Dr Santa is extremely warm and patient and took all my questions regarding my 2 month old kittens. The team here is very gentle and caring towards my pets. Highly recommend them!

Worst experience here in this hospital, these people are only money minded, they don’t have humanity and good heart. I am suggesting not to take your pets here, worst staff and no emergency support. They will tell u to pay first money no matter what and don’t respect other people. Dr. Santa showed very bad behaviour and spoke like a careless person, that receptionist was also a money minded and simply put unnecessary things to the bill and told us to pay

I had a terrible experience at Dr. Santa. Everyone there seemed more focused on making money than actually caring for animals. I took my pregnant Persian cat to this hospital because she was having red discharge, which could be a sign of miscarriage. The hospital staff asked us to do an ultrasound, which is common. However, the results they gave were shocking. They told us that out of four kittens in her womb, two were mummified and that she needed immediate surgery. Before this, I noticed a woman secretly talking to the doctor, trying to convince them to push me into agreeing to the surgery. I overheard their conversation, which made me suspicious. They asked us to pay 25 ,000 immediately for the surgery. I had doubts about their intentions, so I refused. I then took my cat to another hospital, and to my surprise, the new scan showed that she actually had six healthy kittens! The previous hospital had misled us. Worse, at Dr. Santa, they had forcefully given her an injection to induce labor pain, which was completely unnecessary and only worsened her condition. I strongly advise pet owners to be cautious before trusting this hospital. Vinayak:

Doctor's doesn't have any responsibility.As they told it is open 24/7 but when I took my pet to their for an emergency case at 2:00 AM. One of the person was telling Doctor is not there. And when I told him to call the doctor He was not answering at all..!

Our pet is always very well looked after and we are very satisfied with the service provided. The team is made up of professionals who are attentive to our pet, especially Dr Thokchom Santa who has always shown a deep knowledge of caring for our pet and has attended to us with kindness and attention

We have been taking our dog to this pet hospital for the past year, and overall, our experience has been incredibly positive. The level of care and attention our furry friend receives here is simply outstanding. We've even had to rush there in the middle of the night on a few occasions, and the staff was always ready and prepared to assist us. The veterinarians and nurses are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about the well-being of animals. They take the time to thoroughly examine our pet, explain the diagnosis and treatment options, and answer any questions or concerns we have. It's evident that their priority is the health and comfort of our beloved companion. However, there is one aspect of our visits that could use some improvement - the billing process. While we understand the importance of accurately documenting and processing payments, the billing system at this pet hospital can be quite time-consuming. On multiple occasions, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to complete the payment process. It would be beneficial if they could streamline this aspect of their service to make it more efficient and less time-consuming for their clients. Despite the slight inconvenience caused by the slow billing process, we continue to choose this pet hospital for our dog's healthcare needs because of the exceptional care they provide. We highly recommend their services to any pet owner who wants the best possible care for their furry family members in Whitfield.

Dr. Santa is a skilled and compassionate veterinarian who has provided exceptional care for 2 rescues i had reached out for . The canines were found unwell and suffering and in spite of multiple request ,when other rescue organizations and animal hospitals were unable to assist he come forward to help me the rescues treatment and recovery .Her expertise in treatment, ongoing care, and recovery is commendable. Additionally, her staff members are professional, offer a genuine kindness and concern for animals. The facility itself is well-equipped and maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness. They thoroughly explain all procedures and offer comprehensive support throughout each pet's recovery process.
