Readyassist serviced my Ntroq Scooty, the technician only focused on parts replacement and did not provide proper servicing. He didn’t apply grease to the belt area or the back wheel, and I noticed he was not even carrying grease with him. From what I observed, he was only doing part replacements, not a full service.

It’s an excellent service for pick up. I am the example their communication and respond was awesome. Even they did not ask for a single np also.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the
poor customer service I received from ReadyAssist during my recent
attempt to book a car dashcam installation.

Booking Experience & Initial Issues

From the very beginning, the process was frustrating. I had to follow
up multiple times just to get basic clarifications and answers to my
queries. After much back and forth, I specifically requested
installation via a hardwire kit and was told to make a pre-payment,
which I did promptly. I was asked for my preferred time and clearly
mentioned 11 am IST. ReadyAssist assured me that the assigned mechanic
would call before arriving.

Appointment Day: Delays & Miscommunication

On the day of the appointment, no one showed up at 11 am. I had to
reach out to ReadyAssist myself, and only then was I told that the
mechanic had “already started” and would contact me. The mechanic
finally called and informed me he would take another 1 to 1.5 hours to
reach. He eventually arrived at 12:30 pm—an hour and a half late.

Service Not Delivered, Yet Full Charges Applied

Upon arrival, I handed over the dashcam box, only to be told there was
no hardwire kit included and that I needed to purchase one separately.
The mechanic called someone to update that the order had “failed” and
left without providing any service. He mentioned that once you
purchase the hardwire kit, please inform us and mostly, I’ll be
assigned again and come back to complete the work for you.

The next day, after I received the hardwire kit, I contacted
ReadyAssist to have someone assigned to complete the installation. To
my shock, I was told that since the mechanic had visited—even though
no installation was done—I would have to pay the full charges (Rs.
1179) again for the actual installation. They justified this by citing
their “terms and conditions,” essentially admitting that I would be
charged twice for a service that was never completed.

Customer Support Response: No Accountability

When I raised a complaint, someone from their team called and offered
a half refund, claiming it was just as a favor and that it’s not part
of their policy. I refused the refund, making it clear that I simply
wanted the service I had already paid for to be completed. The
representative showed no real concern for customer satisfaction or
accountability.

Final Thoughts

This entire experience was extremely unprofessional. ReadyAssist
acknowledged that no service was provided, yet insisted on keeping the
full payment simply because the mechanic visited my location. There
was no accountability, no willingness to resolve the issue, and no
respect for the customer’s time or money.

I will never use ReadyAssist’s services again and will strongly urge
others to avoid falling into this trap. ReadyAssist do not care about
customer satisfaction, and there is absolutely no accountability for
their actions.

The guy explained all functions nicely. And even installed the dashcam with proper care. Ensured that no wires are visible afyer work. And gave some tips as well for usage of dashcam.

This is one of the worst platforms I’ve come across. You charged ₹800 just to inspect the bike, only removing four screws in the process. The technicians behaved in an unprofessional manner and clearly need proper training on how to treat customers respectfully. If there were an option to give half a star or zero stars, I would gladly choose that.

*No Response After Email Request—Extremely Unprofessional Service*

After being instructed to send an email to the provided support ID, I’ve waited 6 full days with no reply or acknowledgment. I even attached a screenshot for reference, yet there’s been complete silence from their team.
I strongly urge other customers to reconsider using this platform. Based on my experience, it’s the worst service I’ve encountered. If you need assistance, you’re better off visiting local shops, where at least you’re treated with basic respect and responsiveness.

I recently used Bikezo’s doorstep service for my Bajaj Avenger 220cc, expecting a professional experience based on reviews. Unfortunately, it was disappointing.

Requested fixes included shock absorber oil leak, chain sprocket replacement, carburetor cleaning, engine oil change, rear indicator replacement, and general servicing. The bike was taken to their HSR Layout workshop, but:

No updates until I followed up, and delivery was a day late.

Oil leak remained, chain sprocket seemed unchanged, and bill was ₹9,238 without prior approval.

Local mechanic confirmed tyres hadn’t been removed, casting doubt on whether parts were replaced.

Fuel tank returned almost empty, despite ₹350 petrol earlier.

Pickup/drop person wasn’t wearing a helmet.

Overall, poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable service left me dissatisfied.

⚠️ FRAUD COMPANY – WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BIKEZO & EXECUTIVE RAHUL ⚠️

Yesterday, my bike met with an accident, and I contacted a company called BIKEZO for assistance. It turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I initially spoke to a person named Rahul, explained the entire situation in detail, and he said he would assign a technician within 10 minutes. That was the end of our conversation — no proper update or follow-up from his side.

Later, I got a call from a technician named Mr. Syed — and I must say, he was extremely polite, humble, and helpful. He visited my location, checked the bike, and gave me a proper quotation. As a responsible customer, I reviewed the quotation and planned accordingly.

Since I had important office work today in Electronic City, I informed Rahul that I’d prefer to proceed with the service tomorrow. That’s when everything went downhill.

Suddenly, Rahul’s tone completely changed. He started demanding visiting charges, even though:

He never informed me about these charges during the first call (which he should have, as a professional service provider).

I was still in discussion and had not canceled the service, just postponed it by one day.

When I questioned him politely, he became extremely rude and even used abusive language. Despite Syed being professional, Rahul’s behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright abusive.

I strongly advise everyone reading this:
DO NOT go with BIKEZO. They are not transparent, and people like Rahul spoil the entire customer experience.

I recently visited the to check out the Suzuki Access 125, and I must say, the experience was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all my queries. They walked me through the features of the Access 125 in detail and even arranged a test ride without any hassle.

The scooter itself was impressive – smooth engine performance, comfortable seating, and great mileage. The latest model has a stylish look and feels very refined. I especially liked the digital-analog console and the ample under-seat storage.

The entire booking process was transparent and quick. I appreciated how they explained the finance and insurance options clearly, without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Delivery was on time, and the vehicle was well-prepped and clean.

I reached out to them for flat tyre repair at home service they asked me for location and I updated with it later they connected me with the technician and he asked the details but said he might not repair puncture. I tried calling bikezo again and multiple times as well but got no response or they could have informed prior that they can’t fix punctures. The service is pathetic and i suggest to get alternative options for the services than going ahead with bikezo.

Detail the quality of the work performed, such as engine oil replacement, air filter cleaning, brake adjustments, chain lubrication, and overall bike condition after service.

I went in for a basic bike wash and ended up regretting it entirely. The service was subpar—the bike wasn’t even dried properly, leaving watermarks all over. But what made things worse was the behavior of the owner. Completely unprofessional and confrontational for no reason. Instead of addressing customer concerns, he seemed more interested in picking fights. If there were an option to give zero or negative stars, I wouldn’t have hesitated. Avoid this place unless you’re looking for frustration on top of a bad wash.

Hemant was my mechanic. I asked him to check oil leak in 2 places. I gave my bike at 1030 am. He asked me to come and pick it up at 2 o’clock. After trying to reach their phone number, I went all the way to workshop to find out Hemant mechanic was out on lunch. To add to the misery, the bike was completely dismantled.

When I took the decision to get the bike home, they did a shoddy job and left multiple parts hanging, fuel pipe not connected and others.

Not sure if it helps someone, but please please don’t go to this workshop.

My Jupiter had starting issues, poor pickup, and after a rainy ride, it began switching off while accelerating. A local mechanic couldn’t fix it.

Professionalism:
Ravi Chandra, the mechanic of Genuine Bike Services, came home, inspected the scooter, explained the issues, and later dropped it back the same day. He kept sharing photos during the repair, which felt very transparent.

Time Taken:
Picked up at around 12 pm, returned by 6 pm. Efficient same-day service.

Cost:
I spent about ₹7,000. Can’t say if that’s high or average, but the scooter is now running smoother than it has in years.

Overall:
It’s only been a day, but the scooter is working perfectly. Professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Great servicing of my Activa. I could actually feel the difference in drive as compared to when I earlier gave my scooter to authorized service centres. Authorized service barely do anything apart from giving it a polish. Bikewala provide timely updates with pics and let you know for any issues or progress. After servicing, the drive was really smooth. Will definitely consider them for all my future scooter servicing.

My bike was having issue with acceleration. It was turning off when not taking acceleration. Also it’s tyre was bulged. Got it repaired and tyre replaced. After that it’s working well. They charged fair amount of money. Overall I had good experience here.

BikeOne is the one of the most reliable two wheeler garage/service centre in the town. I have been visiting them for my Honda Unicorn service from 2021 and they rarely disappoint us when it comes to quality of work.

Theie pricing is on par with authoriser service centre’s. But quality of work is far ahead of the competition.

Make sure to talk to Shyam Sundar who is director and main service manager while dropping the vehicle for service. He is very knowledgeable and make sure the work will be completed.

Unlike other garages, they suggest to get the work done on a specific item only when needed and won’t stress on unnecessary addon services which is burdon for customers.

Refer the photos for the pricing and services they offer. They make use of genuine spares and hence no compromise on the quality of service.

They have decent customer waiting area which is next to service bay and one can see their vehicle getting serviced directly from the waiting area. They have washroom facility as well.

I’m writing to share a recent negative experience I had at “Bike One Services” and to advise against using them for bike servicing.

I opted for a service package priced at 749 Rs, which was advertised to include several services. However, upon completion, it appeared that only a basic wash was performed. Furthermore, when spare parts were replaced, I was charged excessively for both the parts and a “replacement charge” plus GST, which felt like an exorbitant amount. They claimed to have repaired many things, but I found that only washing, oil changes, and brake adjustments were actually carried out.

I usually have my bike serviced elsewhere for approximately 1500 to 2000 rupees, but this experience at Bike One Services cost me 3300 rupees for what seemed to be minimal work.

I hope this feedback is helpful in preventing similar experiences for others.

Have been giving my Dominar 400 for service from past 3 to 4 times, and the service is very good. They keep me informed about all the changes and even take permissions if any major change is to be which would affect the total cost. They also share pictures while the changes are being done. Have recommended this place to my friends also, and they are also impressed by the service given.

They transformed my bike to the best version. Driving feel is extremely great after the job done. They promptly let us know the issues found and after service driving experience convinced me that replacement of parts they suggested was absolutely required.

I would have given 5 starts if all the issues highlighted was addressed. While they fixed the big issues they missed repairing two small complaints I had mentioned eventhough I kept my bike for almost 50+ hours.

Also, they denied pickup on a weekday. I couldn’t wait until the weekend. Therefore, I got it fixed with a nearby local mechanic. Turns out it was a simple issue.

I don’t understand why they don’t offer pickup services consistently. People don’t have time on weekdays to bother about minor issues for an old vehicle. Why would anyone want to give a new vehicle here for servicing when the showrooms themselves offer it?

I’m totally satisfied with the entire work they’ve done today for my Yamaha Fzs-v3. Done with general services and some part changes along with oil change. Customer handling and sharing information reg service is much appreciable. It’s like I’m there with them while making changes. Cost wise it’s okay and charges are done along with GST. So price variations will be there. But the work and service they’ve done Wil make you forget about the money you’ve spend there.

Had a really nice experience at the service center. I had problem with my Clutch plate and the replacement was done here must say a good service person Irfan. Recommended for general serving and any other services related to bikes.

My Bike Royal Enfield Classic 500 have issue in clutch plate. So Irfan pick up the bike from my PG and resolve the issue at minimal charges and minimum time as compared to other repair shops. He is talented mechanic and honest person. I thought anyone can trust him and should select him for their bike service and other issues.

My Pulsar 150 engine got seized recently and needed full engine repair. I visited SS Bike Repair Service where Irfan checked and helped me with detailed explanation on parts that needs to be replace and the stepwise repairing checkpoints. Kept me updated through all the procurements, installations and repairs within limited time period and the budget was pocket friendly. Loved the service provided and the experience in his field he have shown.

Unfortunately, I am not entirely satisfied with the service I received.

Following the service, I have encountered several issues. Despite riding the bike three times since the service, new problems have arisen each time.

It appears that the staff consists of young and possibly less experienced workers who have been unable to identify the underlying cause of the problems.

While the shop might be suitable for basic cosmetic work, I would not recommend it for any engine-related repairs.

Superb bike servicing center, they service ur bike passionately by opening full body which even company service centers too don’t do. The mechanics are like doctors, he understood all problems just by taking a test ride and knew that break shoe and disk clamp was almost damaged. Despite my hesitation he insisted that I should change the parts if I want to do a good service and he changed all parts in front of me and showed me the condition of old parts which was completely damaged. They have all equipments for good service including polishing.

I am writing to share my negative experience with Raid and Repair and strongly advise against using their bike repair services. I encountered several issues that I believe you should be aware of before entrusting your bikes to them.

I found poor reviews regarding the quality of their bike repairs. In my case, after I declined a service, some spare parts went missing. Additionally, the manager exhibited rude and arrogant behavior, and I found their customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. The charges were unjustifiably high, and there was a lack of clarity in their billing.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against entrusting your bikes to them for repair.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Despite being assured that the issue causing the noise had been resolved, no real fix was implemented. The problem reappeared in less than a month, clearly showing that it was only temporarily addressed.

To make matters worse, duplicate products were added—this is completely unacceptable.

More alarmingly, the brake pads provided turned out to be duplicate. This isn’t just poor service; it’s a serious safety hazard that could endanger both the vehicle and human lives. It was shocking to witness a hammer being used during the process.

Please do not choose such services just because of a busy schedule—it’s simply not worth the risk. Honest and review based on the service received.

These ppl are not cheaters they are looter. 3 month back they charged me 2500 rupees for my bile service after 3 month when i visit the nearby garage mechanic told me sir very less engine oil is there. I will add picture also for refrence. Bike total km driven in 3 month was 1000 km. They also changed my battery . So please be aware and give for service nearby infront of your eyes.

Service That Costs Peace of Mind!

I booked a bike service through Ride n Repair for doorstep service. The booking was fine and their local partner called me quickly. He convinced me to give the bike for pickup, saying they can wash it at their facility which is not possible in doorstep service.

The plan agreed was service with engine oil included. But at the time of delivery, the service guy asked for almost double the amount, claiming extra charges. When I told him oil was already included, he kept arguing. I then asked to connect with Ride n Repair executive who finally agreed on the original amount.

Even after that, the service guy again demanded extra saying spark plug and brake oil were changed. He didn’t give me an invoice either. I mailed Ride n Repair asking for the invoice but even after 3 days there is no response.

Overall, the experience was very bad. Better to go with your trusted local mechanic instead of such services. Ride n Repair may have a good platform but they have no control on their local service partners.

I have book a slot for 12:30 the mechanic arrived at 03:00 and took more than a hour than a promised time, they told me to service at my home, but they took that bike with them, after that I have clearly told them to do not change the Oil or any part of bike, but the mechanic removed the oil before my confirmation and call me to add new oil, as there is no way I agree to do it. Later they again call me and told that breakpads need to replace but a couple of days ago I did change them, so I asked him are you sure he again said yes, but then I deny to change. After that they said rear chain pocket and bearings need to change but there no as such issue in my bike as its only a year old vehicle and up to serviced on Yamaha authorized service centre only. This my first tirm after market wrost experience. I cannot recommend it to any one else.

My 2 wheelers was not starting so we called Ride and Repair.. the mechanic came without even trying to start the vehicle they directly opened and started telling problems and the cost of repair will be around 5000 so we denied and they changed us 850 without doing anything. After that there is sound is vehicle and oil leakage is there.. It’s very disappointing such disgusting service you are providing. PFA pic

Worst experience, absolutely unprofessional people both the customer service and mechanics they hire. They do not value customers at all. They are rude and inefficient. Customer care folks don’t pick up calls or help sort out any issue, they block the user’s number when you try to call them. Would recommend no one use their service.

Booked a bike service on 13th August for my bike which was not starting, the assigned mechanic did not show up, he randomly assigned someone else who came and checked the bike and said it has to be taken to a nearby service centre. We told them very clearly not to do any repair before asking us. They called back and mentioned some exorbitant amount that would cost for the repair. We told them very clearly not to do any repair and just bring the bike back. The mechanic asks us to pay 1500 Rs for towing charges, which is ridiculous as we saw him ride the bike while taking it away from our location.
Despite multiple attempts to call the customer care and get clarity, we did not get any support or any doubts cleared, in fact customer care manager blocked our number while the Mechanic continued to harass us to pay the amount after bringing the bike back to us which he rode, not towed. We had to pay a standard amount just to get the mechanic off our backs as he was getting extremely rude and unprofessional and claiming repairs when we clearly told them not to do anything. No proof or any receipts were provided despite us asking multiple times. We were just sent some random images of them having opened the bike.
This is the worst service we have experienced, sincerely hope no one uses their service, they scam people like its no one’s business.
