We recently had the incredible experience of delivering our baby under the care of Dr. Manjula Deepak and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for her expertise, compassion, and support throughout the entire process. From our very first prenatal visit, Dr. Manjula made us feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to answer all our questions, always explained things clearly, and made sure we felt confident and informed at every step. When it came time for delivery, Dr. Manjula was a calming and reassuring presence. Her professionalism and steady guidance helped make the experience smoother and more empowering than we could have imagined. Thanks to Dr. Manjula and her wonderful team, we welcomed a healthy baby girl into the world, and we couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to be by our side. The medical services were top-notch. The doctors and nursing staff were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also extremely caring and attentive. They took the time to explain every procedure in detail and made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout our stay. The hospital’s focus on maternal and child care is evident in every aspect — from well-equipped delivery rooms to lactation consultants and pediatric specialists who are always available. One aspect that truly stood out was the housekeeping and overall cleanliness. The hospital premises were spotless at all times. Housekeeping staff were courteous, prompt, and maintained a very high standard of hygiene in both patient rooms and common areas. This attention to cleanliness gave us a great sense of comfort and safety, especially in such a sensitive healthcare environment.

From the very first consultation to the day of our delivery, Dr. Pooja guided us with such clarity, patience, and warm gesture. Her timely advice, constant reassurance, and step-by-step instructions at each stage helped us stay informed and confident throughout. Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, we were able to have a normal delivery, which meant a lot to us. Her calm demeanor and unwavering focus were truly comforting during labor. A special mention to Dr. Ayesha and Sowmiya, the duty doctors, who stepped in at just the right time and worked seamlessly with Dr. Pooja to ensure everything went smoothly. I’d also like to give a heartfelt shout-out to Nurse Sita Kumari, who truly went above and beyond to support and guide us at every step especially in lactation. Her warmth, dedication, and kindness were deeply appreciated and made a world of difference during our hospital stay. The overall services at Cloudnine - HRBR were extremely satisfying – from the comfortable rooms, wallet parking and nutritious food to the seamless insurance process. Everything was well-organized and taken care of, allowing us to focus entirely on the experience. We were under the guidance of Dr. Manjula Deepak, wherein each & everytime we approached her, she was extremely warm, jovial, funny & giving out a positive attitude. We'll never forget her tagline that she uses to call her patients, i.e., "Rani". If you're in the ground floor / labour ward, you're definitely bound to hear it & you'll get to see so many people smile from ear to ear on hearing it. This is my 2nd baby, wherein for my 1st baby, I did not have the privilege to go into the OT & view the surgery. However, this time was a totally new, joyous & different experience wherein I got to see my new born baby come into the world. Our little master came in with a bang into this world, but was short by about 2 months, hence was quickly transferred into the NICU, wherein a few of my family members got to see him outside the NICU while transferring. Post that, only parents were allowed to see him at stipulated times. This in way helped the parents to bond well with their babies in addition to the time they get to spend with the sisters (Nurses) in the NICU. We are extremely grateful & lucky to have the following people (Doctors, Duty Doctors, Sisters (from the NICU, Labour Ward & General Ward Nursing Station) and the Lactation Consultant) who took care of our baby, wherein we'd like to mention a few people in specific: - Doctors: Dr Prashanth, Dr Eshwar, Dr Sujith & Dr Sandeep - Each and every day, we had the doctor's consultation in the morning, wherein the Doctors used to make us understand in layman terms as to how our baby was coping up. There were days when our baby needed some more time to cross a phase, during which the Doctors did not paint a false picture, but were upfront & frank about it, & were trying their best to help the baby cope up & bring the baby upto speed, which we really liked. At times due to certain commitments, we couldn't make it on time to the consultation. During such instances, we had the leeway to attend the consultation at OP & the doctor's were were extremely helpful then too. Duty Doctors: Dr Achala, Dr Athira, Dr Athulya, Dr Swathi, Dr Vaishnavi & Dr Varun - These doctors were extremely jovial & understanding. There were days when we couldn't make it during the stipulated visiting time & they were extremely considerate of the same & adjusted it for us. During their rounds, they would clarify any sort of queries, from anything insignificant to the status of our baby. Sisters / Nurses: Sr Margaret, Sr Mary, Sr Siddeshwari, Sr Neelam, Sr Anitha, Sr Pavithra, Sr Jayashree, Sr Ashwini, Sr Priya, Sr Anjali, Sr Tanu, Sr Shilpa, Sr Roja, Sr Sangeetha (Labour), Sr Solly James (In Patient Ward) - We have no words to express our gratitude since we will always be indebted to them. When our baby got discharged from the NICU, we could literally see many sisters starting to miss our baby & we could correlate. Be it day or night, the level of love, care & affection they had provided was unwavering. Kudos to those bunch of sisters & a special shout-out to them! Please never change ❤️ Lactation Consultant: Suma - When my wife was admitted post her delivery, Ms. Suma was the one who helped us from a lactation standpoint, i.e., guiding us on how to breastfeed, in terms of the diet that could be followed to get enough milk & feeding techniques. There are several sisters from the nursing station (general ward) whose names we are unaware of like Sr. Reshma & many others who helped us with the day to day drill when my wife & baby were moved to the ward. Apologies since I am unable to mention each & everyone of them. The hospital is really lucky to have such a wonderful set of people. The billing / insurance team were really supportive & helped us with the entire cashless process, which helped streamline everything from an administrative standpoint. Last, but not the least, the security office helped us navigate the crazy traffic, by halting the traffic whenever required & helping us cross the same. As mentioned before, we will forever be grateful to the entire team at CloudNine. Thank you so much!

I am forever grateful for the incredible care and support I received from Dr. SABA FATHIMA who played a vital role in one of the most beautiful journey of my life. After struggling with PCOS and its complications I had nearly lost hope.
