A very shabby work in setting the lens in the frame... The frame has been bent inequally while inserting the lens.... The way lens is set is also not same... On one side the lens is protruding and it's alright in the other eye... We selected the costliest lens as the salesman said it will fit the frame perfectly..... Have been a very regular titan eye+ customers for many years.. But this time experience is very very disappointing. . . The staff seemed super slouchy and not well informed.... Feel cheated

I bought a pair of Silhouette frames from this branch last year. Yesterday, I rolled over them accidentally and brought the frames here with a bend that was 45 degrees off the normal on both sides. Manowar Ali did a fantastic job of fixing the frames. The work is both a testament to his expertise and the quality of Titanium frames from Silhouette, I am glad the investment is paying off. Besides which I’ve learnt the lesson of not leaving the frames on the bed ever again
