I bought dio 125 in 2024, it was 3rd and last service (paid Rs 900 ), after service I checked visible black dot and scratches in my scooter, i complained instantly to service and receptionist person they told , it is minor scratches and dot, It will be invisible after sometime still it is not gone # Anand Honda service is pathetic even I asked for bill they told, u will get bill directly in mail still I am wating for bill in my mail. They sale vehicle a bit higher price as compared to other local showroom.# Anand sales and service are worst .

Service manger is focused on customers money and not providing good serveice. Have purchased free serviec vocher but he has charged for replacing the component that has gone faulty for second time. Hope they are not selling genuine part.

I recently visited Dhruvdesh Honda to check out a two wheeler for my Father in law and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed!
The salesperson Mr. Rishab Jain was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my queries and helping me find the perfect two-wheeler that suited my needs.
He could arrange the vehicle model & variant as per our requirement in the quickest possible timeline.
The showroom was well-organized, and the variety of options they had was impressive. The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciated the transparency they maintained throughout. Points for improvement:
1: They are located exactly at Mekhri circle junction & they don’t have a designated parking space for their customers. We went to their showroom twice & had to park our car about 200 Mts away in an adjacent road & had to walk.
2: They don’t have elevator/ lift/ escalator to their building for the customers. So if an elderly person is visiting this place they should be ready to climb the stairs.

Beware! Check their service center reviews before purchasing yamaha bikes here. I made this mistake and now finding very difficult to give my vehicle for service.

Mr. Joseph is not bothered about listening my issue of their service center not accepting my vehicle for service. Their service center wants 6 days for service.

Think twice before buying, don’t make the same mistake I did. Their service is very worst.

Very poor customer service. My brother’s vehicle was left for service. They have changed the spare parts. For questioning, they say go complaint whom ever you want. For asking proof they say no time. What kind of customer service is this? We will sure escalate legally. Don’t buy or leave your vehicle for service of you are dignified and care for self respect. Coz no respect to customers and they don’t care for anything here. Government offices are better than this place.

Three stars due to after-sales service. Their service center used to be the best, however, over time the service experience has deteriorated. I have three Yamaha vehicles (2 bikes and 1 scooter) all purchased here, and the buying experience is a five star rating.

Be cautious regarding after-sales service. Most of the time they will forget to service one or the request. Before delivering the vehicle after service, they don’t verify if all service is complete as per job card.

Excellent place to buy cycle for kids. Large collection with reasonable rates. They have service as well. Also they have helmets, pump, bell, carrier and all sorts of accessories available. Not the place to shop for really professional bikes though, but a good variety of kids bicycles. Sales person were patient in answering our persistent queries. Disclaimer: They give 2% discount for doing google review but they won’t force you to give any rating. Many reviews haven’t mentioned this.

Recently got my first cycle from here, Mr. Vincent explained everything in detail and I was fairly confident about the purchase. They have good options for every budget and are very helpful.

A caution! This store which is now branded as Cycle Republic in HSR 27th main is run by a bunch of arrogant people who don’t talk appropriately with customers . Get easily pissed off and irritated if a customer asks a question or two. My experience was nice when it was managed under ‘Track n Trail’ though and I had recommended this shop to many. But to my surprise I see a drastic decline with current staff. I had to tune myself to their level to help them understand how it feels when they become sarcastic with customers. Pl explore other options in the locality instead.

Horrible fellows, don’t but or service high end cycles here, they will spoil & cheat, arrogant fellows, they couldn’t set the Shimano gears properly on my cannondale. Only fit for basic atlas or Hercules cycles.

Booking a scooter here was a pleasant experience. Though they were busy with customers the staff spoke to us and seated us while they attended to others and then spoke to us. The booking process and finance was all smoothly done.

The store is above the road level so one has to climb about 10 to 12 steps. Parking for 2 wheelers is available in front of the store on the footpath but for 4 wheelers it’s difficult to find parking here.

I had high hopes when I purchased the Vida scooty, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within weeks, I started facing issues like the bike suddenly going into limp mode, which is extremely unsafe—especially while riding in traffic.

The customer support is unresponsive and the service center doesn’t seem to know how to properly fix recurring problems. App connectivity is unreliable, and even basic things like the reverse mode glitch out at times. Build quality also feels cheap for the price—panels rattle, and storage space is not waterproof as claimed.

This is not what I expected from a company like Hero. I regret choosing Vida over more proven options like Ather or iQube. Unless they drastically improve reliability and service, I wouldn’t recommend this scooter to anyone

Very disappointed with the service. I hv done many time for service but there’s no results The quality of work was poor, and the customer service was worse. Staff were unhelpful and did not seem interested in resolving issues. Would not recommend this place to others.

I recently visited Sai Motors with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The salesperson Darshan was extremely careless and irresponsible. Communication was poor from the start, and there was a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process.

Shockingly, the vehicle was not properly inspected before delivery. Upon taking delivery, we immediately noticed that the speedometer was not functioning, and the side panel was not secured with bolts, causing it to shake and make noise while driving. When we returned to the showroom to report these issues, the salesperson responded carelessly , saying, “We can’t check the vehicle before delivery. You’ll only know once you ride it.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a new vehicle.

The entire experience felt rushed and careless, with no regard for customer satisfaction or safety. I strongly advise others to avoid Sai Motors if you’re looking for a reliable and respectful dealership. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle purchase.

Hi, I would like share my feedback about JSP BMW Motorrad koramangala and their marketing team. I recently bought my bike from BMW and did my service through them. They are very professional and knows the exact requirements of the customer and ready to lend their hands out of box. I also did couple of rides which was organized by them and the event has been arranged at top notch level. I have great experience with few of their team members Vishal and Chetan who did exceptionally well done. They arranged the entire program by taking care of our interests and requirements for the motorcycle ride and thoroughly enjoyed during the bike ride. Looking forward for many such events in the near future.

Gave my bike for servicing. From that time I started getting issue. From that time every week I am going to service Center for new issue. They are fixing one issue and creating new issue. Today my bike stopped completely in the middle of the road. Horrible service

Worst Service Ever,
BMW g 310 gs, I left bike for service on July 29th, with the issue of cold start till date that is August 22nd issue is not rectified and not solved. Never expected from such a Brand and the worst part is they are unable to figure out the root cause which is more annoying and doing trial and error method

It was a lovely experience. I buyed newly Xoom 125. Eshwar – the sale executive. He help me alot and I am very much happy with the support.

I had high expectations for my electric bike delivery, but unfortunately, the experience was far from worst. The delivery was delayed. When the bike finally arrived, after 135km ( 2 days later) there was a motor issue but the staff was beating around the bush telling us that it is some sensor issue. We knew it was the motor which went bad. We had issues in fast charging too. They knew that the bike had a problem but didn’t inform us. After paying full cash to we r still struggling with the bike. We had settled the amount at one number afters they started demanding more for the same. I think this is the worst experience we had after purchasing from this HERO outlet. Please don’t purchase any vehicles from here.

Customer service was also unhelpful in resolving my concerns, giving vague responses instead of clear solutions. For a purchase of this value, I expected more professionalism and care in handling.

If there was an option to give negative stars I would give. Had the worst experience here. Their service is really really bad. We came here and nobody attended to us. They are not willing to sell the vehicles at all. While talking about the vehicle the attend lady told us to check at other places and it’s fine. As this was near we booked the vehicle. It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. They even called us on Saturday and told us to come early as they will be closing by 1:30. We came and we waited for more than 3 hours they didn’t even provide us water we had a kid with us. On the day of booking they told us one price and we paid it. Now while delivery they are saying the charges have increased. Like how is that fair on our end. Had the worst worst experience here. Please don’t come here to buy. I’d like to file a complaint on this because the staff behaviour is also very rude.

My experience was disappointing and frustrating. As a customer, I expect better service and attention from the staff. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this showroom to others and will consider alternative options for my DESTINI scooter servicing needs.

I had one of the worst service experiences at Sai Hero, Peenya 1st Stage. I gave my bike for routine service, and shockingly, it came back with a completely failed engine.

The vehicle was in working condition when I gave it in, but after service, it’s now severely damaged. There was no proper explanation, zero accountability, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the damage caused.

I trusted this showroom as an authorized Hero service center, but they clearly lack professionalism and technical skills. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your bike’s condition and your peace of mind.

Extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommended

Just now I had purchased rc 125cc in motozone with superb condition this is my not 1st vehicle from them..
All vehicles are top notch condition

In online they mentioned(instagram page) the bike duke 125 is driven for 24000 kms but when I visit to shop, it’s written 37000kms , when I asked them they are easily saying it’s missed and not even changed it. They trying to manipulate customers. Don’t go to buy here any bike. They just cheating making use of our wish to buying bike in that excited mode.
