I had a problem with my specs and Mr.Manohar was very kind and polite and did the required service for my specs within low-time. Very quick response and all the crew members who work there are polite enough.

I had spec malfunction issue due to rough handling and I came titan New BEL road showroom to get it fixed.They did a fantastic job fixing it within a few moments and this makes me very happy and comfortable. Thanks team Titan eye care for your great service and hospitality. Regards Manu

A very shabby work in setting the lens in the frame... The frame has been bent inequally while inserting the lens.... The way lens is set is also not same... On one side the lens is protruding and it's alright in the other eye... We selected the costliest lens as the salesman said it will fit the frame perfectly..... Have been a very regular titan eye+ customers for many years.. But this time experience is very very disappointing. . . The staff seemed super slouchy and not well informed.... Feel cheated

First time visiting ge store Had the issue of adjustment with my Framless specs I tried in other shops as well to get this issue resolved, but it didn't work Technician Mr. Manowar ali took care of the issue in few minutes Cooperative staff as well..
