We engaged Gowthami Florist to do the full flower decorations in our home & at our event venue for a pooja & get-together. The entire experience was very professional & smooth.

They sent us a catalog pdf with pictures so that we could choose the arrangements we needed & were able to customise the colours of flowers we wanted.

They worked with us for the right time to do the complete set up & it was hassle-free for us on event day! They also came the next day & carried back all the flower waste!

We also had some last minute requests of small flower vases on the lunch tables that they were easily able to arrange.

The flowers were ultra fresh & added a festive vibe to our gathering!

Overall, a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend them!

Beautiful bouquet prepared and delivered on time for my mom’s bday! I would always order through known flower delivery portals like FnP, Flower Aura etc., but found their bouquets to be unreasonably expensive and sometimes the flowers weren’t even fresh. That’s how I decided to look for a local florist and found this one with great reviews and decided to give it a try.

They pay attention to your requests and are easy to coordinate with via Whatsapp.

Wanted to place an order at 10:30 at night , superb dealing and speedy response with them assisting my intended design ! The output came out unbeliveably and my girl was flabbergasted ! Got the delivery done 15 km across banglore town and got it delivered to my hotel reception by 11:30 !
I had ofcourse asked for a discount but the swift service, speedy response, and the absolute beautiful product makes me feel bad for asking a discount for the price they offer such service alongside a thankyou message post delivery and also without me asking they had asked if i wanted to add a letter . Spot on. Beautiful service . Kudos to the owner and the team.

Ordered a cake from their website. The delivery was done through this store. The most disgusting cake I have ever had..Sufficient enough to say that your local bread bakery will manage a far, far better cake for you than these cheats!. What I got a rock hard tasteless piece of loaf in the name of chocolate cream cake..All I got from their team was that they are sorry! I felt like I was robbed not only for almost 3000 but of all the celebration that I had anticipated. The party was ruined thanks to a trainee baker perhaps who did this in a rush.

I had a really good experience with FlowerAura. I had originally selected delivery between 8–9 pm for a bouquet, but later realized the recipient would only be available till 5:30 pm. I contacted them at the very last moment to update the timing, and honestly, I wasn’t sure it would be possible. But Manish and the entire team stepped in, quickly rearranged things, and made sure the bouquet was delivered exactly as per my new request. Their support and flexibility meant a lot, and I really appreciate the extra effort they put in. Highly recommended!

I had ordered a cake and had to change the delivery date twice due to the receipient of the cake actually having landed in hospital! The team were really understanding and adaptive. In my second call Mr Tirtha supported me (unfortunately I don’t know the name of the first person :)) Thanks to both of you for making things happen and allowing the birthday girl to in the end celebrate the cake on her birthday!

Ruby singh was the best customer service support. I had troubles with my order and was just too upset but she did her best to get it resolved. She surely knows how to handle angry customers. Kudos to her

I had a wonderful experience with FlowerAura, thanks to the amazing support from Tritha Chetry. She handled my request to change the delivery of a cake and a plant with such efficiency and kindness. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made the process smooth and stress-free.

However, there were a few disappointments. The plants were delivered by courier, but the pots looked old and were not in good condition, as shown in the photo. The cakes arrived on time and were fresh, but the topper said “Happy Birthday” even though it was meant for an anniversary. This mistake really spoiled the celebration, despite the good service overall.

They apologized for the mistake but for a refund they are offering 150 rupees which is not even equal to the cake amount..
Can they buy a cake from their website for 150 rupees..

I had subscribed to weekly cut flowers from The Flora. I am amazed by the quality, selection of flowers and, packaging. I felt very special every week and made me happy. I am definitely gonna re-subscribe.

Refreshing flowers which get better with each passing day. Loved the way some flowers bloom on the day of arrival and the rest of the buds keeping blooming with each passing day. It gives such a great feeling as generally one gets disappointed when the flower starts to wither. Definitely worth buying with extended period of blooms!

The Flora is my only choice for flowers and bouquet deliveries! They are the only sustainable flower-delivery business today – not a single item of plastic or nonbiodegradable material is used to package their bouquets. Their flowers are fresh, beautiful, delivered with care despite there being no plastic to protect it, and the plant food keeps flowers lasting longer. I really wish for the business to expand in more metro cities. This is a business with sustainability at its core!

I would have given 5 stars if the order delivery was arranged properly but it was not the case.l got a different set of items and had to call the support team to take it back and arrange for another delivery which took 1.5hours.
Please consider this feedback.
1. Ensure the items are sent as per the order number, verify it before handing over to Delivery agent.
2. Provide the complete address and location details of Customer to delivery agent.
Today in the two delivery instances I found the agent didn’t had the complete address and was struggling to reach the location. This created lots of confusion, unnecessary calls, and waste of time.

Regarding the quality of items I would definitely give 5 stars.

All flowers ordered were fresh & impeccably delivered well-packed on time.One item stood out with its beauty & craft was the “Mango leaves with Yellow Rose Pink border string”.i personally have not seen such a beautiful toran of mango leaves with flowers ever.Thanks for the experience.

Disappointed.I had ordered for paneer rose and Jasmine flower string.
1) paneer rose quality was good. But the jasmine string didn’t have ANY fragrance.
2) The flowers were loosely put together in a polythene cover. I was shocked as polythene covers are NOT TO BE USED AS THEY CHOKE EARTH. Further, the flowers came ‘boiling hot’ as the hot weather has transferred heat to the poor flowers during transportation.
3) the flowers were sent by Porter, the porter guy started calling from 5pm for 5-6pm slot. Asked me to send the location, which I did. He then informed that this location was 5kms away from the address provided to him by getflowersdaily. I had given the correct address, my address matches perfectly with the GPS location so wonder whether address was incorrectly given by getflowersdaily or if the porter guy was confused. Anyway he landed past 6pm.
4 Called the mobile numbers listed on getflowersdaily website to understand the delivery confusion. The calls were received in the 2nd attempt, the tone of the people speaking was assuming, haughty, far from apologetic.
4) overall very disappointing experience

They are very much froud……have paid them 1500 rs for getting third class flowers which I can’t use for my pooja….. please don’t take their service….they will cheat u…..u people will suffer for sure for cheating me

I’ve been using FNP from last few years and it has been a very nice experience. Let it be flowers, cakes, gifts anything you want is on their website. To surprise your loved ones this is the best place you can check out.

Ordered cake online on the portal and it was delivered from this outlet.

The design was slightly deformed (which is understandable) but the overall design was not cute as displayed on the website – so that was disappointing.

But the main reason for the low rating was the quality of the cake, cream and fondant used – all were super low quality. The edible ink used to color the fondant left a stain on the hands. We had to just use the cake for cutting and then order a regular one for the guests from a better bakery. Worst experience.

Delivery was quick and earlier than the intended time though there was an additional delivery charge we had to pay.

Overall, I would suggest to avoid cakes from FNP unless you want to ruin the occasion.
