Pleased to share my feedback for Dr. Dhivya Chandrasekhar who was managing my wife’s pregancy. She is just awesome as she explains and maintains full transparency from day 1 till delivery. She is very approachable, calm and composed. She understood our lot of questions due to first pregnancy and answered everything patiently. Highly recommend her. Thank you Doctor for making our journey easy.

Consulted Dr Dhivya Chandrasekhar mam for our second pregnancy, very lucky to have mam as our Doctor.

Doctor :
Let’s talk about Dhivya mam, she is very calm , approachable and informative, every query will be answered with a smile. She provides the whole narrative so that we can take informed decisions. She explained the complexities and the nature of the issues we have and provided the solutions for the same.

Hospital :
Excellent ground staff and helpers, always there to help and guide you at every step. Some are a bit rude but it’s understandable considering the long hours they churn in.

Room services :
Good and Hygiene environment is provided.

Pricing :
It’s trickier (considering the services they provide), might cost around 2 lakhs for c section and 1.5 lakhs for normal

Insurance handling :
seem-less and quick (at least for me, not sure about others)

Parking :
Paid parking is provided, that too at very steep price, 50 rs per hour and extra 20 rs per hour from there on, 250 rs pass is there per day and 500 rs pass per for three days, even for in patients the prices are same.

We were under the supervision of Dr Archana Pathak and got admitted to motherhood Sarjapur branch hospital. Entire motherhood team including Dakshayini was very supportive and took care of the case with care as my wife had other complications as well. A special shoutout to Arpita and Mamoni who went above and beyond of their responsibilities to take care of our daughter. Definitely recommend this hospital!

We consulted Dr. Sangeeta Gomes at Motherhood hospital , Sarjapur road. She is one of the best doctors in the city and she is highly experienced and knowledgeable. She explained all our queries really well.She is very chill, calm and confident in her treatment. she listens patiently and gives great advice. We are blessed with a baby boy and We thank Dr. Sangeeta whole heartedly for our amazing pregnancy journey. We had our delivery scheduled with Dr. Dhivya Chandrashekhar, She did an excellent job and helped us through a normal delivery and a healthy child and mother. We did ear piercing together for two kids at home. Nurse Roopa Murmu was punctual and very patient in dealing with the kids. Ear piercing went smooth and the kids did not feel any pain. Aftercare instructions were given and Antiseptic lotion provided for 1 week application.

Just took my baby to this hospital but they blindly scam people will unwanted things just to loot people . See this sanitizer bottle for example not even used for anything in treatment or a small size could have used but they end up charging 850 rupees for the bottle.
There one of nurse of so rude when asked about it she told dont come to our hospital very bad experience

Today had my baby’s ears pierced by valli, She was incredibly professional, gentle, and patient with my little one. She made sure my baby was comfortable throughout the process, which put me at ease.
The piercing equipment was clean and sterile, and she followed proper sanitation procedures. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to safety.

I had a very positive experience during my child’s stay. The nursing staff, particularly Shimtimary Tongwah and Bharathi, were incredibly kind and attentive, always offering help with warmth and a smile. We have been visiting Paediatrician Dr Vikas Satwik since almost 3 years.
He is one of the best clinicians and has good interaction with children and does his best to alleviate all the concerns we as parents have.

One thing the hospital can work on is adjusting appointments properly and not making us wait really long hours.

Dr. Madhushree mam is simply amazing and her calm and positive approach gives us confidence. They urge for a normal delivery until the end, which is good. Overall, anyday I suggest this hospital.

I have visited your motherhood hebbal for stomach pain for daughter I have waited for medicine almost 20 minutes and for consultation fee without registration thei are not allowed. I have tried many time for registration but you site is not working the reception guys was irresponsible. They are not trying to any other option and there are telling to wait 20 minutes.
Worst service at reception and pharmacy counter. My daughter sleeping on sofa last 30 minutes.

We have been consulting Dr. Vikas sathvik for our little girl, and I must say we are extremely happy with the care and attention given. Dr. Madhushree is one of the best doctors i have ever come across. My 9 months journey with her was very smooth. Being my first pregnancy, she cleared all my doubts even at the odd hours. She encouraged me for the normal delivery and she was the one motivating factor for me to go for it.

This three star is on account of non keeping of appointment timings at the Ultra sound scanning facility here. They make you wait for around 2 hours beyond the appointed timings and tell some unacceptable reason each time you enquire. This may be because too many appointments are given and the appointment time can never be maintained. This creates problems to pregnant ladies who need to retain fluids for the scanning and who are on a restricted diet as they cannot properly planout. I request the management to take due care and value other’s time too. Pl don’t make ladies spend half a day for a simple scan. the hospital doesn’t also have a display board showing the queue so that the patient can planout and go to the canteen for food. This is a sheer torture. Moreover, due to this delay you’ll be shelling more at the Valet parking facility too as you’ll be made to pay more due to the more time taken due to the inefficient appointment time keeping by the hosoital. I also came to know that this delay is also seen with the doctor’s appointment too and a delay of around 1 to 2 hours on an average is found there too. This delay at every facility here is unacceptable as this is said to be a “Speciality Hospital” which atleast should try and strive to keep up the appointment timings and value the “time” of the patients who come here from far away places and get stuck. The hospital emergently needs to have a relook and redesign their system of giving appointments in this facility so that this unacceptable, exorbitantly long and an unreasonable delay is avoided. This is the call of the hour lest it’s too late..

We were under the guidance of Dr. Manjula Deepak, wherein each & everytime we approached her, she was extremely warm, jovial, funny & giving out a positive attitude. We’ll never forget her tagline that she uses to call her patients, i.e., “Rani”. If you’re in the ground floor / labour ward, you’re definitely bound to hear it & you’ll get to see so many people smile from ear to ear on hearing it.

This is my 2nd baby, wherein for my 1st baby, I did not have the privilege to go into the OT & view the surgery. However, this time was a totally new, joyous & different experience wherein I got to see my new born baby come into the world.

Our little master came in with a bang into this world, but was short by about 2 months, hence was quickly transferred into the NICU, wherein a few of my family members got to see him outside the NICU while transferring. Post that, only parents were allowed to see him at stipulated times. This in way helped the parents to bond well with their babies in addition to the time they get to spend with the sisters (Nurses) in the NICU. We are extremely grateful & lucky to have the following people (Doctors, Duty Doctors, Sisters (from the NICU, Labour Ward & General Ward Nursing Station) and the Lactation Consultant) who took care of our baby, wherein we’d like to mention a few people in specific: –

Doctors: Dr Prashanth, Dr Eshwar, Dr Sujith & Dr Sandeep – Each and every day, we had the doctor’s consultation in the morning, wherein the Doctors used to make us understand in layman terms as to how our baby was coping up. There were days when our baby needed some more time to cross a phase, during which the Doctors did not paint a false picture, but were upfront & frank about it, & were trying their best to help the baby cope up & bring the baby upto speed, which we really liked. At times due to certain commitments, we couldn’t make it on time to the consultation. During such instances, we had the leeway to attend the consultation at OP & the doctor’s were were extremely helpful then too.

Duty Doctors: Dr Achala, Dr Athira, Dr Athulya, Dr Swathi, Dr Vaishnavi & Dr Varun – These doctors were extremely jovial & understanding. There were days when we couldn’t make it during the stipulated visiting time & they were extremely considerate of the same & adjusted it for us. During their rounds, they would clarify any sort of queries, from anything insignificant to the status of our baby.

Sisters / Nurses: Sr Margaret, Sr Mary, Sr Siddeshwari, Sr Neelam, Sr Anitha, Sr Pavithra, Sr Jayashree, Sr Ashwini, Sr Priya, Sr Anjali, Sr Tanu, Sr Shilpa, Sr Roja, Sr Sangeetha (Labour), Sr Solly James (In Patient Ward) – We have no words to express our gratitude since we will always be indebted to them. When our baby got discharged from the NICU, we could literally see many sisters starting to miss our baby & we could correlate. Be it day or night, the level of love, care & affection they had provided was unwavering. Kudos to those bunch of sisters & a special shout-out to them! Please never change ❤️

Lactation Consultant: Suma – When my wife was admitted post her delivery, Ms. Suma was the one who helped us from a lactation standpoint, i.e., guiding us on how to breastfeed, in terms of the diet that could be followed to get enough milk & feeding techniques.

There are several sisters from the nursing station (general ward) whose names we are unaware of like Sr. Reshma & many others who helped us with the day to day drill when my wife & baby were moved to the ward. Apologies since I am unable to mention each & everyone of them.

The hospital is really lucky to have such a wonderful set of people.

The billing / insurance team were really supportive & helped us with the entire cashless process, which helped streamline everything from an administrative standpoint.

Last, but not the least, the security office helped us navigate the crazy traffic, by halting the traffic whenever required & helping us cross the same.

Food: food served for the patients was so delicious, didn’t expect that in a hospital at all! The service guy gets the food on time for every meal and the entire food system is really impressive …but I wish they don’t use plastic plates..tea, coffee, juice can be served in reusable steel or glass cups….
Insurance : Paul and Prema helped me to get all the queries cleared out..they were best:)
Room: room service team was so kind and everything was kept very clean …

One of those hospitals thriving for money. They have pathetic management. They take patients and their companions time for granted.

I took doctor appointment at 5pm and I reached there at the same time. The registration itself took ~1 hour. They asked us to use their website for registration and it didn’t work. 3 people tried to make the registration but in vain. At the end again the reception person tried and then also it didn’t work. After we finish the registration then also they made us to wait for another 30min.

Same thing happened with Scan. We took appointment at 5pm and they made us to wait for 90 min. It took 1 hour 40min. to get the report.

They think only doctors time and hospital management time is valuable.

If you can’t manage the time slots then what’s the point of asking people to come on time by doing prior bookings and wait at your hospital by paying the parking charges to you.

I have had a good experience at this maternity hospital. Dr Suhasini has been caring, attentive and reassuring throughout my visits. The staff are also kind and supportive, which makes me feel comfortable and well looked after.

This is the most useless hospital I have ever seen. Forcing patients to do online self-registration without any help is nonsense, and then they shamelessly ask for a registration fee on top of it. If patients are doing everything by themselves, what exactly is the use of the receptionist? Staff are rude, careless, and have zero respect for people’s time. They even wasted my valuable time by calling me half an hour early for nothing. To make it worse, there is no proper parking facility. This place is a complete disaster—running like a business, not a hospital. Absolutely pathetic.If there were an option, I would rate this hospital -5 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience today despite having an appointment booked a month in advance. I had to wait the entire day, and there was no proper communication or assistance provided.

It was disheartening to see that no one was listening or showing any concern about the delay or inconvenience caused. This kind of service reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for the patient’s time.

My experience here . I visited this hospital for a general visit. Firstly i was supposed meet one doctor and she was not there after I was at the hospital. So I was asked to meet a doctor Indrani. My experience with her was terrible. Firstly when I was doing the initial checks like Bp the nurse told me my palpitations are low and put me into panic mode secondary after meeting dr Indrani she was just rude not even willing to listen my side of the issue history etc. She was restless running around writtjng in a paper like a student. Without listening she asked me to do pregency test that was not even my case and other tests which was useful. I went with my reports again she was not empathetic ordering me things Without knowing I am the patient and teaching me skills for asking me husband things which was my personal choice. She even gave me tablets Without understanding it can have an Impact she could have rather asked me to wait. Charging so much fees and treating patients as if we are their slaves. One of the best decision in my life is to go to Dr. Shilpa GB ma’am for my delivery. When I wanted to have the normal delivery, we got suggestion from our friend and went for it. Thanks to Shilpa ma’am that my labour journey was so smooth. She and her entire team is so skilled and they did not disappoint us. I visited Shanthi gynec at my 32 weeks of pregnancy, starting from the consultation it was a very good experience. who treated me during labour. They are the best. Also I would like to thank entire nursing staff who took care of me during hospital stay. Shanthi Gynec has best staffs who guide you well post delivery on breastfeed, food intake and recovery.

I went to this clinic with a lot of hope, but my experience was very disappointing. Initially, they acted quickly, said everything was fine, and gave some medicines claiming they would help with pregnancy. They asked us to return after 15 days, only to say there was a minor problem and that more medicines and blood tests were needed before proceeding.

This cycle continued for 2–3 months. Every 15 days, my wife and I went back with hope, only to be told something new. Eventually, they said there was very little chance of natural pregnancy and suggested we go for a donor egg. This shocked us because my wife’s monthly cycle is regular and healthy. We were confused, stressed, and fell into depression — crying many nights.

Later, they told us IVF would be the best option with a higher chance of success, but still pushed for the donor egg as an alternative. The cost for IVF was quoted at 2 lakhs.

I’m writing this review to warn others — if you have a lot of money to spend, you can go ahead, but otherwise, be careful. This clinic, in my experience, played with our psychological and emotional state while taking a lot of money. Within just 2–3 months, they charged us around 40–50 thousand for blood tests and medicines alone.

Still I feel very bad why went to this clinic.

While I appreciated that Dr. Shilpa’s consultations were quick, I often felt they lacked depth. Many of our concerns went unanswered, and the standard response was simply, “It’s normal,” which didn’t provide much clarity. My husband, who is usually cheerful and respectful, also felt dismissed during our visits. When I asked for reassurance about a normal delivery, it was brushed off without any encouraging response.

Eventually, I decided to switch back to my regular doctor of over a decade—someone I had initially moved away from only due to relocating. Surprisingly, this decision led Dr. Shilpa to end a 15-year-long friendship with that doctor, which felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and didn’t reflect the care or maturity one would expect during such an important phase.

That said, I’m someone who always values gratitude. I’ll remain thankful to Dr. Shilpa for being part of my pregnancy journey. One thing I truly appreciated, though, was that she never prescribed anything unnecessary—that’s definitely commendable. However, my personal experience left me feeling unsupported, and I chose to continue my delivery with a doctor I felt more comfortable with.

We are incredibly grateful to have had Dr. Shilpa G.B. as our gynecologist throughout our pregnancy journey. From our very first consultation, she made us feel comfortable and confident, taking the time to listen patiently, answer all our questions, and provide clear, reassuring guidance every step of the way.
