I am taking treatment for my hair loss since more than a year. Dr.Dilshad has been helping me to get rid of my bald patches and I am very happy with the treatment so far. All the staff are also very helpful in assisting me. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you want to see visible results.

I came to Oliva with a lot of confusions and doubts about skincare and skin maintenance. But Dr. Navya was very helpful and kind. She explained the process with so much patience and guided me. All the staffs of Oliva, especially Ms. Maria, were extremely kind and supportive. I have already seen a lot of improvements in my skin texture and quality. I visited Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic for pigmentation treatment. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and friendly. The dermatologist explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable. I had visited Oliva clinic for LHR . Ms Swetha at the front office was very informative and patiently explained the pros and cons of the treatment. Dr. Preethi and Dr. Sameer were the doctors who did the consultation. They were very clear and precise in giving the details. Ms. Beni was the therapist who performed the process. She was very compassionate and empathetic while doing the treatment. A highly recommended place for LHR

The team truly stands out! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The front desk is efficient and friendly, and the doctors and therapists are not only knowledgeable but also take the time to explain every step with patience and care. They make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a clinic where the entire staff is consistently kind and supportive. Highly recommended!

Good doctors however the reception staff needs to really improve. I have called them multiple times for my appointments over a course of recurring monthly visits. They will either not pick or cut the call and do not return the call or if you manage to get hold of them and there is a mismatch in scheduling, they will tell you they will call back and they mostly never do. The only way I get hold of them is when I contact Oliva’s central helpline number and they coordinate things for me. Good services, excellent doctor being let down by casual reception management. Please improve this.

It has been really wonderful experience. The doctors are really knowledge. Dr. Navya diagnosed my condition and told me the treatment to go ahead with. The relationship manger ms. Maria has been good support with the appointment. The staff here is really welcoming.
