Chak De Sports, Best Sports Goods Shop | Whitefield, Kundhanahalli

I am extremely disappointed with Chak De Sport and their pathetic handling of my bats. First, my EM Kashmir Willow bat (given for knocking) was returned in a half-done state. They literally forgot to knock one of the edges! One edge is properly rounded while the other is left completely flat and neglected. This is basic knocking work, and they couldn’t even manage that. Second, and even worse, is what they did to my Gray Nicolls English Willow bat (given for scuff sheet cleaning). They have completely destroyed it. Instead of carefully removing the sheet, they used a heat gun so recklessly that the stickers started burning. On top of that, they applied water (or some other liquid), making the blade soggy and soft. The beautiful grains of the bat have completely disappeared, and the surface is now so rough that you can’t even run your hand over it. A top-quality bat has been reduced to junk because of their unskilled and careless work. When I raised this issue, the owner’s response was even more shocking: "It always happen sir, we have done more than 100 bats." This kind of arrogant excuse shows they have no accountability and no respect for their customers’ gear. If damaging bats "always happens," then clearly they are unfit to provide this service in the first place. I trusted them, and they not only ruined my bats but also brushed it off with a careless response. If you value your cricket equipment, I strongly suggest you avoid Chak De Sport at all costs.

Bought few bats and balls with 15%disocunt on bats... though i feel still its expensive as compared to online and others shops ... Staffis friendly and helpful... Car parking is limited...
