The staff were not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and welcoming. My therapist took the time to understand my needs and customized the treatment to perfection. I opted for a deep tissue massage and a facial, both of which left me feeling refreshed, renewed, and absolutely glowing.

Ive gone twice now for Deep Sleep and a deep tissue massage. The entire staff was very polite from start to finish. The ambiance was very peaceful. My masseuses Amen and Angel were incredible with strong pressure and excellent professionalism. The entire experience did exactly what it was supposed to accomplish. I’m very pleased

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Tattva spa located in Novotel Hotel bellandur. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life, and this was my very first time going to a spa. We decided to go for a couple’s therapy, and what a complete waste of money it turned out to be. Their website promises a relaxing, professional experience with detailed explanations, herbal drinks before and after the session, and a tranquil atmosphere. None of this was delivered. We arrived 35 minutes before our appointment, as instructed, but there was absolutely no one to welcome or guide us. I had to approach the receptionist myself and ask if they would explain the process to us since it was our first time. She handed us a pamphlet—no explanation, nothing! Then she casually told us the therapy wouldn’t start until 11 AM, so we were left to wait around doing nothing. There was no preparation, no communication, no attempt at making us feel comfortable or welcomed. At 11, we were rushed into a treatment room that wasn’t ready. We were handed a tiny sip of kokam sharbat that too in 2 diff tiny 1 sip cups , the cups were not even same! After that, we had to change in a room that felt completely rushed and disorganized. The therapist didn’t even give us time to settle. We were hurried through the whole process, making it anything but relaxing. To top it off, our 90-minute session ended abruptly and I’m convinced it wasn’t even the full 90 minutes, becz in the beginning they were preparing room and called us late to change which wasted our time… they should have made us teady 15 mins before to change and all atleast… also in the beginning there was only one bowl from which both our legs were cleaned … if there is a couple they must have 2 separate bowls for feet cleaning…. After the massage, we were left in a tiny sauna and shower area, which was barely big enough for one person, let alone a couple. The bathroom had clogged drains, and water was spilling everywhere—it was absolutely disgusting. There was no post-treatment drink offered, no care, no hospitality. We weren’t even asked if we needed water! This so-called "premium spa" was nothing but a scam. Not even close to the high standards promised ! The entire experience was rushed, unprofessional, and far from relaxing. A total waste of money and time—do yourself a favor and avoid Tattva at all costs. A complete letdown.

Angel took great care of me when I visited for a leg massage during my pregnancy. Amazing spa with very calming music and fragrances. Selection of oils is also very appealing and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Hope to visit again soon!

The facilities are good. However my masseuse were a bit careless. Did not maintain the right amount of high pressure in deep tissue massage even after 2 reminders. But for the budget this was a decent experience.
