Decathlon Whitefield is hands down one of the best places in Bangalore for sports shopping ️

The location is super convenient, right near Garudachapalya metro, and the parking is absolutely hassle-free with plenty of space (a big plus in Bangalore).

The store itself is massive, spread across multiple floors, and very spacious.

Everything is neatly arranged, so it’s easy to find whatever you’re looking for whether it’s t-shirts, shorts, shoes, or even trekking and swimming gear.

I’ve bought a few items here like t-shirts, shorts, and a Domyos jacket, and the quality has always been top-notch.

The jacket especially is lightweight and super comfortable for workouts and casual wear.

What I love most is the variety—they’ve got sportswear and accessories for almost every sport you can think of, from running and football to badminton, tennis, trekking, and swimming.

Two level building with Parking at front. Entry is on the second floor which is quite weird. It’s a medium size decathlon outlet, neither big nor small like the mall ones. Valet parking is available. They give you an option for e bill via sms/mail over physical paper bill. Not crowded on weekdays.

We attended workshop on “how to repair and maintain our cycles”. Nithin and team explained very clearly from basic parts of cycle to how to dismantle tyre and repair flat tyres. Informative event.!

I am extremely disappointed with Chak De Sport and their pathetic handling of my bats.

First, my EM Kashmir Willow bat (given for knocking) was returned in a half-done state. They literally forgot to knock one of the edges! One edge is properly rounded while the other is left completely flat and neglected. This is basic knocking work, and they couldn’t even manage that.

Second, and even worse, is what they did to my Gray Nicolls English Willow bat (given for scuff sheet cleaning). They have completely destroyed it. Instead of carefully removing the sheet, they used a heat gun so recklessly that the stickers started burning. On top of that, they applied water (or some other liquid), making the blade soggy and soft. The beautiful grains of the bat have completely disappeared, and the surface is now so rough that you can’t even run your hand over it. A top-quality bat has been reduced to junk because of their unskilled and careless work.

When I raised this issue, the owner’s response was even more shocking:

“It always happen sir, we have done more than 100 bats.”

This kind of arrogant excuse shows they have no accountability and no respect for their customers’ gear. If damaging bats “always happens,” then clearly they are unfit to provide this service in the first place.

I trusted them, and they not only ruined my bats but also brushed it off with a careless response. If you value your cricket equipment, I strongly suggest you avoid Chak De Sport at all costs.

We bought badminton racket from this shop. I bought Yonex brand and it works well for me. We went there searching for a particular type of badminton bat for kids,but stock was finished and we bought Hundred brand’s racket and it works fine, didn’t have any complaint till now. Compared to online shop price,here price is little bit on the higher side,but you can touch the material, feel it , weigh it, compare with other brands and also you can try to find out which is more comfortable for your grip. I recently purchased a bat from them , online – by chatting on WhatsApp. Purchasing a bat online is always very hard , as a bat is so personal in terms of what you may like for balance , pressing and overall feel . But they suggested w very good bat , which when received had beautiful weight distribution, balance and ping . It was shipped to Australia with a good overall pricing as well. And they hand knocked plus machine knocked the bat , so that it was match ready. Overall excellent service , will definitely recommend them .

Recently we purchased Li Ning badminton shoes at expensive price (4k) thinking that it would last for quite some time to our disbelief, the sole came apart leaving the shoes unusable in less than a year. The store person was kind enough to explain that nothing could be done .however, a small fix would have been appreciated.

The buying experience was good but the quality of shoes is a joke .Nothing against the store , just want to keep you guys informed about my buying and after sales experience .

Excellent Bat for Power and Balance

I’ve been using this bat for a few weeks now, and it’s been outstanding! The balance is perfect, and it feels really comfortable in the hands. The ping is amazing—great rebound off the sweet spot, especially with a leather ball. It came well-pressed, and after knocking it in, the performance really opened up.

Bought new light tennis bat from this shop using it on regular basis. Bat puch is very nice. This is lightweight bats are made from durable materials, they may not withstand prolonged use against green tennis balls. Overall, it is an affordable.

Only stroke is good. Rest all not that impressive. Quality and life of bats is very very poor complete dry wood bats no moisture at all in the wood. My bat broke in the 2nd match itself. Also selling kashmir willow and nurtured willow on the name of English willow. Not a worthy spend. My bat was 8K.

I purchased a bat from this seller claiming it was English Willow, but after receiving and inspecting it closely, I discovered it was actually Kashmir Willow—a much cheaper and inferior quality. I was charged ₹20,000, but the bat is worth no more than ₹1,500 at best.

This is a fraudulent store misrepresenting products and misleading customers. The bat was falsely advertised, and the branding appears completely fake. Please do not fall for this scam—this is not a genuine or trustworthy seller.

I recently visited Noah sports and had a fantastic experience! The selection of tennis gear is top-notch — from racquets and shoes to apparel and accessories. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect racquet based on my playing style.

Inventory is pretty good.But overall service etc is pretty below average. Being a beginner I had done my research but still had a lot of questions and doubts as to which racquet i should buy. Didn’t get any response from the sales guys (including the owner). Did end up buying a Babolat Pure Drive only because i had driven across the whole city to go there.

Helps to have someone who has played tennis seriously for a long time to help with decisions on buying racquets.
