Edit 22-Jun-25: Got a message that the store is CLOSED PERMANENTLY and NO SERVICE will be offered. All these days these people LIED saying no carpenter. ABSOLUTE CHEATERS!! I am going through the WORST EXPERIENCE after ordering from this store and after seeing all other reviews here, looks like many customers have the same issue!! 1. Its been over 2 months since i ordered a dining table and the delivery date has since been DELAYING by more than 1 month! 2. NOBODY RESPONDS TO YOUR CALLS, WHATSAPP MESSAGES or even bothers to reply to calls/ messages or update you on the status. See attached images. 3. The STAFF, STORE MANAGER ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS about the delivery status and every time you have to go to their store IN PERSON and they ALL LIE and give FALSE PROMISES. 4. They are NEITHER DELIVERING THE PRODUCT NOR RETURNING MY ADVANCE AMOUNT. VERY PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. Edit 20-may-25: they delivered the dining set 2 days after writing this review. Still didn't cancel the order as I had asked. Defect: 1 chair's leg is bent and I have asked for a replacement and I have been following up since. NO RESPONSE TO CALLS/ WHATSAPP. Edit 27-May-25: After calling them non-stop many times, they forwarded a soft copy of the bill. Carpenter is on vacation so even a service visit will take 7-8 days. Till then you can enjoy your defective product! Tips for potential customers- DONT EVER BUY from this store unless you want to RUIN YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND HARD EARNED MONEY. Even if you choose to order, DONT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL they deliver everything.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Stay FAR away from Jodhpuri Furniture. We ordered a cot that was promised to be delivered in 10–15 days. It took over 2.5 months and only arrived after endless follow-ups, false promises, and blatant lies from their team. And when it finally came? A total disaster. The cot is defective and unusable. The top frame doesn’t even fit the bed properly. One side is longer, the other is shorter — like it was built by someone who’s never held a measuring tape in their life. It’s clear zero quality control was involved. And the worst part? The utter lack of accountability. The moment we called to raise a genuine concern, the owner and managers were outright rude, dismissive, and arrogant. They refused to take any responsibility and acted like answering customer calls was a favor. No ethics. No professionalism. No respect for the customer. Save yourself the time, money, and mental exhaustion. Do not trust Jodhpuri Furniture with your hard-earned money.

Very poor quality. Worst customer service. Termite infested product within six months of purchase I had purchased a Sheesham wood king-size bed. The bed turned out to be termite-infested, and within few months it started turning into powder. After two months of repeated follow-ups ups they took the bed, and now it has been over a month, and every week we hear new dates, but no resolution.

Worst place to buy furniture from. They deliver damaged product and block you on phone/whatsapp. Please do not buy from this place if you want peace of life. Pay a little extra for a reputed store like pepperfry, its 100% worth it. These guys are a scam

Absolute worst experience ever. Stay miles away from Jodhpuri Furniture. We ordered a cot from them that was promised to be delivered in 10-15 days. It finally arrived after 2.5 MONTHS — after countless follow-ups and lies from their side. And when it finally came, it was a total disaster. The top of the cot doesn’t even fit the bed properly. One side is shorter, the other side is longer — it’s like it was made by someone with zero idea of basic measurements. It’s a completely useless, defective product and cannot be used as intended. And the worst part? The attitude of the owner and managers. The moment you call to raise a genuine complaint or request a return, they talk extremely rudely, refuse to take responsibility, and behave like they’re doing you a favour by even answering your call. Absolutely shameless and unprofessional people running this place. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JODHPURI FURNITURE. If you value your peace of mind and hard-earned money — avoid this pathetic excuse of a store.

Extremely disappointed. Waste of money. Product delivered after 1 month delay and there is no response from their side. No one picks up call and we ll have to go their shop to get the status. After delivery the product is not even usable one side of bed is low and doesnt fit properly. The top plywood doesn’t close properly. Total scam.
