diarrhea and at one point was pooping blood. He was rushed to the vet who informed me that he severely dehydrated and the cause of the diarrhea was the food given on the transport, despite charging nearly 60k how they failed to provide good food and water is beyond me. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but if you were in a situation like me please ensure that you provide the transport people with water and food for your dog so that he/she doesn't suffer like mine. I have raised a complaint for this and haven't heard back or received any acknowledgement for the damages caused.
