One of the best TY+ store. I usually visit HSR , BTM or Koramangala branches of TY+ .. offcourse they are equally best in their service and well behaved staff members. For first time I have visited Indira Nagar store and I m happy with their quick service and well behaviour of staff members. Shahjahan was assigned to fix my lens issue and he did it in a while... thank you ! 1. Location: 10/10 (roadside) 2. Staff behaviour: 10/10 (well behaved and quick response) 3. The store is good and well located. They had good varieties. Also the staff is polite and helpful. Special mention for staff member Sharad. Also the service post product delivery is very good. Overall I am satisfied with the overall experience. Thanks!!

Good range. But big brands like this need to have a more robust complaint redresaal sop. They have a very informal setup for the same. When their glasses cost up to 60k a piece then they better have sufficient consumer protections in place

Terrible customer service experience. Especially when you had a complain on a glasses bought just an year back. The woman on the counter displayed an appalling lack of basic etiquette and customer service skills. She was rude, unapproachable, and showed no empathy or interest in listening to my complain. Every question I asked was either ignored or met with vague, unclear responses. I was left unattended the whole time, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Though the collections are good, but people make it bad.
