Hi, I would like share my feedback about JSP BMW Motorrad koramangala and their marketing team. I recently bought my bike from BMW and did my service through them. They are very professional and knows the exact requirements of the customer and ready to lend their hands out of box. I also did couple of rides which was organized by them and the event has been arranged at top notch level. I have great experience with few of their team members Vishal and Chetan who did exceptionally well done. They arranged the entire program by taking care of our interests and requirements for the motorcycle ride and thoroughly enjoyed during the bike ride. Looking forward for many such events in the near future.

Gave my bike for servicing. From that time I started getting issue. From that time every week I am going to service Center for new issue. They are fixing one issue and creating new issue. Today my bike stopped completely in the middle of the road. Horrible service

Worst Service Ever, BMW g 310 gs, I left bike for service on July 29th, with the issue of cold start till date that is August 22nd issue is not rectified and not solved. Never expected from such a Brand and the worst part is they are unable to figure out the root cause which is more annoying and doing trial and error method
