We spent 2 nights at JW Marriot Bengaluru. We were a group of 6 - 2 couples and 2 kids. The rooms were beautiful with wonderful amenities. The sliding door to the bathroom was an interesting feature! The rooms were maintained well and the staff were courteous. I especially want to call out the hospitality extended by Mr. Mahesh from housekeeping. The buffets were exceptional with a vast spread! The pool was smaller than I expected, but clean and enjoyable. A great stay overall!

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were warm, helpful, and just made everything easy—which honestly makes such a difference when you’re traveling.
The room was super clean, cozy, and well-designed. You can tell they’ve put thought into the little details, which made the whole experience feel more comfortable and personal. I slept like a baby!
What really stood out was how relaxing and peaceful the whole vibe was. Whether I was grabbing a quick bite, spending time in the lounge, or just unwinding in my room, everything felt calm and taken care of.
Location-wise, it was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still quiet enough to feel like a getaway. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one easily ranks at the top. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our stay at JW was excellent. The location of the property is too good as it is conveniently located from all the prime spots. Cubbon park is few minutes walk and some of the rooms also have the beautiful park view,|Breakfast spread is very good and the rooms are comfortable. Service is top notch and our stay was made comfortable by the housekeeping team, especially Mahesh

Decent place to dine in with special ones.
Ambience is mind blowing.
With live music being played around with the space to wait in lounge to restaurant it's best in class. Food is very decent too.I had different expectations altho being a star restaurant but felt slight better than usual restaurant and nothing so great about the food quality or presentions.

At the JW for a week long biz trip. Hotel is lovely, rooms fully support business travel and the executive lounge is outstanding. Breakfast is in the restaurant and hearty. No real gripes except that the poolside restaurant was closed for private events every time we wanted to go. Great stay.

I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott Bangalore many times, and each time I come back. It feels like coming home. Staff not only remember my face, they greet me by name on arrival.|After a long journey from Japan to India, it’s nice to feel a little "extra special".||On this particular trip, I was especially impressed by Maya who cleaned my room each day. Her smile and warmth is contagious, and the cute little messages she left behind in my room. Each day with small gifts reminded me that this is why the JW Bangalore stands out from the rest. ||Great service, but more importantly, great people !

I had a good 5 days in JW Marriott Bengaluru. The room is big and clean, service at the lounge is great. Pastry section in Breakfast is my favourite. I would like to thank Mr. Aukhpal, Mr. Nishant and Ms. Ritika from lounge and Ms. Soumya from JW Kitchen very attentive and recommended us to try unfermented Dosa, they are all a star. Thank you and keep up the good work.
