One of the best TY+ store. I usually visit HSR , BTM or Koramangala branches of TY+ .. offcourse they are equally best in their service and well behaved staff members. For first time I have visited Indira Nagar store and I m happy with their quick service and well behaviour of staff members. Shahjahan was assigned to fix my lens issue and he did it in a while… thank you !

Good range. But big brands like this need to have a more robust complaint redresaal sop. They have a very informal setup for the same. When their glasses cost up to 60k a piece then they better have sufficient consumer protections in place

Terrible customer service experience. Especially when you had a complain on a glasses bought just an year back. The woman on the counter displayed an appalling lack of basic etiquette and customer service skills. She was rude, unapproachable, and showed no empathy or interest in listening to my complain. Every question I asked was either ignored or met with vague, unclear responses. I was left unattended the whole time, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Though the collections are good, but people make it bad.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from this shop—my very first experience with progressive lenses. Initially, I faced genuine difficulties adjusting to them for nearly a month. The frame was quite expensive, and to be honest, it didn’t seem to suit me well.

That’s when I met Mr. Shajahan, the technician, whose expertise and dedication made all the difference. With incredible patience and skill, he addressed every concern and ensured that my glasses were adjusted perfectly to suit my needs. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

Service is good we just went for my wife watch service

I bought 3 pairs of glasses from Titan eyeplus and i definitely cannot complain about the glasses and their range. Mr. Akash was of great help throughout the entire process, explained patiently and helped choose the best option out of all. I wasn’t too happy with someone named Meghna whom I interacted with on call later, lax attitude with no knowledge of how to converse with a customer. Overall, i think it’s a good option.

The staff is very unprofessional. I have been to the store for two consecutive days but on both the days there was no technician. They can close the store before time and on the next day they made me waited for 30 mins for the technician to come, which is very unprofessional and rude.

At the time of purchase, I was assured that the nose pads could be replaced every three months free of cost to prevent marks on the nose. However, when I returned to have them replaced, I was informed that this design does not allow for such changes. Additionally, the office staff seemed new and unfamiliar. I feel misled and disappointed by this experience.

Thank you for explaining & giving us an idea, since we had old Titan eye farme which turns out was good, just swap with new lens. Also my mom had here own spectale. Once again the bulit quality was very good better than neighbour store. Lens with clear & comfort frame.

One of the shit product I bought.. Very Bad quality of frame didn’t even lost for 4 month on not even daily usage. Insurance is useless and store people doesn’t really know how to handle customers. I left the product in the store after their great suggestion to put buy new frame. Good business idea make people buy 8k lens and ask them to replace frames as they are not willing to fix issues and even new frame no idea how long it lasts.

I bought a pair of glasses from this store and the purchase experience was amazing, but after that it has been downhill all the way. I have been running after the store for a nose pad for my oakley brand glasses and i feel am dealing with some village office. Such a pain to get a simple nose pad!!! total dissatisfied with the store people who promise to call but never. Tata’s should be ashamed for the after sales service at this supposedly flagship store

I really admire the way staff addresses the patients at vijaya eye clinic. My family and I were attended by Mrs vaishnavi the consultant optometrist She was patient, welcoming, kind and provided highest quality of eye care and later the consultant Dr Chandana was just the kind of person you hope to meet when visiting a hospital. Must visit if any eye related problems.

I had recently visited here for my cousin’s eye check up. I am writing this review as our experience with Doctor Vasanthan was worst. He is arrogant and doesn’t have basic etiquettes to talk to patients. Being a doctor he must know how to speak to the patient.

I had a very good experience at this eye clinic. The doctors and staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The consultation was thorough, and all my queries were patiently answered. I truly appreciate the care and would recommend this clinic to others.

I had a problem with my specs and Mr.Manohar was very kind and polite and did the required service for my specs within low-time. Very quick response and all the crew members who work there are polite enough.

A very shabby work in setting the lens in the frame… The frame has been bent inequally while inserting the lens…. The way lens is set is also not same… On one side the lens is protruding and it’s alright in the other eye… We selected the costliest lens as the salesman said it will fit the frame perfectly….. Have been a very regular titan eye+ customers for many years.. But this time experience is very very disappointing. . . The staff seemed super slouchy and not well informed…. Feel cheated

This is a great place for purchasing eye wear. They have a great collection available in this outlet for all price ranges. They also have eye testing which is free of cost and done extremely well. They have automated machines for getting the number as well as the manual process is available and they use both the methods to make sure of the correct eye number.
They have different varieties of lenses also available. The staff is super good and helpful and they are very trained in every aspect. Kudos to everyone working here.

Worst Service by specsmakers ever. They took an order and 100% money for the same. The order was supposed to be Home Delivered within 7 days. Till today I have been following with irresponsible customer care and are cheating the customer that it would be delivered in 10 mins. BIG Scam….
