Never go for any customization order, it is simply a trap.
Management team is also very poor, especially boutique is worst and unprofessional, mood spoilers.
More better options are available in same street even with better service. I would not recommend to visit and will never visit store again!!!!

I’ve been to this particular outlet multiple times and have always been able to find something that suits my liking. During my last visit Jahidul assisted my mother and I, he was very helpful and proactive with asking questions about our taste preferences and showing us multiple options!

I had a wonderful experience at Meraj. Honestly, it wasn’t even on our initial shortlist for my wedding dress—we had only planned to check it out for the reception suit. But we ended up finalizing outfits for three events, plus one for my uncle as well.

The service here is excellent. The team is patient, knowledgeable, and they really know their craft. You’ll also find designs that feel exclusive and unique, not something you’ll see everywhere else. The staff are warm and hospitable, and they went out of their way to help during the trials. I took trials twice and asked for several corrections, and not once did they make it an issue.

If you’re looking for premium designs for your big day, Meraj is definitely the place to go. A special thanks to Mr. Shoaib, Mr. Musa, and Miss Asiya for all their support and for helping me get the perfect dress. I’ll surely be recommending Meraj to many others.

This designer studio has an amazing collection with elegant designs and top-notch quality. Sameer was the first to assist me and guided me very well with the options, and Asiya also helped me in finalizing the outfit with her valuable suggestions. The fitting and tailoring were excellent, giving a perfect and classy look. They called me for the trial and delivered the outfit the very next day. While most studios usually take around 30 days, they kept their promise and delivered mine in just 22 days. The fabric quality is premium, very comfortable to wear, and the detailing in the designs truly stands out. Overall, a fantastic place for designer ethnic wear and I would highly recommend it.

Their customer service is the best we’ve experienced so far, they were very specific about trying out the wedding dress at the store after it was stitched and then making alterations immediately at our request. I was earlier disappointed that though they have massive collection for bride, but bride’s mother doesn’t have much choice.

Today I spent a long time talking with a very friendly and helpful staff. They showed me many dresses, listening to my requirements and comments and trying to find something appropriate. Due to my indecision, it took a long time, and they remained so friendly all the time.
Since my daughter was not with me, one of the staff members, of similar size, accepted to put the dress onto her so that I could see whether it would fit or not. Thanks to that, three different alterations were identified and executed in about one hour. Needless to say that I strongly recommend that shop. Thank you

The collections this shop has is really intriguing and interesting. Jebeena helped us throughout and her efforts paid off as we got what we wanted. She was very patient and helpful throughout.
They have 2 other branches in bangalore which shows their trustworthiness. Only cons which I saw was that NO discount at all was given. They follow a strict FIXED price policy irrespective of whatever amount you buy.

Beware of their scam! Had the most horrible experience with this shop. Bought a super expensive dress from here for my big day and their so called tailor, who promised that it will be altered properly according to my fit, screwed up the dress so bad that it’s not wearable at all. The frustrating part is, while i was in the shop to buy the dress, there was another bride to be who was shouting at the tailor because he screwed her dress too. I should have taken that as a red signal and not wasted my money here. But i gave it benefit of the doubt and went ahead with the dress and trusted the tailor. Biggest mistake ever. Well, they donot refund the money as well. So the place is basically a hub to scam people and ruin their big day just to make money out of people.

Had a great experience with shopping here. This was my last resort in getting my engagement gown and thank God I watched that one YouTube video where they told about this store. Great service. Good quality and value for money.

These guys seems to cheat customer. We bought a silk saree which was 10k. They informed it was pure silk. When we check outside they informed this was not a silk saree. No store no return and exchange. Seema these people fix their mind for cheating customer. Not recommended.

Didn’t really like the collection. Variety was less as well. We were looking for engagement lehenga or dresses for casual wear.

Bought Lehenga and suits also. Quality and variety is very good. I recommend visiting them for good varieties and range of prices which fits every pocket.

I purchased a readymade lehenga form this store, and realised after going home the zip of the skirt is missing.. poor product quality. I did not realise it while trying the dress. 6k wasted. There was also a orange mark in the back of the dress. They convinced me telling it’s a tailoring mark while stitching. I am uploading this review pretty late, but I do have pictures of it. They don’t have exchange policy as well.. so disappointed. Never coming again.

The store has a good collection of lehengas with some lovely designs. The reduced rating is for the following reason :
They referred me to a tailor – Nadeem Khan. This person does not have any sense of time. In spite of repeated phone calls, reminder messages he failed to give my semi-stitched wedding lehenga even after 2 weeks! Though I called and confirmed, he started the stitching work only after I personally went and showed my face. On a Saturday evening, he made me wait from 5pm till 9pm! I was not the only one waiting, there was another girl waiting for her engagement lehenga for nearly the same amount of time. Finally, after all the wait, I came home only to find the fitting was really bad. I had to get it altered from another tailor before my wedding.
My experience says not to go to this tailor if you are running short of time or need a perfect stitch for your big day!

I’m a 100% satisfied customer. I loved their choice of clothing, their service was excellent. Mr Faraz served us and was generous with discounts. There was another lady who served us, unfortunately I missed taking her name. She took responsibility for the tailoring too and was very kind serving us. My goods were shipped on time as promised. After sales service couldn’t get better! Thank you!

Even though I had to eventually choose a different lehenga than what I first bought and there was delay in the whole process I would still recommend them because of their staff and how responsive and helpful they are, unlike usual clothing stores the staff here is not at all pushy or overbearing. If you give them enough time they can customize things to any size and they dye/manufacture in their factory so there are certainly many options. They have lehengas, suit material, rolled material, gowns, sarees etc. Good place to get wedding/festive wear.

But the stitching/fitting isn’t good, have issues with my lehenga and the blouse that my mother got stitched, so it would be best to buy material here and stitch elsewhere.

Amazing collection and friendly staff

Materials variety and availability is good but do not get your clothes stitched here. They did not get the measurements right and end up ruining the dress entirely. We had to ask for a restitch after they ruined our dress. See the tear in the stitching in the picture.

If you’re staying in Bangalore and If don’t have time to go Delhi or Kolkata this is the solution. Little bit expensive but designs are good.
