Bought indo western gown.
Went into the shop, took 10 mins, chose 4 dresses all of which were the best. Went to other shops, none of them compared to the cost and quality.
Savitha helped me get the exact one I had in mind.
Choice of indowestern and designer sarees good.
Excellent customer service.
Prompt alterations and perfect fit.

Wonderful experience ! They have a great collection but what topped it all is the customer service. Please ask for Shashikala. She is very very helpful and has good taste.
She is extremely polite and very friendly.

Great collection! Irfan showed us very nice pieces for my mehendi function and Shamla took the right measurements to alter the sharara. The best part was they managed to alter and deliver on time! Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience shopping for a lehenga for one of my wedding events here! Special thanks to Suvitha and Suhail who were both so helpful and made me feel completely welcome and comfortable as a foreigner. I came in, told them I liked blue, and they found the perfect one right away. I bought the first one I tried on! They were able to do the necessary alterations within 2 hours while I ate lunch and did more shopping in the area

Shopping in Fazals was exceptional experience. The staff were amazing especially tabrez who knew his stuff was also proficient in conversing in many languages which helped us a lot.
Shamla ma'am was also very patient throughout in helping us with the stitching process.
The design for lehangas in all prices were great in different varieties.
I would suggest people to definitely come here to have a good neat and calm shopping experience which can be stressful sometimes
