Very good experience bringing my 7-year-old dog from Chennai to Milan, which wasn’t easy given that she’s a Bull Terrier mixed with Labrador and therefore considered a ‘strong’ breed, not accepted everywhere. The team found a solution and were proactive and professional. Once a trial date of travel is fixed, all the lengthy paperwork and procedures are taken care of, everything is well explained and detailed. Once my dog was handed over to the airline I had regulars updates about her trip which greatly helped me relax! Arun was always available to reply and help with any concerns I had. When I picked up my dog and brought her home by train, she was happy, healthy and ready for her new adventure even though she spent a 26 hours layover in Istanbul (On the picture she’s sleeping through her first train rides) Worth every penny, I absolutely recommend them.

Siva's team is experienced in relocating pets to varied worldwide locations hence they were well aware and knowledgeable on the rules and regulations applicable. Pluto's blood samples were sent from Guwahati to Bangalore for the Rabies test to UK, which went good and I received the results at the committed timeline. Prior to travel their team prepares the crate for travel, hands over all required documentation which was checked before entering Bangalore International airport. Siva and his team are extremely efficient and delivered excellent service in helping us with the documentation and clearance of our dogs from Singapore to India. We had initially booked both our dogs flying as excess baggage but last minute we were told that our older dog has to fly as manifest cargo. This was just a week before travel. Siva and his team were both my inbound and outbound agent for relocating to and from India. On both occasions, the dogs’ transfers were handled seamlessly and efficiently.
