Especially the sales executive "Kavita" had patiently explained the different aspects of pricing and answered all the queries starting from selection of the bike to till it's delivery. I recently visited Dhruvdesh Honda to check out a two wheeler for my Father in law and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! The salesperson Mr. Rishab Jain was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my queries and helping me find the perfect two-wheeler that suited my needs. He could arrange the vehicle model & variant as per our requirement in the quickest possible timeline. The showroom was well-organized, and the variety of options they had was impressive. The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciated the transparency they maintained throughout. I can't thank them enough for making my two-wheeler purchase a delightful experience. If you're in the market for a new ride, I highly recommend this showroom! Points for improvement: 1: They are located exactly at Mekhri circle junction & they don’t have a designated parking space for their customers. We went to their showroom twice & had to park our car about 200 Mts away in an adjacent road & had to walk. 2: They don’t have elevator/ lift/ escalator to their building for the customers. So if an elderly person is visiting this place they should be ready to climb the stairs.
