This one is a big store located inside the Nexus mall Kormangala. Location wise its great that its inside a mall so that one can visit for all shopping needs. Collection were good though bikes collection were limited , may be due to space constraint. Even badminton accessories collection were less. A decent Decathlon store though.

This one's for Chethan.:) I was in urgent need of hiking shoes and found a Size 4 available online. Ideally, I should have gone for a Size 5, as recommended for treks, but since it was sold out, I quickly grabbed the Size 4 before it too ran out of stock. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived, they were too small for me, and I wasn’t able to exchange them online for a larger size. That’s when I reached out to Decathlon Nexus and spoke with Chethan. He immediately understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. He suggested possible solutions and even contacted stores in another state to arrange an exchange. Thanks to his effort, a Size 5 pair was sourced from the Madurai store and delivered to me within just 4 working days. Truly appreciate & impressed with the customer service and commitment shown by Chethan.

Good place to buy sport accessories and Descent store with good collections of sportswear and shoes, Although I felt that the Mountain Bikes Collections are less than what other Decathlon store has, and the billing time took little bit more than what I expected. Else rest are good.
