Very helpfull and skilled staffs and affordable treatment. We took all our pets (2 cats and 1 dog) here and all they were able to handle all of them peacefully. One of our cat is very aggressive but their staffs were able to control him which was very impressive.

I am writing this review after a year of deep grief, trauma, and careful reflection—because only now do I feel ready to speak up. In July 2024, I took two of my beloved cats to Cartman Hospital for neutering. Being a first-time pet parent, I trusted the hospital and its staff blindly. I was asked to leave them and assured that I’d be updated once the procedures were done. A few hours later, I was devastated to receive a call informing me that my female cat had passed away during sedation—even before surgery could begin. Despite this, the team went ahead and performed the surgery on my other cat without informing me or giving me a choice to reconsider. That alone speaks volumes about their approach and ethics. There was no proper pre-surgical assessment—only a basic blood count was done. No LFT, no KFT, no ECG, no physical examination. None of the necessary precautions were taken. At the time, I didn’t know better. But after spending months understanding what should have been done, it’s clear that this tragic loss was avoidable. When I questioned Dr. Vidya after my pet’s death, I was given a vague and dismissive excuse—that "it could have been a heart-related issue" or "some cats just can’t tolerate sedation." No real explanation, no ownership, and no empathy. To make matters worse, my second cat had a visible entropion eye condition with a corneal ulcer, which they failed to acknowledge or treat. I was instead advised to put him on a weight reduction plan. I later took him to another hospital, where he received immediate and appropriate care—and finally got relief. The negligence, lack of compassion, and careless attitude from both Dr. Vidya and the staff at Cartman Hospital have left me with a permanent emotional wound. My pet didn’t just die—she was failed by those I trusted to protect her. This is not a hasty complaint. It is a reflection that comes from a full year of mourning, research, and processing the trauma. I only hope that no other pet parent has to go through what I did. Please be aware, ask questions, and never feel afraid to demand proper care for your animals.

I took my cat for a checkup. Doctors and staff were very friendly, everything is under budget. Checkup, x-ray and an injection just costed me 550 bucks. I would definitely recommend Cartman if u need ur pet needs medical attention. Update: I took my cat for spaying and I am very happy with the surgeon. The incision was tiny which helps in quick healing. There is lodging facility as well and it costed just 300 per day. I kept my cat there for 5 days after operation. They fed her whiskas and cage was clean(photo attached). It's been 1 n half month and She is now healthy and happy kitty. Note: make sure u vaccinate ur pet and wait 15 days before spaying or operation. It will keep ur pet safe from parvo n other virus.

Extremely caring and loving staff ! The doctors are very friendly and take time to understand what the root cause of any problem is with your pet ! They cured my pets concerns with ease and precision! Top it off they are very friendly with the charges and fee too . Must visit for your pets vet care!

Decent price for a lot of services compared to high end places.. Wouldn't recomed surgical procedures here though but uploaded some pricing pictures! Still highly recommended surprisingly open today at 6:45 with a bit of a crowd.

The vet explained the problem efficiently and also suggested the best course of action. He did not prescribe unnecessary meds or treatment.
