I had a really good experience with FlowerAura. I had originally selected delivery between 8–9 pm for a bouquet, but later realized the recipient would only be available till 5:30 pm. I contacted them at the very last moment to update the timing, and honestly, I wasn’t sure it would be possible. But Manish and the entire team stepped in, quickly rearranged things, and made sure the bouquet was delivered exactly as per my new request. Their support and flexibility meant a lot, and I really appreciate the extra effort they put in. Highly recommended!

The entire experience has been frustrating due to the following issues: 1. Wrong Pot: The pot delivered was not the one I ordered. It does not match the specifications mentioned on your website. 2. Bad Plant: The plant is in terrible condition—wilted and unhealthy. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a special occasion. 3. Horrible Team: Your customer service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. I expected better professionalism and support. I request an immediate resolution, either by sending the correct and healthy product or issuing a full refund. Please address this matter urgently. Looking forward to your prompt response. I had ordered a cake and had to change the delivery date twice due to the receipient of the cake actually having landed in hospital! The team were really understanding and adaptive. In my second call Mr Tirtha supported me (unfortunately I don't know the name of the first person :)) Thanks to both of you for making things happen and allowing the birthday girl to in the end celebrate the cake on her birthday!

Ruby singh was the best customer service support. I had troubles with my order and was just too upset but she did her best to get it resolved. She surely knows how to handle angry customers. Kudos to her

Amazing Customer Service by Tritha Chetry I had a wonderful experience with FlowerAura, thanks to the amazing support from Tritha Chetry. She handled my request to change the delivery of a cake and a plant with such efficiency and kindness. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made the process smooth and stress-free. However, there were a few disappointments. The plants were delivered by courier, but the pots looked old and were not in good condition, as shown in the photo. The cakes arrived on time and were fresh, but the topper said "Happy Birthday" even though it was meant for an anniversary. This mistake really spoiled the celebration, despite the good service overall. They apologized for the mistake but for a refund they are offering 150 rupees which is not even equal to the cake amount.. Can they buy a cake from their website for 150 rupees.. I am very disappointed with this..
