Staff and Services are pretty good. Had a very relaxing massage from Preet. However, I was not very happy with the other products kept for clients. Cheap quality shampoo, body wash and a Spinz talk!! I would suggest to maintain the standards for the price being charged.

The moment we entered to the spa, it was way more than what we expected. The most relaxing massage I had here and a very good interior to make myself feel comfortable.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Tattva spa located in Novotel Hotel bellandur. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life, and this was my very first time going to a spa. We decided to go for a couple’s therapy, and what a complete waste of money it turned out to be. Their website promises a relaxing, professional experience with detailed explanations, herbal drinks before and after the session, and a tranquil atmosphere. None of this was delivered.

We arrived 35 minutes before our appointment, as instructed, but there was absolutely no one to welcome or guide us. I had to approach the receptionist myself and ask if they would explain the process to us since it was our first time. She handed us a pamphlet—no explanation, nothing! Then she casually told us the therapy wouldn’t start until 11 AM, so we were left to wait around doing nothing. There was no preparation, no communication, no attempt at making us feel comfortable or welcomed.

At 11, we were rushed into a treatment room that wasn’t ready. We were handed a tiny sip of kokam sharbat that too in 2 diff tiny 1 sip cups , the cups were not even same! After that, we had to change in a room that felt completely rushed and disorganized. The therapist didn’t even give us time to settle. We were hurried through the whole process, making it anything but relaxing. To top it off, our 90-minute session ended abruptly and I’m convinced it wasn’t even the full 90 minutes, becz in the beginning they were preparing room and called us late to change which wasted our time… they should have made us teady 15 mins before to change and all atleast… also in the beginning there was only one bowl from which both our legs were cleaned … if there is a couple they must have 2 separate bowls for feet cleaning….

After the massage, we were left in a tiny sauna and shower area, which was barely big enough for one person, let alone a couple. The bathroom had clogged drains, and water was spilling everywhere—it was absolutely disgusting. There was no post-treatment drink offered, no care, no hospitality. We weren’t even asked if we needed water!

This so-called “premium spa” was nothing but a scam. Not even close to the high standards promised ! The entire experience was rushed, unprofessional, and far from relaxing. A total waste of money and time—do yourself a favor and avoid Tattva at all costs. A complete letdown.

Angel took great care of me when I visited for a leg massage during my pregnancy. Amazing spa with very calming music and fragrances. Selection of oils is also very appealing and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Hope to visit again soon!

The best maintained spa I have visited in Bangalore. This review is for Jeni. She is an excellent therapist and did her job within time. I opted for 90 min deep tissue massage which was affordable and given the service which Jeni provided…it was worth the time spent. She is well trained , qualifies and professional masseuse.

I visited this and was surprised by the kind of hygiene , hospitality and warmth with which I was greeted and taken to the room. Rooms are well maintained with everything that you would need and a great shower room to complete your session in a relaxing way.

She would regularly ask if I was in any pain (a little bit is expected when going for deep tissue) and was fun to talk to. She also helped to identify and relive some knots in my back and neck. What made the experience worse was the inappropriate behavior. The therapist started speaking in a suggestive tone and offered other “services” which was extremely unprofessional and not what I came for.

Their overall rules are client friendly as well, like they add one complimentary massage for the birthday when you purchase any membership.
They have an efficient booking process as well. The location has a safe car parking space and the spa is located at 3rd level.
Rooms are comfortably large, well maintained, shower is available inside each of the rooms. Towels are fresh.
