Service is good we just went for my wife watch service

I bought 3 pairs of glasses from Titan eyeplus and i definitely cannot complain about the glasses and their range. Mr. Akash was of great help throughout the entire process, explained patiently and helped choose the best option out of all. I wasn't too happy with someone named Meghna whom I interacted with on call later, lax attitude with no knowledge of how to converse with a customer. Overall, i think it's a good option.

The staff is very unprofessional. I have been to the store for two consecutive days but on both the days there was no technician. They can close the store before time and on the next day they made me waited for 30 mins for the technician to come, which is very unprofessional and rude.

At the time of purchase, I was assured that the nose pads could be replaced every three months free of cost to prevent marks on the nose. However, when I returned to have them replaced, I was informed that this design does not allow for such changes. Additionally, the office staff seemed new and unfamiliar. I feel misled and disappointed by this experience.

Thank you for explaining & giving us an idea, since we had old Titan eye farme which turns out was good, just swap with new lens. Also my mom had here own spectale. Once again the bulit quality was very good better than neighbour store. Lens with clear & comfort frame. Sharing my reviews and honest option. Once again thank you for helping out in selecting and kind gesture of stuff.

Akash and Dr. Ritu are one of the best that consultants to help you select the best specs that you will need.. and then you have a Tata Brand to back them up. Quality is the best with its service and support..

One of the shit product I bought.. Very Bad quality of frame didn't even lost for 4 month on not even daily usage. Insurance is useless and store people doesn't really know how to handle customers. I left the product in the store after their great suggestion to put buy new frame. Good business idea make people buy 8k lens and ask them to replace frames as they are not willing to fix issues and even new frame no idea how long it lasts.
