Had an amazing stay at this hotel for work.||Just like every previous experience I’ve had with the ITC, I can’t fault a thing with the hotel. Everything was perfect, and all the staff were were courteous and went out of their way.||Special thanks to the lady at reception who gave me her personal email to send my flight tickets to when the emails weren’t getting to the official printing email ID. its a lovely hotel. present at prime location, its ammenities are amazing. great rooms, nice spa. both the food quality and quantity is high, but you are paying premium for it. swimming pool was good too with clean water.
the hotel staff was really helpfull, but they were confused at times re. their processes. mr. Satish was a very helpfull guy during my swimming activity. the best of all, they allowed me to swim despite of my blindness.

We spent 2 nights at JW Marriot Bengaluru. We were a group of 6 – 2 couples and 2 kids. The rooms were beautiful with wonderful amenities. The sliding door to the bathroom was an interesting feature! The rooms were maintained well and the staff were courteous. I especially want to call out the hospitality extended by Mr. Mahesh from housekeeping. The buffets were exceptional with a vast spread! Stayed here for 9 nights. Overall experience was good. The staff and leadership were open to feedback. Extremely courteous staff from top to bottom. The suites and sanitary ware need some upkeep. The property is old and has heritage value. The suites have lovely old world solid wood furniture but there were ample dust observed in the cracks and crevices of the furniture. The switches and plug points were malfunctioning. Informed housekeeping executive about the same. Overall, a lovely property ideal for business travellers and romantic couples.

Dinner at Dum Pukht was a culinary masterpiece. The Awadhi cuisine here is rich, aromatic, and layered in flavor. Every dish tasted refined, and the team’s recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service was, once again, flawless—graceful and unobtrusive.
At Dakshin, we explored a vegetarian feast from across South India. Every course was bursting with regional authenticity and deliciously unexpected flavors. We appreciated how informative the staff was, especially Puneeth, who guided us through the menu with infectious enthusiasm. This meal left us both satisfied and more adventurous with our palate.
Royal Afghan offered a rustic yet elegant outdoor dining experience. Draped in aprons and encouraged to eat with our hands, the meal felt authentic and immersive. The Dal Bukhara—a signature dish—was indulgent and unmissable, thanks to Mr. Mukund’s recommendation. Every bite was memorable, and the hospitality only added to the charm.
The lounge service was equally impressive. Whether it was a quiet coffee or just relaxing between meals, someone was always around to assist with thoughtful insights and prompt service.
We also indulged in the spa, and it was exactly what we needed after long work hours. A heartfelt thank-you to Wong Wong and Lata, who ensured our experience was calming and rejuvenating. Lastly, portion sizes at every restaurant were generous yet well-balanced—absolutely no complaints.

Exceeded expectations on my stay with ITC Windsor ❤️
For our daughter’s birthday we planned for 3 rooms for our family and had memorable stay. Windsor has a pristine touch in the entire room with British like king treatment.
The Manor suite room is a must experience where it had amazing living room with British themed couch and sofas. Our kids had a wow moment they entered the first time.
The garden is peaceful and a perfect family space for conversation. Kids enjoyed in the swimming pool.
The luxury hours cabinet lounge is crowded and service is slower. So b there at 6pm to skip the crowd and enjoy the lounging.
Joseph from hospitality team took care of our bedding and comfort. Receptionist Yashika took good care of check in. And Reshmi gave quick tour of the rooms. Veena in reception patiently activated my ITC vouchers during checkout.
Last thing..do not miss cold coffee in Raj Pavilion in breakfast !!

Comfortable Stay, But Deeply Disappointing Dining Experience
The Ritz-Carlton hotel itself is very comfortable. I had no issues with the stay — the rooms and amenities met expectations. However, I made the mistake of booking a package that included two meals a day (breakfast and dinner), and this turned out to be a major regret.
Dinner is served at The Market, the hotel’s so-called continental restaurant, and both the food and service were truly disappointing. The atmosphere is chaotic — dim lighting combined with loud conversations made it hard to relax. The food, even by the standards of Indian-style continental cuisine, was objectively bad.
I highly recommend not including the lunch or dinner package in your booking. Breakfast was decent, but dinner was a daily struggle.
Over the course of three nights, my companion and I left more than half of our food uneaten. I wonder if the staff ever paused to consider what that might mean. This restaurant simply does not live up to the global standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand.
It became something I dreaded each evening, and I’m honestly relieved that I no longer have to eat dinner here.

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing flower arrangements and artwork throughout the property. Service is so friendly and top notch. I wish I could remember and mention everyone’s name. From the staff receiving you as you arrive in the car to our housekeeper Somanath, who was so attentive and always making sure we had what we needed. The breakfast spread and quality was amazing and the service was impeccable from servers to chefs. Services at the Spa and the Salon were 5-stars. A beautiful place nestled amidst the city chaos. Beautiful entrance with good ambience. Widespread halls make way to great business events and celebrations. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are good and sufficient to handle 400-500 people in a buffet. However, when it rains, the outdoor dining area couldn’t be used and might create hiccup !! Otherwise the place is good.

We had breakfast everyday, with a fabulous selection and amazing service. The only downside is on a weekend it becomes over crowded and they struggle. We were diverted to the Exec lounge for breakfast on a Sunday. It’s quiet but still busy. Selection is not as abundant but still plenty to choose from.
We dined at the Riwaz restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. Plenty of choice for all dietary requirements, local live music was being played (subtly in the background and not too over bearing) but a bit pricey – highly recommended!

I have been here for business meeting, it’s an okayish place with an average ambience, also nothing great from the location perspective. Anyhow considering the vicinity it’s above average, however, the food is awesome and tasty and special mention is their staff, they will ensure that they serve the best so that the customers don’t face any issue. However, for bigger gathering the buffet is served in a covered open space but if it rains then dirty rainwater comes in from all angles even there’s water drops on the food too.. which makes it completely unhygienic.

One of my best stays ever.
The dedication to the guest is unlike no other hotel I have stayed in.
I had better service here than top resorts in the Maldives that cost ten times the price.
No request for was too much, and I really asked a lot.
The lovely people here were both kind and personal yet gave just the perfect amount of personal space in a very professional way.
A minor issue was resolved masterfully, leaving me very happy.
As for the room, the bed was fantastic; not too hard, while not being overly soft.
Both breakfast and room service was magnificent and the menu very thoughtfully planned.
This will be my go-to hotel in Bangalore. Absolutely would recommend.

Until I was in the hotel, I never got a feeling that I was in a city or in Bangalore. It felt like I am somewhere far away from city amidst those trees with rain throughout the day.
Room service was extraordinary. Food was very good. Breakfast buffet had limited options but we could always order if anything is needed. We couldn’t have breakfast early in the morning so got it packed to room at no extra cost.
They say pool water is temperature controlled but in actual it was not. Spa, gym and pool facilities are available. Spa is way too costly. Gym was well maintained. Pool was well maintained too. It was really pleasant to stay there. But they could have had indoor games, as we can’t step out during rains and when pool is too chill.
24hrs hot water facility is available. Evenings and mornings in balcony were just awesome.

Staying here was a very good experience, not superlative, but good nonetheless. The hotel is nicely situated over the Bengaluru Race Course, as the address itself indicates, and many rooms on higher floors have a great view of the lush green racetracks. You can see the horses being exercised early morning, while enjoying your morning cuppa from your room.||The approach lane to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty much dug up road. Not the hotel’s problem, I know, but I wish they would liaise with the civic authorities to get that very short approach bit sorted out. A typical “chalta hai” or “adjust maadi” attitude is not enough here, I’m afraid. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, after all.||On the hospitality front, I was quite satisfied, in fact more than satisfied. I would like to mention the young smiling helpful lady Ritwika in the breakfast room who took extra care to ensure we got the exact food items and that too in double-quick time. The head chef, Jai Prakash behind the live Dosa counter would come out every morning and greet us personally with the traditional Indian folded hands “Namaskaram” gesture and would very affectionately suggest the dish of the day, usually some nice dosa variants, for us to try that morning.||Another person I would single out for praise is the young effervescent lady Tithi in the R Lounge, who went out of her way to look after us with a personal touch, and made sure our food and beverage requirements were met. My guest hadn’t been feeling good, so Tithi made sure to suggest a hot beverage for her and got the bartender to make it with a customised recipe as well. It really felt like a bespoke experience and was much appreciated.||Overall, a very nice hotel to stay in.

we stayed in a King bed with race course view, high floor.
Room service is fast.
Check-in time is very late:
Check in 3 pm and check out 12 pm
But we got an early check in 1 hour before
swimming pool is good, but lot of honey bees after 6 pm in the pool.
In the morning, we saw the horse riders all over the race course.
Lot of horse pictures all over the place and in room.
Overall a great stay.

The hotel was reasonably clean. But at times there are power interruptions although come back fast. Staffs are generally good especially a waitress at the cafe Lush. She took extra steps in checking what the diners want. A small suggestion, it may be better to set up self service drink bar than currently 2 guys standing there seem lost at what to do.

I recently stayed at your hotel during a business trip to Bangalore and would like to share my feedback.
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. While the room was decent, there were several issues that affected my experience. The television was not functioning initially, and the washroom door got jammed, which was quite inconvenient. I also found the bed uncomfortably soft, which impacted my rest.
The food offerings did not suit my taste, and the service at the bar was below par, lacking attentiveness and professionalism. Considering the overall experience, I did not feel the stay offered good value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel recently with my wife. The overall experience was good, and the staff’s customer service was commendable. They were very polite and helpful. The location of the property and the accessibility around was great. The complimentary breakfast was just okay, but the room did not meet the expected standard—there were several small issues, but nothing unlivable. However, considering the price, these issues could have been better addressed. I strongly recommend the hotel to renovate these rooms soon to enhance the guest experience.

I recently visited The Park Hotel on MG Road to explore it as a potential venue for an upcoming event, but I left feeling disappointed. Although it’s branded as a five-star property, it certainly didn’t live up to that standard in terms of infrastructure and space. I was particularly interested in their banquet facilities, and to my surprise, the halls were quite small and lacked the elegance and flexibility I expected from a premium hotel. They felt more suited for intimate gatherings rather than a full-scale event.
What did surprise me, though, was that the hotel has a 100+ room inventory something I wasn’t expecting given the compactness of the property. On the brighter side, it does have a lively atmosphere, and the restaurants looked vibrant and well-maintained. The poolside area added some charm too, and I can see it being a good venue for casual parties or sundowner events.
That said, The Park seems more tailored for nightlife and dining experiences than for hosting professional or large celebrations. In my opinion, it falls short of what you would expect from a five-star hotel, especially when it comes to event hosting capabilities. It’s stylish, yes but not functional enough for serious event planning.
