I had a wonderful experience at your Commercial Street outlet today! A big shoutout to Tanya and Ram for their exceptional service. Both of them were incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the visit. Despite me taking my time to explore various options, they never rushed the process and instead made sure I was completely comfortable. Tanya especially was so helpful in understanding my preferences and guiding me with genuine suggestions, and Ram ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality and professionalism in busy retail spaces—and they really made my shopping experience delightful! We had a really good experience. I can tell it’s all because of kundan one of salesman the way he convinced us the way he showed us various dresses We were actually about to leave, but then he insisted us to see various patterns and designs like sarees Sharara Ghagra. He always had a smiling face and greeted as really well, they should have more people like him He made our shopping experience, really great, loved it Also, I really love the collection here, the sarees were very pretty and beautiful and very unique pattern

Amazing shopping experience! Today I spent a long time talking with a very friendly and helpful staff. They showed me many dresses, listening to my requirements and comments and trying to find something appropriate. Due to my indecision, it took a long time, and they remained so friendly all the time. Since my daughter was not with me, one of the staff members, of similar size, accepted to put the dress onto her so that I could see whether it would fit or not. Thanks to that, three different alterations were identified and executed in about one hour. Needless to say that I strongly recommend that shop. Thank you

The collections this shop has is really intriguing and interesting. Jebeena helped us throughout and her efforts paid off as we got what we wanted. She was very patient and helpful throughout. They have 2 other branches in bangalore which shows their trustworthiness. Only cons which I saw was that NO discount at all was given. They follow a strict FIXED price policy irrespective of whatever amount you buy.

Beware of their scam! Had the most horrible experience with this shop. Bought a super expensive dress from here for my big day and their so called tailor, who promised that it will be altered properly according to my fit, screwed up the dress so bad that it’s not wearable at all. The frustrating part is, while i was in the shop to buy the dress, there was another bride to be who was shouting at the tailor because he screwed her dress too. I should have taken that as a red signal and not wasted my money here. But i gave it benefit of the doubt and went ahead with the dress and trusted the tailor. Biggest mistake ever. Well, they donot refund the money as well. So the place is basically a hub to scam people and ruin their big day just to make money out of people.

Had a great experience with shopping here. This was my last resort in getting my engagement gown and thank God I watched that one YouTube video where they told about this store. Great service. Good quality and value for money.
