Bike wala

Service was really good. Parts are genuine. You can trust your bike with them and don't need to check back everytime, very genuine people and honest guys. I loved it. They take a bit time but does the job perfectly and they don't suggest you to replace parts which aren't required to replace. Most mechanics loot money for unnecessary parts but here it's not the case. (I have my zmr for service here)

One of the best bike service centre hands down. You can leave your bike in their trusted hands and be assured they will not only fix the issues but will keep you in loop with continuous video update sent over whatsapp. My bike was in bad condition i was worried that they might overcharge and tell me some unnecessary expenses or charge me for issues which are not even there in bike.. but contrary to that they undercharged me. They fixed one of the issue without even charging me extra. I am so assured that i am writing this long review. Giving 5 stars

Great servicing of my Activa. I could actually feel the difference in drive as compared to when I earlier gave my scooter to authorized service centres. Authorized service barely do anything apart from giving it a polish. Bikewala provide timely updates with pics and let you know for any issues or progress. After servicing, the drive was really smooth. Will definitely consider them for all my future scooter servicing.

My bike was having issue with acceleration. It was turning off when not taking acceleration. Also it's tyre was bulged. Got it repaired and tyre replaced. After that it's working well. They charged fair amount of money. Overall I had good experience here.

Outstanding service! The workshop technician was excellent, clearly communicating all changes with me before implementation. I especially appreciated receiving updates, including photos and videos, via WhatsApp. Their support with bike drop-off was also a huge convenience.

Firstly, this is not at all a paid review. I got to know Pasha Bhai(Bike Wale) through a recommendation by a friend, and purchased a used bike from him back in 2022 at a very reasonable price. Bike has over exceeded my expectations, thanks to him for a reasonable sale and regular service. One thing that sets him apart from other vendors is that he owns his work very professionally and humbly. His services have given my bike a new life every time. He charges reasonable price for exceptional service. I trust him, leave my bike in morning only to pick it up in the evening with a complete A-Z work done. He will share live updates on WhatsApp of your service about what needs to be changed or fixed. Post 2-3 days of service, he will himself call you to check if everything is working as expected and so far he has not given me an opportunity to complain. His professionalism and humbleness is why I am taking out time to write this lengthy thoughtful review. I recommend his services to all of you with a second thought.
