I had visited the store in Koramangala which is opposite to bata store opposite to sapna book with my mom I say two staff one boy busy with other customer other lady is busy with her I did not like the service by see the customer she should not do like this so i got glass to my mom lenskart thank you don't judge any customer

I bought a pair of glasses from this store and the purchase experience was amazing, but after that it has been downhill all the way. I have been running after the store for a nose pad for my oakley brand glasses and i feel am dealing with some village office. Such a pain to get a simple nose pad!!! total dissatisfied with the store people who promise to call but never. Tata's should be ashamed for the after sales service at this supposedly flagship store
