Doctor : I have been seeing DR Suhasini mam from many years and she the best you have in town…genuine,ethical, straight forward, and she will make it happen 🙂 Surgery: had a laparoscopy done by Dr Madhuri mam and she was very good in explaining the procedure and makes you so comfortable 🙂 OPD: the staff, nurse, and doctors make you feel so comfortable in the operation theater.. Recovery:The sisters were very caring and took care of me so well in timely manner once you shift to the room…the duty doctors were so nice and explain everything very clearly 🙂 Food: food served for the patients was so delicious, didn’t expect that in a hospital at all! The service guy gets the food on time for every meal and the entire food system is really impressive …but I wish they don’t use plastic plates..tea, coffee, juice can be served in reusable steel or glass cups…. Insurance : Paul and Prema helped me to get all the queries cleared out..they were best:) Room: room service team was so kind and everything was kept very clean … My overall experience with the entire team at motherhood was really great! Definitely recommend them:) Con: the bedsheet and towels used in the room can be upgraded as they became very old…

Had a nice experience and very good service from the doctors, nurses, and the entire staff at motherhood. Doctors were incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough in explaining the treatment plan and answering all our queries. The nursing staff were equally impressive, always attentive, and quick to respond to any needs. I want to specifically thank SRILAKSHMI, RIPIKA and ANGEL for their kindness and dedication. We truly felt supported every step of the way. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention. The hospital was impeccably clean, and the staff maintained a high standard of hygiene and organization. I want to thank heart fully THILAGAVATHI AMMA, she has taken care of my wife like her own daughter and provided great service. Thanks again to you.

One of those hospitals thriving for money. They have pathetic management. They take patients and their companions time for granted. I took doctor appointment at 5pm and I reached there at the same time. The registration itself took ~1 hour. They asked us to use their website for registration and it didn't work. 3 people tried to make the registration but in vain. At the end again the reception person tried and then also it didn't work. After we finish the registration then also they made us to wait for another 30min. Same thing happened with Scan. We took appointment at 5pm and they made us to wait for 90 min. It took 1 hour 40min. to get the report. They think only doctors time and hospital management time is valuable. If you can't manage the time slots then what's the point of asking people to come on time by doing prior bookings and wait at your hospital by paying the parking charges to you. I have had a good experience at this maternity hospital. Dr Suhasini has been caring, attentive and reassuring throughout my visits. The staff are also kind and supportive, which makes me feel comfortable and well looked after.

This is the most useless hospital I have ever seen. Forcing patients to do online self-registration without any help is nonsense, and then they shamelessly ask for a registration fee on top of it. If patients are doing everything by themselves, what exactly is the use of the receptionist? Staff are rude, careless, and have zero respect for people’s time. They even wasted my valuable time by calling me half an hour early for nothing. To make it worse, there is no proper parking facility. This place is a complete disaster—running like a business, not a hospital. Absolutely pathetic.If there were an option, I would rate this hospital -5 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience today despite having an appointment booked a month in advance. I had to wait the entire day, and there was no proper communication or assistance provided. It was disheartening to see that no one was listening or showing any concern about the delay or inconvenience caused. This kind of service reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for the patient’s time.

My experience here . I visited this hospital for a general visit. Firstly i was supposed meet one doctor and she was not there after I was at the hospital. So I was asked to meet a doctor Indrani. My experience with her was terrible. Firstly when I was doing the initial checks like Bp the nurse told me my palpitations are low and put me into panic mode secondary after meeting dr Indrani she was just rude not even willing to listen my side of the issue history etc. She was restless running around writtjng in a paper like a student. Without listening she asked me to do pregency test that was not even my case and other tests which was useful. I went with my reports again she was not empathetic ordering me things Without knowing I am the patient and teaching me skills for asking me husband things which was my personal choice. She even gave me tablets Without understanding it can have an Impact she could have rather asked me to wait. Charging so much fees and treating patients as if we are their slaves. Please don't go here. I come from mangalore and I have seen how professional and empathetic doctora are. Its scary and terrible to visit hospitals in bangalore. Money minded.
